I tried the usual routine of vacuuming out the pipes, etc. It did not help at all. I called Yoder A/C and Chris came the very next morning (in August, probably the busiest time of the year). He took one look and knew exactly what to do and it was a lot of work! The lines from the unit were clogged with a very hard substance, so he had to replace some of them, plus quite a few other things. Within two and a half hours of very hard work, he had it all fixed and he cleaned everything up. It is now running much more efficiently and runs a shorter amount of time to get my house very nice and cool. The price was very reasonable too. They did work on a house in southwest Florida and began harassing me for pymnt B4 the work was even completed! Demeanor of these people is unbelievably poor - Words can't even describe how nasty they were. The wife, Heather, (technical owner of the comp so they get woman owned biz gov't benefits) is a real piece of work! She somehow found my wife's phone # & began texting nasty messages to her also. My wife & I text her that we are praying for her because there must be something terribly wrong in her life for her to behave like she was. I met the wife at my bank to give cash pymnt & get lien release. After transaction she text me another nasty message calling me a "woman hater" and added "FREE PALESTINE!" at lease 10 times to the text. I guess she was trying to get under my skin knowing that I'm Christian. I've been in the contracting business for over 40 years and have never experienced people like this before. Deal with them at your own risk.

A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. For me, these people are very highly recommended.

Each time my system is only a year and a half old and each time they serviced the unit they found an amperage issue with different parts with costs exceeded $1,000. Had issue with my unit recently they came out to service but wouldn't vac drain line Wanted to change me $250 for that service. I told them it should be included with my maintenance agreement which they were 4 months behind. Still wouldn't service. I don't recommend this contractor.
