Dublin Cleaners Said Yes To My Dress..... I had a lot of newbie moments being a first-time bride. As many brides today I was on a tight budget. It's 9 days before my wedding my dress was in need of a good cleaning and press. I called several different cleaners to see if they could clean my dress some of the prices I was quoted was outrages. Some cleaners couldn't help due to my last minute deadline. So I called Dublin Cleaners and explain my timeline and what I needed to have done just as I did with the other cleaners. The young lady on the phone gave me a quote ( OUTRAGEOUSLY AFFORDABLE) but stated she would know better once actually seeing the dress. I came in that day she told me to give her until Thursday next she could have cleaned and press before the day of my wedding. I register paid (EXACTLY WHAT SHE QUOTED ME) and left that Friday afternoon. On Wednesday afternoon I received a text stated, " Your order is Ready for Pickup". *Double take* so I called and the rep stated my dress was ready they could even deliver it to my house. OMG!!! I was far too excited but I did opt to pick up that Friday. The day of pick up the lady provided me with this cute 911 bag for the day of my wedding thank me. Timeliness: The company was prompt in delivering my clothes back to me. They adhered to the timeframe they had promised and didn't cause any delays. This was important to me as I needed my clothes back in time for a special event. Customer Service: The customer service provided by the company was good. The staff were friendly and professional and were able to answer any questions I had. They were also able to accommodate any special requests I had with regards to the cleaning of my clothes. Pricing: The pricing for the service was reasonable and in line with other laundry cleaning services I have used in the past. However, I would appreciate if they offered discounts or loyalty programs for regular customers. Overall, I would recommend this laundry cleaning company to others looking for a reliable and efficient service. Dublin Cleaners went above and beyond to complete the preservation of my wife's wedding dress. The dress was a surprise gift for her and the entire staff seemed to take interest in the task. The individual customer service and attention to detail was extraordinary. I had several conversations with the owners, who are completely hands-on, during the whole process. I am blown away by the fact that they, the owners themselves, are the ones who actually do the wedding dress cleaning and preservation in addition to the daily operations of the large business. The gown chest had a personalized note to my wife, which was a very nice touch. The handwritten note complimented specific details of her dress which caused my wife to tear up with joy. After numerous disappointing experiences with another large dry cleaner/shirt laundry in Columbus where the tops of my dress shirts were routinely ironed in such a way as to crease the top button and buttonhole downward making it impossible to neatly button the shirt and position a tie, I moved my weekly shirt laundry and dry cleaning to Dublin Cleaners. I could not be happier in having done so. Not only is their work product superior, but Rebecca who drives our route is a joy. She goes well beyond simply being dependable, timely, etc., and remembers our names including our pets. In fact, since she routinely leaves a treat for our elderly Labrador retriever, she's one of his favorite people. I can't say enough about how happy we are and how great our experience was. My daughter needed her Irish Dance dress cleaned and we had heard from others that it couldn't be done. I emailed Dublin Cleaners and received a super fast reply from the owners. I connected with Greg, we brought the dress in and he assured us it would turn out fine. It did. Greg knew how nervous we were and he even let us know it had turned out great before it was ready to pick up. It's a white dress so it showed a lot of wear on the lining. I am truly in awe of what Greg at Dublin Cleaners did with my wedding dress! It's nothing short of miraculous!! I was married in 1987 and my dress had been sealed soon after the wedding. After reading an article about wedding dresses yellowing in "sealed" boxes I decided to open mine and sure enough, it was yellow and discolored! I didn't know if it would even be salvageable. So I researched on the internet and Dublin Cleaners sounded like the best solution. So we gave them my wife's white down coat for dry cleaning. One would think that "dry cleaning" means that the garment, after processing, is both "dry'" and "clean". My wife's coat was returned wet and just as dirty as when we gave it to them. Because it was wet, the down lost its loft and warm value. Apparently something in their chemicals keeps the down's loft damaged because it never fluffed back up. The coat's garment tag did say "dry clean". We asked them for replacement value, since we're gonna have to buy a new coat. They declined. So, if you want your winter coat destroyed, by all means, give it to these people!! read more

I had wonderful service for my wedding gown preservation! Staff was welcoming and addressed all my concerns. They had set a deadline for the gown to be both cleaned and preserved under which both were done prior to the actual dates!!!! Their team is very efficient! My gown looked it just came off the sale rack brand new as purchased after a night out on the streets of columbus (literally the inner trim of my gown was black)! We have used Dublin Cleaners for about 8 years. They do a great job of cleaning/pressing but the thing that has made us so loyal is their fabulous customer service!! They really are top-notch, dependable and professional. Specifically, the man who does our pickup/delivery, TED MAJEWSKI, is amazing. There are cheaper dry cleaners out there, but if you want to keep your nice clothes nice, Dublin Cleaners is where you want to go. When I moved from Michigan I must have tried a half a dozen cleaners and from ironing wrinkles into my clothes, loosing shirts, breaking buttons, someone told me about Dublin Cleaners.
