Victor was very professional and meticulous. He asked if I had any ceiling paint leftover. I told him I didn't, but I did have a picture of the name and bar code of the paint. Victor says, perfect, I'll pick up a gallon. He started the repair by laying out canvas drop cloths and taping plastic sheets from the ceiling to the floor. Upon completion of day 1, Victor stated that he would return in 2 days to allow the mud to dry. Victor returned 2 days later with Alex and started the day the same as day 1 (drop cloths and plastic sheets). Victor was able to match the ceiling's texture and the paint was a perfect match. They were very nice working with our scheduling as we had to move it a couple of times because of our remodel. Once the date was finalized, Denise came out again and was able to go over all the options we have. Alonso then came out to do a sample patch for us to ensure it's what we wanted. The painters were great, power washed and patched the exterior. Did some repairs on rotted woodwork as well as re-hammering back down some wood siding to eliminate gaps on the wall. They would checked with us periodically to ensure it's exactly what we wanted. The house looks great. Would definitely call on Sunwest painting again.

Damon and his team did an A-1 job for a remodeling back in 2018 and this time they did not disappoint, things came out perfectly. The closet installers were happy to see the walls perfectly prepared for their work, which also came out great. I called several places, and in general the pricing seemed unreasonable AND availability were weeks out. I got a referral or Hector. within 15 min, he was at the house, checking out the problem, within an hour he had a guy out repairing the drywall. Once that was done, his team left to let the drywall work dry. couple hours later, his painters were here to finish the work. looks as good as new, and they even touched up the walls in my closet. Will be calling him again when this type of work is needed.

Affordable painting did a horrible job. Mike the owner made 100 promises and completed about 10. He…read moredidn't take any notes while on the job walk estimate. He checked a few boxes on a page of paper he had. He had hand surgery, a week before. He conveniently forgot about all the issues we talked about. I had 3 other professional painter submit quotes. When I asked him back he reassured me all would be taken care of. He diluted the expensive paint I ask for. He sprayed didn't back roll over. He didn't scrap or sand any pealing areas we discussed about, (see photos) he did a horrible job of fixing cracks that have now come back, he dumped paint other materials down my sewage drains, until I caught him at it. He did a half ass on the whole project His job on the front of my house replacement of siding which needs to be replaced now. Its paint is pealing and siding is bowing out word. ( see photos )He didn't use the proper T&G siding. He found and used inferior materials. He taped off all the windows on our home and held us hostage in our home for 3 weeks, he dumped hazardous chemicals in my back yard in back of my storage shed, trying to hide that. He broke our backyard garden water back flow prevention devise. (See photos) He sprayed our brand new heating and cooling system air conditioner coils with paint, instead of taping them off as I asked. He didn't repair some places that the roofers left after they had to make holes in siding and facia boards. He didn't replace structural 2X 4 boards but posted pictures of my home on line as completed. He got over spray on the body of the house with black paint. He painted our entry door and side doors with one coat of paint only. He would not give a materials used and quantities when asked. We observed him diluting the paint when manufacture says do not dilute it. I'd wouldn't recommend you do not business with Affordable painting for any services.
