I feel so relieved I called these guys! I initially stumbled upon them via Instagram, and their videos were so satisfying to watch lol, I had to get the service. I started following them about 2 months back and when my new dryer started having issues drying, I knew it was time to call. I called and the very next day, at 8:30am I had a nice guy named Gabriel come by. He was at my home a little over 2 hours. He did an assessment and quoted me before even beginning. He did a phenomenal job! He was prompt, polite, informative, and transparent. After the service, my dryer is now drying faster than my washer is washing lol. I don't usually write business reviews--I'm more of a foodie reviewer--but this experience deserves an exception. The technician who came out did a great job diagnosing and resolving the issues with my dryer. We moved into a new house in July 2024, and the dryer we ordered was likely installed by an outsourced team. It seemed like they might have cut corners during installation. My dryer wasn't drying clothes properly-- the sensor would stop after just a few minutes, and even when I set a 30-minute timer, it still wasn't working right. I wasn't sure if the issue was with the installation or the sensor itself. The Dryer Vent Wizard technician came on January 10, 2025, and checked everything thoroughly. He confirmed there were no clogs in the vents or the dryer itself. However, he found some small punctures and tears in the installation, which were likely causing the problem. He replaced those on the spot, and my dryer has been working perfectly ever since. I'm so relieved it wasn't a bigger issue, and I really appreciate the technician's expertise and efficiency. These guys really saved my bacon, no exaggeration. I highly recommend Vent Wizard if Redlands. My dryer had basically stopped drying clothes- they were very damp after almost 2 hours of drying. I had a dryer repairman come out & replace the sensor, and clean out the tube from the dryer to the wall. He didn"t ask about the secondary vent, so beware of cheap repairmen because they are not as knowledgeable as Vent Wizard. After sketchy repairmen leaves, I do a load of laundry and dryer is STILL not working. I decided to just purchase a new dryer. New dryer arrives, same problem. Clothes not drying. I I looked up duct cleaning services found Vent Wizard. The good reviews indicated good value & professionalism. The appointment was easy to make, with all steps explained. I had a great experience with this service. The tech really knew what he was doing he tested everything using special tools and explained things in a way I could actually understand. Turns out my dryer vent was super clogged over 70% blocked and the transition hose had holes, which was causing lint to build up behind the dryer and messing with the airflow. I need a ventilation cleaning . I totally neglected it since a long time too embarrassed to say how long . Anyways it needed a service and a vent replacement. It took its toll on my dryer causing me to dry longer and clean my dryer more often from servicing. My fault my mistake . The positive thing is the exit pipe was plastic and not a vent flex hose . So when Silouan cleaned it there was no chance of damage. Excellent job . The cost was a little more than what I expected but I had no choice I had to have the service. He was respectful. Needed my 15+ year old dryer vent cleaned. Silouan, the owner, contacted me quickly. Explained this company's services which fit my needs. I last had my dryer vent cleaned maybe 3 years ago by another company. At that time, the tech installed a new "foil wrapped slinky" type exhaust tube/hose but it was so long he had to snake it around the back of the dryer to the vent. Over time, because of the bend in the hose, it had become clogged with lint. Made an appointment for servicing, Gabriel called when he on his way, arrived on time. Very professional, explained that he would first be running a diagnostic of my dryer and this showed it was only working about 30% efficiency which explains why it was taking 2 cycles to dry towels. Silouan explained to me about the hoses they install which could be modified with no snaking (unlike the one I had) and his hoses are fire resistant. Within an hour, Gabriel had completed the work we agreed on, and ran another diagnostic to show my dryer now is working like the day I purchased it (and towels now are dried in one cycle).
