He fixed for less price and he told its 3 months warranty and then I used for 1 days it started flickering I went to mall again it's closed I called them they asked me to come next day I went to change my screen. there is another lady she fixed my screen again It started giving me different problems where it doesn't charge, it will charge only in car. He never opened again in Stoneridge mall I went many time but not one is available and not one responds to your calls. Please be aware of this shit business. I answered their ad for a laptop they were selling. A 15" 2012 macbook pro. I specifically was in contact with the seller and ask if he has this particular model... a couple days ago. He said yes. I text him once again today and again he said yes. So I told him I'm leaving from Vallejo to union city to purchase. He apparently told one of his staff members I was coming as she was charging the laptop. But the laptops she has are 13" not 15" as advertised. I ask him twice! Literally loved this cute little store. Tracy was so good to me. She helped me with my screen that cracked and was glitching. All she needed to check was that the camera still worked and the. She said come back in 45min. She was so polite and helpful. After I came back she said that I had a cheaper fix than we thought so was an extra $10 off so that was great to hear and she also said come back if anything happens and that it has warranty. Just went here because my iPhone 7 Plus' charging port was having issues. The lady at the counter was nice and told me exactly what was wrong and what she was going to do. I left my phone for about 50 min and when I came back, it was fixed! I have to really thank the counter lady (didn't get her name), because she really saved me there. She even reiterated what she did for the phone which put my mind at ease. Then to my surprise she told me that I had a 90 day warranty in case it stops working again. Didn't see that one coming, and I'm really happy that that's offered. Like I said I just got the service done so I can't speak to the longevity of the fix, but this place is trustworthy and if this port keeps going, I'll be stopping by again to see the magic counter lady! TLDR: I shattered my iPad Pro's screen and home button. But now I can draw with my Apple Pencil again and everything works! (my home button is now basic though instead of touch id, which is impossible to find) They did a great job. The price was fair and the cheapest in the area. My 9.7" iPad Pro broke because I have butterfingers, dropped it, and shattered the screen, especially at the bottom. I had messaged the owner, Mike, to get a quote for the repairs here on yelp. He responded within (probably) 15 minutes with a very reasonable quote. I brought it in and after maybe half a day of being there, they tell me that the wiring for my home button had also snapped with the screen. It took about a week to fix everything, but it took a long time for the parts for the home button to get delivered to their shop (which they nicely offered an accommodation for). A Touch id home button was impossible to find, so i only have a basic home button now. Also, it would've taken only one visit, but the battery had died by the time I picked it up and I didn't have time to charge it to check the repairs in-store that day. I think they would've been able to fix it right then and there if I had the time. The first visit left my screen with a strip in the center that would work visually but wouldn't respond to touch. They were able to fix that problem within a day or two. Since the amount of time it took for the home button parts to get to them wasn't their fault, my only complaint is that they didn't call me to let me know my iPad was done. I called every other day the first drop off since they told me to call to check in, but the second time they told me they would call me and didn't. Besides that tiny detail, they're great! They were able to do the job for a very fair price and the accommodation discount made it even more worth while. I'm clumsy, so I will definitely be coming here the next time one of my screens break out of warranty. read more

Some random kid he ends up hiring, damages it and the main owner decides to give him a replacement iphone 6s plus, we were okay with color, but it was THEIR responsibility to check the gb. This is the place to go for your cell phone repairs. My wife's S5 USB connector no longer able to charge t due to the connector prongs being no longer aligned. Repair would cost $80. Tracy, the young Asian woman at the shop suggested going online to obtained a use one as a better option. In fact, she had one available for $100.
