What really impressed us was how he took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong and walked us through preventative maintenance tips to avoid future issues. I had let about 10 years go by in-between cleanings and you can see how much lint he got out of my vent in the attached photo. However when I further described my home, he gave me an honest assessment about why his equipment wouldn't work for me and provided advice on getting the right contractor for my specific situation (a condo - in his case this equipment needed to be run out of his Mobile Van and wouldn't reach my floor). Told me I needed to use a contractor with mobile equipment as opposed to his which is more heavy duty and too heavy to bring up an elevator to my unit.
