I disputed it with them, and since the xfinity agent assured me the charge no longer existed after the last go around, I spent HOURS on the phone trying to fix this. Still no joy. Simply said, I loathe xfinity. The "past due" charge on the non-existent account is over $200. They have offered to give me a credit on the bill of FIVE CENTS. Not acceptable.

Because our house is built like a tank, every single bay between studs had multiple horizontal studs. He found a solution that worked and it looks spectacular. Our previous tv had not centered by the installer, and it was off just enough to make me crazy. Dennis got this behemoth dead on center, and with as many studs as he screwed into, this mount will never move. The scope of our job was: -Remove 85" tv & mount -Install new mount & 98" tv -In wall wiring (I love this part!!! Their out-of-date website is slow and makes you enter your your credit card number several times before actually processing it. Then once processed, it is nearly impossible to get a good network connection using your log in. The prices are inconsistent and over priced. They false advertise and promise different prices then you receive. We called to have zig-zag as our provider in our apartment and the man reassured me that it would be no problem and that there was a router located in my building and that it would be super high speed internet for a flat rate every month. So I go through tons of frustration and stress trying to make an account on their out of date website that makes you enter your card number over and over, only then to have no internet. I'm not talking spotty- slow internet, I'm talking no connection at all. Once a website would barely start to load it would log me out and take me back to the zig-zag homepage to log in again. I think I had "half a bar" on my connection meter. Then I call this guy after hours of frustration and $30 down the drain (at the time) and he promises it should work and comes to make a house call. He gets to my place 4-5 hours late after I had taken off work that afternoon to meet him, just for him to tell me it doesn't work because I have a Mac. Don't you think the website or sells rep should probably include the fact that Macs do not work with their service considering the amount of people with Mac computers. I asked if he could maybe add a router or anything and he was not helpful what so ever. He said I received "small connection" in the hallway by my door as if I was going to pay $30 a month to stand my door to use the internet. To get my refund he took me through the ringer. He said he wasn't going to give me a refund if I was going to bad mouth his scam of a service (thus fueling me even more to write this yelp review.) This company false advertises and plane out doesn't work. I talked to other people in my building and they too advised me too stay clear of zigzag and go with another provider. Oh and after he concluded that his services weren't going to work with my Mac, he said he also works with Clear internet and could set me up with them for $50 a month. After all the pain and stress I went through with "Zig Zag" he wants me to use his partner company for 20 dollars more a month... yeah right. Just a all around scam, crappy service. The customer service is horrible and outsourced. I called for help and the gentleman didn't even speak English. They weren't helpful, sympathetic, or resourceful what so ever. They try to scam Portland apartment buildings into their awful internet service. While also failing to mention Mac computers do not work with their services. I hate comcast too, but Zig Zag is NOT the way to go. I'm trying out Quest so hopefully that will be better.... stay clear of Zig Zag, horrible internet and horrible service.
