I used fixup appliance when my 15 year old refrigerator stopped working. Initially I was quite skeptical as my refrigerator is old and the cost to replace the compressor was pretty high (but still less than what it would have cost to replace the refrigerator.) Additionally, I had a hard transition period during the repair as it took a while for the compressor to come in and then when it was delivered it didn't work. Ugh! Despite the challenges Danylo did not give up and seemed to have the expertise to problem solve the issue effectively. In the end he ate 150$ to get me another compressor quickly so I wouldn't have to wait any longer which I really really appreciated! My frig is working great now and is colder than ever. My dishwasher was leaking/not draining so I called Daniel. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He was able to come the same day - gave me a time window and texted when he was 15 min away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He was very professional and asked for towels to line the floor so it wouldn't get dirty when he pulled the dishwasher out. He very quickly diagnosed the problems and suggested that I needed a new dishwasher. I appreciate that he didn't try to charge me an arm and leg to fix an old dishwasher. He helped me clean up all of the water that had pooled and cleaned up the floor. I had asked him to leave the dishwasher out so the floor could try - I wasn't ready to get a nee washer yet so wanted to just keep the broken in the space until I could. A few days later I had trouble getting the dishwasher back in and he came back to reinstall it and again cleaned up floor and left everything the same as when he had arrived.
