I knew after hearing some stories with other builders I really needed to find someone I trusted to do a great job in a timely manner and that was Ryan, Gerry and their team. They were great communicators and extremely responsive. We had a few small issues that were quickly addressed, as well as some changes from the original plan; they were very accommodating. From the first initial consultation to the end product everything was on point. After talking to a few pool builders we decided to go with California Trademark Pools based on their design, price, and the fact that they are a local family run business. The pool: 6 RGB LED lights, huge Cabo shelf, a raised waterfall with 2 sheer descents, a salt Chlorine generator, UV sanitizer, heat pump, and mini pebble stone plaster finish. We changed our plans a few times during construction. Added a swim lane, a much larger Cabo shelf, and a lot more concrete than we originally had at the beginning of the project. California Trademark Pools was very accommodating to our requests. They were very professional and kept us in the loop of what was going on the whole time. Answering any e-mails, texts, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. We live in Rocklin and the ground is very hard to dig as most of it is rock after a few feet. Not a problem for California Trademark Pools. Another company refused to even come out give me an estimate because the digging was to hard. They gave me honest opinions for every question I had. Unlike a lot of companies today Jerry and Ryan put a high value on customer service and it showed. They took care of all the permits and any engineering that was required for the pool. Had some wonderful conversations with Jerry. Super easy going and very down to earth guy. Working with this local family run company has been nothing short of a pleasure. I contacted them to begin the process of getting a quote in May 2022 and Ryan got back to me the same day. (Note that the other 3 companies I contacted never got back to me) Ryan went to the home before I moved in and took measurements so we could begin the design process. We went back and forth with Ryan for a while before we landed on our dream pool. One thing I loves about working on the design with Ryan was how innovative he is. He was in touch with the current trends and updated looking pools! No 1980's looking pools over here. Once the contract was signed,Jerry the owner came by to talk about the plan, spray the pool outline in the yard and help me understand the details of what was about to go down. This man is the most genuine, honest, nice guy you'll ever meet, we've stated many times he's part of our family now. He always took the time to explain things to me when I had questions, I never felt rushed or uninformed and I always felt like he had my best interest in mind with each step of the process. My dig started mid July and I had a completed by October 1st!!!
