Of course, I did my due diligence by shopping around all the tile stores in the area (Roma Tile, Tile Showcase, United Tile, etc etc). Not really a budget experience (hence that elusive 5th star), but I felt good knowing the job was getting done right, at a comparable and reasonable price.

More salespeople should be like Jessica! She worked tirelessly to give us as many options within our price range and intended design as she could, and the only reason we didn't end up buying with her is because we couldn't find something within our budget that we loved. I settled Tranquility color as grey matches well with my vanity color. Delivery and installation were also very fast. Carrie also adjusted with my schedule several times and picked up the phone when needed. I highly recommend this place. Both owners are very friendly and helpful.
