There are chairs for parents to sit while your kid is being treated

Excellent place to bring your children! They can handle everything from simple checkups to complex procedures such as root canals and tooth extractions for your littles. The staff are very friendly and Dr. Liz is top-notch! Also, your kids will be running in to this dental office, yes you heard me, running inside. My kids will request to go to the dentist. They have a child friendly waiting area with tablets and app games, books, coloring, and a spot for them to hang their artwork. They also have flat screens above the dental chairs so your kids can watch Roku while they are being treated.

TL'DR best pediatric dental experience EVER just come here!!! ------------------- Wow what a gem!!!! My daughter (4) and son (14 months) had the best experience this morning with Dr. Liz!! This whole visit is not like a routine check up, but more of a "fabulous teeth experience" for the kids. From booking the appointment, the staffs were already super friendly and nice and thoughtful. They even helped call our previous dentists to check on X-rays a few days before. I was 5 min late to the appointment but holding a baby plus dragging a toddler is not easy. Well - I was greeted by the staff opening the door for me - so nice and thoughtful already. The place was so clean and cute with crayons and markers for the kids to draw while waiting, and lots of drawings on the wall. The airflow of this place was great - I can tell it has great fengshui already. Very quickly we checked in and they took our kids in. The baby had its own room, so instead of a chair they designed a space just for babies!! They get sofa and cute books. Omg it's so lovely you have to check it out yourself. They asked me a lot of questions and gave me tips. Then the dentist came in - Dr. Liz, she was so pretty and upbeat and friendly I already like her. She checked my son's few teeth so thoroughly and was so professional. I loved it as a mom. Yes he cried but not as much as when I try to pry open his mouth to brush his teeth. Thoroughly impressed. Then I went outside to check on my daughter who was with grandma. Oh my. She gets to watch her favorite show frozen and already had X-rays taken. She gets a thorough check as well and dr Liz asked if my daughter had a cold. I didn't even remember but yes she recently recovered from a cold, so dr Liz told me what to watch out for. So professional! 10/10 When they are done, the staff gave my kids hand sanitizers to clean their hands - wooooow so thoughtful! Then - the kids get to pick stuff to fill in their own goodie bags and even get a ballooon!!!!!! It was so lovely. My kids had an amazing experience and the 4 year old who can talk says she wants to come back again asap! I thought I had a great pediatric dentist in the peninsula so I have been driving an hour to go there, and only decided to change dentist this month since juggling two kids to drive an hour away is too much but wow Dr. Liz and her staff just raised the bar. So lovely! Must go to Dr Liz if you need a pediatric dentist!! I had such a positive experience i had this strong urge to write a review to say thank you!! :) Thanks for reading!

Dublin Pediatric Dental gave my 2-year-old son a fantastic first experience at the dentist. Before the visit, I was extremely nervous about how scared he might be. As soon as we walked in, the staff was welcoming, and my son went straight to the coloring table and bookshelf. The appointment started on time, and we were directed to the infant room for his exam. The room was cozy, with a couch, toys, and books. My son was extremely comfortable the whole time, and the exam was very educational for me as a parent. The appointment lasted about 30 minutes, and we left with a goodie bag filled with new products to try and a balloon. From booking the appointment to attending it, the whole experience was wonderful. We will definitely make Dublin Pediatric Dental our son's primary dental office.

So happy I found Dr. Liz to care for my daughter's dental health. I was impressed with her 3 and under room and her ability to connect. As a dental hygienist I can not gush more about how wonderful this office is. The front office and her staff are equally matched. The waiting area has books, tablets, and markers to color. The activities seem to switch with the season/ holiday- in photo my daughter colored an ornament and added it to the office Christmas tree. So glad to have such a great provider in the area.

The second dentist performed a proper evaluation and discovered that the tooth had nerve damage and had already lost sensation. Because of this, the correct treatment is a root canal first, followed by repairing the tooth. This raises a serious question: why was this not checked during our visit with Dr. Jenny? No tests were done to determine whether the tooth still had sensation or whether there was nerve damage. Instead, the recommendation was to simply add material to the broken tooth to make the tooth look normal. Repairing the tooth cosmetically without identifying an underlying nerve problem could have led to further complications later. I am very concerned that such a basic diagnostic step does not appear to have been performed before recommending treatment. I'm very glad we decided to get a second opinion before moving forward.

Late in the evening - around 9:00 p.m. - we called an emergency pediatric dental advice line that some Bay Area dentists participate in, hoping to get immediate guidance. Thankfully, Dr. Ozzie answered my call. She stayed on the phone with me for nearly 45 minutes, carefully listening as I explained what the ER had shared. She even texted me from her personal phone so I could send X-rays, reviewed them thoroughly, and provided a clear diagnosis along with thoughtful guidance on what to discuss with our pediatric orthodontist. Beyond that, she generously shared additional insights about children's breathing and what to address with our pediatrician before adult teeth come in. It was immediately obvious how knowledgeable Dr. Ozzie is - but even more evident is how much she genuinely cares about children and her work. What makes this experience so remarkable is that it was entirely over the phone: I had never met her, we didn't have an appointment, and this was simply a random emergency call to the first available pediatric dentist. Yet she treated us with incredible kindness, patience, and attention. I have never encountered a dentist like Dr. Ozzie. I only wish our insurance were in-network with her practice. I am deeply grateful for the time and care she gave us during a stressful moment. Thank you, Dr. Ozzie - your patients are truly lucky.

When I pushed back, Dr.Rahman couldn't give me a specific reason my child needed the x-rays, only some generic answer about how cavities can't always be seen visually and they start x-rays for all patients at 3 years old. Coming from a medical family and having done extensive research on the topic, I was not comfortable with this and on our way out, Dr.Rahman already was pushy in telling me we needed to get the x-rays on our next visit. That was it for me, and we found a new dental office after this experience. "Dentists should not rely on a blanket policy for all patients, according to guidelines set out by the American Dental Association. Instead they are to inspect each mouth for cavities or gum disease and then recommend specific x-rays for specific reasons. "It has to be personalized," said Dr.Analia Veitz-Keenan, the director of evidence-based dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry. "It's not one-size fits all." These x-rays were not absolutely necessary, they were "routine" based only on his age.

TREAT ALL PEOPLE WITH RESPECT!…read more My family and I were loyal patients for nearly four years, spending thousands of dollars on dental care and referring friends and family. We loved the Fremont office. Unfortunately, after transferring to the Dublin location, everything changed. I experienced billing issues, poor customer service from Kayla, and after losing my job and falling behind on payments, I was sent a letter dismissing me as a patient with only 30 days to find a new dentist. As a long-term patient, I expected compassion and a conversation--not to be discarded. The way I was treated felt cold, dismissive, and completely inconsistent with the care we received at the Fremont office. Families deserve respect, especially loyal patients who have invested so much in a practice. I'm grateful I'll be taking my husband and children elsewhere.
