Most promised help in an hour, but I found out later that it would be a four-hour wait with no communication or updates. Then I called Cal-Nevada, and they were a total lifesaver. They arrived within 45 minutes and kept me updated the entire time, which gave me so much peace of mind. Michael was the driver who helped us--I couldn't believe it was his second day on the job! You would never know it, though. He was professional, calm, and incredibly compassionate. He could tell I was scared, tired, and frustrated, and he went out of his way to reassure me and make sure everything was taken care of. His kindness and understanding made all the difference.
