We came in needing to do a trade in. Automatically was greeted by probably the entire staff! We got the price for the trade in and went to go look at new clubs. Eric was super helpful, knowledgeable and cool to talk to! He helped my bf get fitted for new clubs and even almost convincing me to get a set for myself. He helped my bf fixed some minor issues with his swing and ball placement and I think really helped him up his game a bit. Every time I go in there's at least four people working there and never even get acknowledged. They do have a great selection of clubs, balls, and practice tools. The left handed selection is by far the best in town, which makes their customer service that much more disappointing. I've gone in to get irons, not acknowledged. Went in to shop for a new LAB putter, not acknowledged. The final straw was last week when I went in to replace a wedge I had lost. Had 3 top of the line models I wanted to test to see which one I wanted, and the older employee straight up would not let me hit them because they were new. I told him I would 100% be purchasing one, and asked if he could make an exception as I am a lefty and there were no demos of those models available and he still wouldn't allow it. If this place had ANY customer service they could have had at least $2k worth of my money. Now if anything, I'll just browse clubs there and order them at Golf NV where they actually say hello and make an attempt to help customers find what they're looking for. read more

We recently purchased a driver from Golf Mart and just could not be happier with the experience. This is not just a great golf store - it's a great store period! First off - the staff there is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about the sport and just very nice. They went above and beyond to make my 15-year-old son comfortable. All right, so normally Golf stores are all the same; I'm from Southern California and I normally go to Roger Dunn in Santa Anna A superstore to indoor superstore always has what I need, but the service is absolutely awful Two guys at the front have been there forever and they're never friendly really says that's where I get my golf clubs and everything I need So I needed to get a pair of golf shoes for an associate of mine for a piece of business he brought in so we went to the GolfMart , which is part of Roger Dunn Walked in and was warmly greeted by the front staff asked him what the best golf shoe is they all had the same opinion we walked back to the golf shoes and we were met by Rick and he was well educated and extremely friendly. I highly recommend Golf Mart for all your golf needs, especially this location in Dublin, CA. I have bought my last 3 sets of golf clubs here...Got rid of crap Callaway Mavericks for Titleist T300s, then T350s and my current set T200s. I currently have a 13 HDCP. The service has been top notch from their Manager Adam to Ramon who fitted me. All my sets were custom and Ramon always took care to fit me properly and attentively. Adam made sure I was always taken care of and satisfied as a customer and that means a lot. Selection is vast and anything you want golf is there...I have bought a new Titleist TSR2 driver, TSR2 15 degree and 16.5 degree fairways woods and TSR2 4 and 5 hybrids along with 48, 52, 56 and 60 degree Titleist Vokey SM9 wedges. On top of that 2 bags, a Clicgear 4 cart, and tons of other golf stuff. So I drop some major coin here. So yeah, their selection meets my needs easily. Golf is not cheap so if you are looking for value, you are not playing the right sport or need to go to fleabay for your gear. Bought a brand new ping driver 15 days ago and was fitted. That experience was great. Ping g430 max 10k. Expensive!!!! Since purchasing it, I literally played only one round of golf and hit a small bucket at the driving range. Then yesterday, standing on hole one getting ready to tee off, I did a practice swing, and the driver shaft fell apart in my hands. I am not a club thrower or abuser in any way. I called Golf Mart right away and explained the issue. They said they would replace the shaft. I went there today (the day after) and was accused that either I had done something wrong or that I incorrectly store my clubs. For the manager not to believe me was upsetting; clearly this was a manufacturing defect which was not my fault. They replaced the shaft, choosing not to simply replace the club altogether. I live an hour away and chose this shop because I had a previous great experience with mizuno 921 hot metal pro fitting. But I will no longer go there after being accused of wrongdoing and treated badly....never again will I spend my money there. I am a disabled veteran and money is tight. To be treated this way and not respected is unforgettable and ridiculous. read more

The Golf Mart is a decent sized store with the personal feel of a local business. An associate checked multiple times during our visit if we needed help, and they have been friendly every time in answering our questions in person or on calls. We tried a few irons at the demo bay, and the associate even provided feedback on the shots. He asked questions to better understand our wants from a club and help identify a good fit for our level. The store has a solid selection of clothes and clubs, and we even ended up buying a shirt from the sales rack. Now this is how a golf store should be run. I needed new irons and wanted to be properly fitted. I had the honor to be fitted by the master craftsman himself; Mr Milo. He went to work methodically, testing many heads and shaft combinations. In no way was this a rush job to make a quick sale, allmost two hours start to finish, using all the latest launch monitor equipment. There was never a push or bias to any certain brand, it was truly a process to find the perfect combination for my sometime erratic swing. Complete success. I guess you could go somewhere with a $200 fitting fee that might lean towards favored brands, or do all the brands for free with a fitter who is just as competent. Bonus; it's a very casual, relaxed store where you don't feel rushed. You will hit more greens and lose less balls! read more

I was shopping for some golf irons and contacted Mark at this location. He took an hour and a half of his time to have me try out five or six different irons based on the computer spin launching and other statistics. He switched out shafts and made recommendation. Then finally his colleague Wes the guru helped me and Mark together. Wow, they explained everything in a way that I can understand how this all works and this is great considering I'm going to invest $1000 in golf clubs. Two amazing fitters, Ramon and John, helped us make our club choices, and Adam, the manager, is so pleasant it makes the trip here worth it just for his customer service alone. What a great experience. Went in to get fitted/sized up for a new set of clubs and went with a set of mizuno jpx19's with projext x shafts that were barely used for $200 less than what another places best offer was for the same clubs in a similar condition. This was the 4th place I went to to get fitted. The big box stores have the allure but this place has Chris. What a rockstar. Once I started chopping it up with him I knew I was going to buy from this place. He was very consultative. Most of the staff were good guys to each time I came in as well. I will buy my drivers and wedges from this place as well as my girlfriends new set. Brett is a great employee. I'd called get a Samsonite hard case, an employee said they had it, and would hold it for me. They got it wrong, and were holding a soft case. We'd driven over from Stockton, and with the price of gas, you can understand I was a little miffed. Brett walked us over to the selection of cases, and they had the exact one I wanted. He then gave us an extra 10% off for our trouble. He found it interesting we weren't going to use it for clubs, but kayaking gear. After seeing all the great reviews, I decided to stop by, was greeted right away, and was helped by really nice Asian dude in which I ended up buying a golf bag. A really friendly taller caucasian skinny dude approached me and asked if I was okay and to give him a call over if I wanted try out some clubs, but I didn't have anymore time. Great experience! Came here a few days later to get a fit. The worst experience ever. First of all the two gentlemen that helped me last time were not there. It was a much younger staff at the time. I was never greeted and there was a bunch of customers on the floor waiting to be helped but none of the staff was approaching them. You can see the customers agitation on their face because you can tell they have been waiting forever for help. The young staff working at the time were just at the checkout counter chilling. After 20 mins of waiting, i stopped a staff member walking randomly and asked if I could be fitted and a minute later another staff member went up to me to get me fitted and walked me over to the golf simulator. No enthusiasm, no guidance, never asked me any questions. All the guy did was hand me a sim 2 max iron and told me to swing and hit the golf ball. Did not offer any other irons to try out. All the answers to the questions I asked ended up being short with no care or I was given the "it was up to me". You are supposed to be helping me out and give me answers to my questions that you should know the answer too! He ended up trying to give some cheap used irons that I did not want! I was there to spend $$$ on new irons and to figure out what works best for me. I came there to have a great fitting experience, with advice, and feedback. None of that at all! I drove 45 mins thru traffic to get there because I really liked the experience the first time but I ended up leaving the store extremely frustrated and I'm the easiest going guy who rarely gets mad. The dat after, I ended up going to Pgatoursuperstore, where it didn't have so much great reviews, but to my surprise... I had the best fitting experience ever! Walked out with a brand new Mavrik iron set and a new Mavrik Driver. The only reason I did not give a one star was because of the great experience I had here the first time. 7 iron needed to have a new shaft. Purchased these Taylormades here and was pleased they had a used shaft identical to what broke. They had a difficult time cleaning out the broken shaft but was able to clear and insert the used shaft. I like the grip and after hitting was totally please with there efforts. Store manager new I was patient in waiting for repair and discounted the total cost to half what was quoted from the start. read more
