A lot of places don't copy the big key that gets you into your building and he did it no problem along with a regular key all in for $20!! Can't be beat if you ask me. Got a couple keys cut here. Standard apartment door key and mailbox key. It's a little pricier than Home Depot but the keys from Ada always work. I've never had an issue with my duplicated keys from Ada and would definitely recommend! read more

Stay away-$20 and bad attitude. They made a mulitlock key copy shorter than original and said it would work no problem. Of course tried it in brooklyn and didnt work. Would make another copy only if I bought in receipt and the original. Found out from another locksmith that they didn't have the right key blank (and they knew it). Nasty guys. read more

I needed to get two keys copied, one was really simple, but the second one was tough. I had problems finding a place that would agree to make a copy. But here the guy simply took the key, made a bunch of measurements and two minutes later l had a perfect copy! He even apologized for taking so long! Went in to get keys copied. A simple task done efficiently by a no-nonsense guy who got me out within a couple of mins. While I waited, I noticed some of the product on the wall (dead bolts, window locks, etc) were cheaper than the hardware store near me in Queens. I would not recommend them. Showed up on time, but wasn't able to replace the cylinder after an hour of attempting. Finally, they try to convince me to purchase an entirely new deadbolt, but I ended up being overcharged more than $75 than the neighborhood locksmith. I believe they charged me additional cost for adding on overtime from lack of competency in replacing the original cylinder. read more
