There was small "service cancelation" in fine print on one of the invoices which we did not notice as it just looked like standard invoice. The house is in a rural area so it was next to impossible to find someone else to immediately replace services . Ultimately resulting in a green pool when our family came up for Fourth of July no one was able to swim. We reached out to the company several times to ask why the services were canceled. Owner and staff did not want to talk to us or explain why the services were canceled (which was super unprofessional) only person I was able to get through to was the Receptionist who said it was "too far" which didn't make sense because people 5 mins down the road still get services by the same company. I spent over a week and half trying to get in touch with the owner of the company only to have my calls forwarded and ignored. Also, The initial price I was quoted for the service did not reflect the invoice which was quite a bit higher so I had to call and have them reluctantly adjust the price to what I was quoted In addition they would scoop out leaves and pine needles and leave them on my lawn right next to the oool this was an issue not only for us but lawn guy who would complain about it as it would leave yellow patches on the grass from the pool chemical. Not a great experience I would not recommend services from this company they were extremely unprofessional and inconstant

From start to finish Jeff was thorough. He promptly returned phone calls. He scheduled a visit and was on time. He assessed my needs and provided me options on pumps and heaters. He patiently answered questions. We discussed options that would also qualify me for available rebates that I didn't even know about. He delivered and installed the goods. He was meticulous with his work and clean up. He showed me how to operate both the pump and heater. I was impressed and said if I need other service I'd reach out again. Fast forward to this week when my pump decided to spring a leak. Almost looked pin size but water sprayed all over. I called Jeff on a weekend and he promptly replied. Within 48 hours he was here with a new filtration system as it was determined in our phone chat the unit was out of warranty and beyond repair. 25 years is a long filter life. Today he installed the new unit. From start to finish which was about an hour he made sure the filter was operating. He achecked my pool cleaner and replaced a hose. I'm super satisfied.
