I planned to sell the house but life happened and unfortunately it sat for about 8 months. I called Wilson again and he was available for the cleanup and once again did a beautiful job. I only have great things to say about this company! I had a leak in the feed line for my drip irrigation split. A small and simple repair job. I sent out the project details locally and got quite a few responses. Unfortunately the majority of these folks wanted anywhere from $150-$250 minimum fee just to come out and patch a 2 inch split. I must say I was very disappointed, I'm retired on Social Security and every penny counts and there's no way I could afford even $150 just to patch this small leak. Then I got a contact from these nice folks and it really made my day. Although what I had budgeted to spend was below their minimum, when I explained the situation they were happy to work with me. They kept in contact throughout the day and alerted me when they were on the way. When they arrived they examined the situation, knew exactly what it would take to fix the problem and resolved it, they had all the tools and parts necessary to effect the fix. On top of that they were super nice and friendly and allowed to watch so I could try to fix the next leak by myself, I really appreciated that! Now my flowers are happy again, there is no massive lake in my backyard and I was very pleased at the amount they charged, it was very fair. The first true honest landscaping guys I've ever met n my 2.5 years in Elk Grove! I had another guy come out and charge me $800 to do just a fraction of what Wilson did. Wilson fixed my sprinkler system, got rid of my dead trees and branches, cleaned up and hauled away unlike my other guy who i unfortunately will not be calling back since he left a huge pile in front of my driveway and when we asked him what to do with the pile he said "call this number" It was the number for Republic bulk pick up which I was planning to save for other trash. These are totally unprofessional people. I contacted them through Yelp to do backyard work on my rental property. We had multiple communications with them via Yelp and email and they were supposed to be at the property at 8.30 in the morning. I had just rented out the place, my renters hadn't moved in yet. On my request, the renter went to the property and waited for them for 4 hours till 10:30 :am. Wilson and team never showed. At that point I checked messages and saw a message from the gardener at 8 am in the morning asking for advanced payment. I never received the message because it was early in the morning. I find this totally unprofessional. He should have asked me about the advance payment earlier when I could have had a chance to receive his communication. Not right before the start of job when there is no guarantee that I will be able to get his text message. As a result, he made my renter wait for him all morning. Next time, please be better in communication and ask about any payments earlier. Not at the very last minute when people may not even have the opportunity to read the message. If they wanted payment in advance they should have let me know earlier. We had been communicating for a number of days now. read more

I reached out this past Monday about getting my patio out front of my condo cleaned and trimmed. I received a response that they can do it the following day at 1pm. I said ok, sent them the address and gate code and let them know they can access the property and to let me know when it's completed for payment. For $90 I thought what's the worst that can happen? I stopped by after work around 4pm, I see nothing has been done. I reached out to him on Yelp since I didn't get any communication from him prior. He says sorry for something, can't quite understand exactly what he was trying to say. He wanted to schedule it for the next day at 9am. At this point, I looked for someone else to do the job and scheduled it to be completed early the following morning. Even if I was to have him come at 9am the next day, he didn't even show up until after 11am, 2 hours later without any communication! I am super glad I did. Him and his team ripped out the terrible front and back yard lawns that I had, leveled, and resodded. They also addressed a ton of sprinkler issues (dead zones, leaky sprinklers, etc.) that I had, ripped out a bunch of bushes and old tree stumps that I wanted removed, and removed a bunch of English Ivy that had taken over a portion of my yard.
