He installed my unit 3 years ago, to this date, he replies back to my text message HVAC questions within hours. He worked with me to gut out my old system, give me a couple days to build a closet in my hallway (which I absolutely wanted and needed for my new system), and then came back to install the new system. The AC works so good, that I actually get cold and I gotta step outside to warm up! And my summer bills in Texas is still running below 80 bucks a month. And that's with running my AC at 73 to 75.
