We were in need of a new low profile microwave and Bellingham had several in stock and was able to install within two days. The sales rep was friendly, answered our questions and were pleased to have such a quick turnaround. The installers were very friendly and got the job done and cleaned up. However, we noticed there's two drill holes in our backsplash. We know they had hard time installing, but wasn't expecting to find what looks like practice holes. Delivery, installation and removal is no small fee and now we're left with a hole in our backsplash. Before leaving this review, I did attempt to reach out to Bellingham, but after 3 days I did not hear back. Again, torn leaving this review but feel it's worth sharing.
