Farmers had difficulty finding a Tow Service before dispatching Arkidian. Arkidian is in Reno. At 8 pm, we were told Arkidian would pick us and the car up by 10:00 pm. Decided not to wait for the Tow Truck and had our son from Placerville pick us up and drive us home. Left keys in car and prayed for the best outcome. Car was delivered to us at 2:45 am. The driver, Chris, was a sweetheart. He was the only working that day and put in 12+ hours, so how can I be upset with him? Already vented to Farmers. Akidian?
