We're always on the lookout for good public golf courses in the East Bay. Found this shorter 18 hole gem in Dublin. There is plenty of parking and the clubhouse is well-appointed. We got our carts and drove up to meet with our starter, Gary. He's very friendly and gives you tips at the first tee. Didn't help me much as I pulled my first drive. Settled down after that tho. It's a shorter 18, as there are 11 par 3's which are 140-190 yds, with lots of bunkers. The par 5's are long. Tee boxes were in good shape, as were the greens. The grass along the fairways was a little thick. This was a nice course nestled in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Wasn't too tight where you feel like you could hit a house tho. We had a good time. PS- add some club washers on the course!

Beautiful venue in Dublin, CA. Carolina, the Event Coordinator, was great to work with. She was patient with all of our requests, changes, and additions. She helped us move tables around to create a larger dance area and was available to us throughout set up and even after our event started. Our guests enjoyed the food that was chosen (see pictures). The only issue our guests had was there was only one bartender for the event. There was a long line for drinks for most of the night.

Had a great experience at Dublin Ranch Golf Course. There was an unavoidable frost delay, but the staff handled it well and were friendly and helpful throughout the morning. Given the amount of rain the area had the previous week, the course was in solid, playable condition and clearly well maintained. We grabbed lunch afterward and it was surprisingly good--hit the spot after a round. Overall, a well-run course with welcoming staff, and I'd definitely come back.

One of my favorite special places i love to DJ at. Amazing staff and catering. Great food options. Amazing reception room with a large bar nearby. And beautiful views of the hillside. Great for any party small or big. Wedding ceremony view is spectacular. Carolina is an amazing coordinator and very easy to work with. Lots of parking. And a gem on the hillside.

Great course at a great value. I was in town and played this course with a couple friends. Fairways were in good condition and greens were rolling firm. I would play again and highly recommend. 4 stars only because I didn't not get a chance to try the food.

I had fun at this course. Kind of disappointed that they had 11 par 3's for the course, but any sunny day on a golf course is a good day.

I say that so it helps the reader understand my perspective here in that, I'd stay with this chain again. All things being equal, I put it on par with a Hilton Garden Inn. The interior is nice and modern. For the most part, the hotel was pretty clean too. The staff was friendly. One thing I noticed is that there usually wasn't anyone at the front desk when I came down in the morning. In fact, when my room didn't get serviced the first night, I stopped at the desk to ask if I needed to request it. I stood there for about 5-7 minutes before I left because no one came out to help. That and the fact they don't put microwaves in the rooms were the only inconveniences I experienced. The rooms are quite small, but not too bad. I don't know how I feel about everything being in the same room, but at least there is a pocket door for the bathroom...but that is required by code. Lastly, if you are going to stay at this property, you need to be forewarned about the elevators. They are super slow. On at least 3 occasions during my week-long stay I had to wait 10 or more minutes for an elevator. Considering there are only four floors, I would have expected them to be faster. All in all, it was a good stay and I'd consider staying again. If you're in the Livermore area, and looking for a hotel, you should consider this one.

I was at the restaurant/bar to order food and was talking to the other guests when a VERY drunk man tried to fight the man sitting next to me. He thought the man said something to him and pushed him knocking me off my stool. Prior to that, the drunk man was inappropriate things to me of a sexual nature that I ignored and never even looked at him. The bartender knew the man and started laughing when he accosted the guest and knocked me off my seat. I immediately closed out my drink and left before even ordering my food. I went to the front desk and let the person working know what happened and that they need to pay attention. I was grabbing stuff from the little store (for my dinner) and the man aggressively walked over and got in my face asking me if I "tattled" on him. I ignored him and went to the elevator. He pushed his way onto the elevator and began saying more sexually explicit things to me and I was afraid he was going to try and follow me. I made it to my room and got scared since the bartender had my last name and room number. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room and they told me there was nothing else available. At that point, I threw all my stuff back into my suitcase and went down to check out. At this point it was after 10 PM and they knew I had to go find a different hotel to stay out since I didn't feel safe. I was told at the manager would be informed and would reach out to me and I never heard a single word from anyone at the hotel. I emailed the manager and never got a response. I could have handled some drunk guy being a jerk, but when the bartender who was female was laughing about what had happened and made no acknowledgment to the fact that this man accosted multiple people sitting at her bar and the hotel manager did nothing about it and never even responded It's truly unfortunate. I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel in all of my many years of traveling on a weekly basis.

I ordered the Lucky Charms White Mocha. It was tasty, but definitely a drink I wouldn't be able to order on the regular. I was able to set up my computer and one of the side rooms and get some work done. This place seems to be a very popular place for studying and doing some work. Just a great place in a great area. For starters, this place is popular! By 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday, it was rushed with runners, farmers market shoppers, cyclists, families, and locals grabbing their morning coffee. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. It has the feel of a moody library or study with a smaller room tucked away in the corner with a few tables for working. I probably wouldn't choose a busy Saturday morning for that purpose since seating was limited, but I could see it being a great weekday workspace. The service was friendly and welcoming. I kept it simple with a cappuccino, which I believe is served as an 8-ounce drink. My boyfriend ordered one of their specialty lattes, the Banana Bread Latte, if I remember correctly and it was frothy and delicious. It looks like they rotate seasonal drink offerings, which gives plenty of reasons to come back and try something new.

I've been here multiple times, and it's always been clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a professional setting. Looking at some of the photos and seeing how the space is set up, I can also see this being a strong option for hosting parties or personal events. The Barn was the best fit for us. Things to note about the Barn: -There is an old wooden bar that you can move depending on where you want it -250 person capacity -There is a dusty smell to the Barn as it's older, with candles we didn't notice it -The Barn isn't super clean, there is a little bit of dust and cobwebs, but it is a barn afterall -The bathrooms are pretty minimalistic, the men's room actually doesn't have a door -There are big white panels on the indoor walls of the Barn which look great with uplighting -They make you have security, but it wasn't prohibitive or even noticeable -There is plenty of parking -They don't allow kegs -It is better for a night reception, as the night makes the Barn's flaws less noticeable -There is a minimal kitchen for a catering company to use -We rented chairs, tables, and a dance floor, rather than using what came with the Barn -They don't clean, so make sure you arrange for cleanup Overall it was perfect for our wedding, I just don't think it would be perfect for everyone's wedding. I had about 160 +/- guests and if you aren't hiring anyone I'd suggest to add about 4 hrs. before the start to setup all those tables and chairs that is provided by the venue. Great service before, during and after the event, however there were 2 issues I encountered. 1- we got double-booked hence the party being on Friday but we did get compensated for it. 2- i was told no alcohol and the security guards were like really?! In the end though because of the rainy weather it was meant to be because of everyone's safety. If you are creative this is the place for you (personally I'm not). I'm use to walking into hotel banquet rooms and then off to have fun so unless you hire a staff or have a great support system like me this is a good choice. We embraced the walls. Rather than covering it up our awesome DJ lighted it up did then popped it with a monogram. Overall yea I'd rent here again. The kitchen was great and we just added a little bathroom necessity basket for the guests to use. Have guests bring a jacket because it can get cold but since we were all dancing and having fun we warmed up quick!
