Dr. Liz and her team were awesome! My 1 year old made a lil fuss but that was expected. We both loved our experience as they took the time to clean and educate us on proper brushing and flossing small little teeth. The office is so inviting and definitely geared towards pediatrics. I, myself also want to be a patient if only that is possible! (Lol). We will be coming back in 6 months and refer Dr. Liz to friends and family for sure! She is patient with my lil one and heard my concerns. She connected with him and gave me insightful pointers on at home care. Her team are also very professional and helpful. If you're looking for an orthodontist for your child who refuses to get treatment, this may be the right place for you and you child. ​My son, who is 5 years old, just completed his orthodontic treatment here after been referred from another dentist (whom our families uses for many years). From the very first consultation to the day after his treatment is done, every visit was a positive one, which is saying a lot when you have a kid who can be anxious about doctor's appointments. ​Comfort and Care are Top-Notch ​What impressed me most was the warm and genuinely comfortable environment the office provides. The staff is consistently friendly, patient, and engaging with the kids. They were so skilled at putting my son at ease, always explaining what they were doing in a simple, non-scary way and taking the time to answer all of the questions. There is a large TV at the ceiling for the son to focus on during the treatment, and they even asked what my son wants to watch before they start. ​Beyond the amazing bedside manner, the results speak for themselves. TL'DR best pediatric dental experience EVER just come here!!! ------------------- Wow what a gem!!!! My daughter (4) and son (14 months) had the best experience this morning with Dr. Liz!! This whole visit is not like a routine check up, but more of a "fabulous teeth experience" for the kids. From booking the appointment, the staffs were already super friendly and nice and thoughtful. They even helped call our previous dentists to check on X-rays a few days before. I was 5 min late to the appointment but holding a baby plus dragging a toddler is not easy. Well - I was greeted by the staff opening the door for me - so nice and thoughtful already. The place was so clean and cute with crayons and markers for the kids to draw while waiting, and lots of drawings on the wall. The airflow of this place was great - I can tell it has great fengshui already. Very quickly we checked in and they took our kids in. The baby had its own room, so instead of a chair they designed a space just for babies!! They get sofa and cute books. Omg it's so lovely you have to check it out yourself. They asked me a lot of questions and gave me tips. Then the dentist came in - Dr. Liz, she was so pretty and upbeat and friendly I already like her. She checked my son's few teeth so thoroughly and was so professional. I loved it as a mom. Yes he cried but not as much as when I try to pry open his mouth to brush his teeth. Thoroughly impressed. Then I went outside to check on my daughter who was with grandma. Oh my. She gets to watch her favorite show frozen and already had X-rays taken. She gets a thorough check as well and dr Liz asked if my daughter had a cold. I didn't even remember but yes she recently recovered from a cold, so dr Liz told me what to watch out for. So professional! 10/10 When they are done, the staff gave my kids hand sanitizers to clean their hands - wooooow so thoughtful! Then - the kids get to pick stuff to fill in their own goodie bags and even get a ballooon!!!!!! It was so lovely. My kids had an amazing experience and the 4 year old who can talk says she wants to come back again asap! I thought I had a great pediatric dentist in the peninsula so I have been driving an hour to go there, and only decided to change dentist this month since juggling two kids to drive an hour away is too much but wow Dr. Liz and her staff just raised the bar. Dublin Pediatric Dental gave my 2-year-old son a fantastic first experience at the dentist. Before the visit, I was extremely nervous about how scared he might be. As soon as we walked in, the staff was welcoming, and my son went straight to the coloring table and bookshelf. The appointment started on time, and we were directed to the infant room for his exam. The room was cozy, with a couch, toys, and books. My son was extremely comfortable the whole time, and the exam was very educational for me as a parent. The appointment lasted about 30 minutes, and we left with a goodie bag filled with new products to try and a balloon. From booking the appointment to attending it, the whole experience was wonderful. We didn't have a positive experience here. We showed our 8 month old to the dentist, who at the time had about 4-6 teeth - the dentist (she) scared us by saying that she is super concerned about his teeth and how they aren't growing and how he may be missing some teeth through out his life. Went to see two other pediatric dentists and they both said that aren't sure how someone can make deduction at 8 months. Even our pediatrician doctor told us to change the dentist. Here we are 10 months later and our little kiddos teeth are all present and healthy. I would look to another pediatric dentist if I were you. read more

After moving to Dublin, I had been going to Star Brite, which was fine except that the owner had a more distant and intimidating demeanor. I decided to try here for my eldest because I wanted a dental and orthodontic practice in one. First visit, and the dentist and staff already feel more welcoming. The office format is very open as well. Seems like it would be a great option for the littler ones. My 7 year old had an extra tooth- a mesioden- that had to be extracted. His regular dentist couldn't do it, the other places I called couldn't do it, and I was starting to get worried... Then I met Dr Liz at Dublin Pediatrics! She took one look at him and said "I can do that". What a breath of fresh air! I was so pleased working with her office to set up his appointment. They were friendly and responsive, and we did everything without me needing to go to the office. For those who prefer to go in and do intake forms in person, I'm sure it was a possibility, but with young kids and a busy schedule, this was super convenient for me. They sent a perfect number of reminders- enough that I didn't forget, but not so many that it got annoying. As we prepared for my kid's biggest medical procedure in his life, I had quite a few questions, and they were so responsive to all of them. And the day went flawlessly! I was greeted warmly, my kid was shown the fun, kid friendly waiting room, we got a tour of the office, met everyone, were shown to our room, and Heidi spent time talking to my kid and getting him comfortable. When Dr Liz came in, she also chatted and helped him get comfortable, and explained what was going to happen in kid friendly terms. They also have a TV above the chair and put on a show of his choosing. Normally for me, that would be not my favorite thing, but it was great to distract my kid for this big procedure. And he loved it! He spent his first tooth extraction laughing- and not from the laughing gas. The procedure went so quickly. I think he maybe flinched a few times, but that was it. No real pain, no discomfort, no fear, and boom, his tooth was out! Afterwards, he got a toy, a balloon, AND a sticker. On the drive home, he started, for the first time, complaining of pain. But within the hour, he was outside playing with friends like nothing happened (within doctor ordered precautions, like no rough housing)! I am so impressed, and so glad this is finally done, and so happy that we met Dr Liz. If her office wasn't so far from my house, we would definitely use her as our regular dentist! I want to give 100++ stars. My 5 yo girl failed to fix her cavity from other place and refused to get treatment. I expected a lot of crying and screaming when I took my daughter here to do filling today. Guess what...? She didn't even move once until she finished her procedure. She was just enjoying the movie and focusing on the Dr. Liz's story and conversation. Dr. Liz spent a lot of time to make her feel comfortable before starting the procedure. We switched from our family dentist because our son didn't have a pleasant first-time experience because it was not pediatric specific. Switching to DPO dentistry was the best decision! The office has an open-space concept, clean, and organized with the right amount of toys/activities to keep my son engaged while waiting. Definitely very kid friendly. Dr. Liz and her team were friendly, warm, and welcoming. My son felt comfortable enough to lay on the chair and have his teeth cleaned/examined. I'm super impressed. Dr Liz and her team are beyond amazing. Few days ago I found out that my daughter had a tooth infection and needed treatment asap. We are traveling out of state in a week and I was frantically calling different dental offices to try to find an appointment for her. All other dental offices required two different appointments (one for exam and one for treatment) and none of them had appts for us to get everything taken care of before our trip. I called Dr Liz's office on Tuesday (when the office is closer) and she happened to pick up the phone. I told her about the situation and she patiently explained everything to me (what to expect, pros and cons). I begged her to please place us on top of their wait list in case anyone can els. Then, few hours later I got a text from Marai (i may have misspelled her name sorry - but the super friendly receptionist) telling me that Dr Liz and her team would like to place my daughter as their top priority and is willing to forego their lunch time to take care of my baby! We went today for the appointment and Dr Liz examined and treated my daughter all in one visit - at the cost of her and her team's lunch break. The overall experience was amazing for our little one (and the parents) from start to finish. I had called to schedule an appt with some questions regarding my little one's teeth and the front desk receptionist was super friendly and understanding. We were able to get an appointment the following day. On the day of appointment, we were greeted right away by friendly front desk receptionists. We saw that the waiting room had children's books, an activity cube and crayons/markers for drawing which was great for our little one. After less than 5 minutes of wait, we were brought in and the hygienist and dentist were able to do a thorough cleaning and checkup for our little one. My 19 month old even had some smiles and giggles in between her crying (first dental visit). Dr. Liz was great with our little one! all the staff here were wonderful! After her visit, she gets to go home with some goodies (balloon, toothbrush/toothpaste, floss, sticker, etc). She was super happy playing with her balloon in the car. My 14 month old daughter already has 12 teeth, so I was looking for a local dentist that I would feel safe to bring her to as she grows. I live very close to this office and once it opened, I decided to give it a shot. I have no regets on that decision! Visited today with 22 months old daughter and we were taken a tour of the dentistry which was very clean roomy. We went into a cozy room with a small sofa where my daughter got routine check up laying down on my lap. She did it very well without even a screen on the ceiling for her to watch. She enjoyed brushing Jefferey's teeth, a giraffe doll, while we were discussing concerns and asking questions. What was even better than the brand new place was the staffs and the dentist Liz. There was no rush at all and entire staff really took time to show and explain how to take care of her teeth and form a good hygiene habit from early age.
