We sat outside and it looked like rain was coming. The waitress told us that at the first drop that we feel to come inside and she had a table for us. It started raining and we went in and ended up asking to be seated at the bar. No issues with relocating the tab she came in and served us at the bar And was very nice the entire time. The bartender was funny and had some good stories. The entire experience was pretty fun with the crowd that was inside the bar. The drinks were great. The food was great. As we travel, we are blessed to find Irish Bars !! We met up with friends and suggested to meet here.... so glad we did !! It's an old railroad depot turned restaurant !! The decor is fitting to give homage to the railroad but enough flair to know it's an Irish Pub !! Zac was our server. Very nice, friendly and attentive. We ordered beers, then food and caught up with our friends. Zac didn't rush us, just kept tabs on us. One of us ordered the corned beef on rye, with fabulous onions rings, which they LOVED. I ordered the Dublin Depot pastrami sandwich with waffle fries. Surprisingly, it came on an onion roll, which was VERY tasty. Our selections for food were the bangers and mash, Irish stew, bubbles and squeak, Scotch eggs, and some extra chips on the side. I chose to get the house beer and I was very happy with that pick. Sadly the fish and chips were terrible. Went in for lunch with only a few people in the whole place. The breading on the fish was soggy and chewy and tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave with no taste at all. The fries were overcooked and hard. There's a delightful mix of Irish fare on their menu. We couldn't decide. We had a refreshing Guiness but sans the shamrock . We finally decided on Scotch eggs for an app. Pretty darn delicious. Our entree of fish and chips was disappointing. The cod was overcooked, but had a very thin light batter. It looked like a plate of three fish sticks that you could get at the grocery store. My friend and I were out and didn't want normal fast food... We were actually in the parking lot of another restaurant when we found this wonderful place. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a hostess who told us to sit where ever we wanted. There was a bar and we wanted to just sit, talk and enjoy the delicious food. We chose the room off the left of the bar. We ordered an appetizer of Scotch Eggs. I will be honest, it was the first time that I had ever had them and they were delicious. We ordered Shepherds Pie, that came with a salad, their Ranch dressing was really good. And then I got an order of Bobble and Squeak. I washed this all down with a lovely Black and Tan... My friend ordered the same thing and also an order of Bread Pudding. The amount of food was enough that I had enough to bring home for lunch the next day and it reheated excellent. I am looking forward to going back and sampling more food off the menu. The prices were very reasonable as well. We are looking forward to our next visit. read more

Dublins is the type of place where you just feel at home. The environment is great, and the service is excellent. I've never went to Dublins and not been greeted with friendly attitudes. The food and drinks always come out within a reasonable time, and is always fresh. The food itself is phenomenal! My most favorite dish is the bacon wrapped meatloaf, but the fish and chips are a delicious plate of crispy goodness as well. The bangers and mash is also a staple item on the menu, the tender roasted carrots are a real treat. If you ever are in Crossville TN, and happen to decide you want something other than a fast food burger, try out Dublins! read more

They need to update their hours on Yelp. They're open on Sundays, but Yelp says they're closed. We came here for the first time a few Sundays ago and I'm so glad that we did. Excellent food and kind, prompt service! This is our new go to, my only regret is not trying it out sooner. read more

Stopped in on a Wednesday evening after reading Yelp reviews. Small small with a limited amount of tables. There is a bar up a few steps and it was very inviting and comfortable. Mike and I had just come from Lake Tansi Golf Course and we were thirsty for a cold Harps. We ordered philly cheesesteak appetizers. Their were six pieces and we both got three with the beer cheese sauce. Then we ordered the $6 burger and fries or burger and onion rings. The burger was too big. Good and cooked medium well. 9/5/21 This was our first time coming to Dublin's Crossing since moving here to Crossville. The pub is on the small side with a very odd lay out and very little elbow room for my liking. But not a deal breaker. We chose this place due to Yelp reviews and pictures of their food and menu items. (Unfortunately their menu had changed from what was posted on Yelp which sucks cause that's what originally brought us in to try the place out & it was a limited menu to boot.) But we stayed and decided to try the place out anyway. We advised our waitress we had never eaten here before so she would be aware and could offer advice on what to order, etc... I ordered the stuffed flaming Irishman burger and the blackened garlic fries while my husband ordered a Scottish burger with the same fries as me. After what seemed like a really long wait for burgers and fries we finally got our food. Our burgers got mixed up and made wrong. They put my toppings on the Scottish burger which was what my husband ordered (plain typical burger with B, L & T ) and they put his toppings on my flaming Irishman burger. My husband didn't notice it right off as he claimed he couldn't tell due to his burger had so many toppings. So we waited for the blonde waitress to come around to tell her there was a mix up but she was going from table to table as if she was the only waitress on staff tonight. She (Anne or Annie I believe was her name??) finally comes over after my husband decided to scarf his / my burger down and I proceeded to tell her that my burger was made wrong and she holds her hands up in defense mode and says I'm sorry I don't work in the kitchen!! (WTH kind of customer service is this??!!) I proceeded to tell her that I was just letting her know so that she could inform the kitchen staff to be more careful next time and she said ok I'll tell them. So after that she then ignores us and goes to other tables literally next to us and never offered to say anything. She finally comes over and looks at my husband and says would you like a refill sir? (Completely ignoring me all the while and doesn't offer me one which yes I would've loved to have a refill since my cup was almost completely empty!) So after a while she finally brings us our bill and says I went ahead and put my discount on the ticket for you. I proceeded to tell her that she didn't have to do that and I didn't expect her to either but at least she did do that for me which partially redeemed her some what but it didn't make up for the other things she did while there. (And my husband had to get up to go find out where to pay the bill at as she didn't explain that we could pay at the table. Again it's was our first time here so we had no clue). Overall the place was a good place to eat. Food was good even though it wasn't what I ordered and it was clean inside. That said we might come back but not any time soon as we will be giving Christie's Pub Grub a try next. read more

Food was very ordinary. Shepards pie was inedible. Fish and chips very greasy, The Blackened Snapper was good but main issue was service. Had to wait 10 minutes for 2 draft beers and then another 10 minutes to get refill. We were sitting at table not at bar. Waitress seemed to be very busy, but have never had a salad served AFTER the main course was delivered. We were given someone else's bill instead of ours. After getting our correct bill and waiting awhile for her to take our payment, we went to bar and paid bill ourselves. One of the best restaurants in Crossville! We moved here three months ago and have been trying out new places all the time. We ate here a couple of weeks ago and loved it, so we went back a second time today. Today was a Wednesday and we were offered their 1/2 lb. cheeseburger w/side for $7.00 and draft beer for $2.00! That price is amazing but we opted for different menu items. The spinach-artichoke dip appetizer came with crispy fried bread chips and the dip was so delicious I dipped my fries in it! I commented that I could eat that as an entree, it was that good! Last time I had the Shepard's pie, and it was SO good, but I got the shrimp basket this time. It came with 10 beer battered shrimp cooked perfectly, cocktail sauce, 2 delicious hush puppies, coleslaw, and pub fries. Seriously some of the best hush puppies ever, and the pub fries are thin and long so they get fried to perfection! Not greasy! I don't even like coleslaw but I ate this one. My other half got Bangers and Mash (Sausages and mashed potatoes with brown gravy) , and Bubbles and Squeak (fried cabbage with bacon and onions). He ate every last bite of it and it's a very large portion! I saved half my shrimp and fries to take home (airfryer baby!) so I could try the bread pudding for dessert! We shared dessert, a big portion of their warm Irish bread pudding. It had golden raisins (which I normally don't care for) that lent a delicious complexity. I wonder if they were whiskey soaked. Hmm I'll have to ask. Topped with vanilla ice cream and the whole thing drizzled in luscious caramel, it was rich and delicious! Our servers were Jill and Anna, both very friendly and attentive servers. Great service here! Kudos to the chef! The food is prepared by someone who obviously knows how to cook well! As frequent travelers, we seek out private owned restaurants off the beaten path. Dublin's Crossing is a quaint Irish themed establishment with traditional Irish food. The setting is an historic train depot building with lots of character. The waiter, Matt L. was quite pleasant and answered my questions regarding foods I was unfamiliar with ordering. His customer service was spot on. Overall, the food was great - I recommend the spinach artichoke dip and Reuben Irish rolls. These are must haves! We were fortunate enough to strike up conversation with the husband and wife who are partners in Dublin's Crossing. For people who are interested in someday residing in Tennessee, it was a much welcomed exchange learning about Crossville. We love an Irish pub and we were in Ireland last year so always searching for a good pub in the states The place is tucked behind another business and when you enter a bit confusing on where to go...it's up some stairs into the bar. Once we found the bar we sat at it and had our lunch. I had the Reuben egg rolls and my hubby a burger. They were both good. The server was fine I just found it odd they don't pour Guinness beer as instructed. You might expect it at another bar but an Irish one should pour a Guinness properly. First time visit here. Walked in on a quiet Friday late afternoon, and we were told to seat ourselves. No, problem, lots of tables available. My wife realized there was outside tables so we inquired and we're pleasantly told where to door to the outside table's was. We sat and literally seconds later, a very pleasant waiter greeted us, brought menus and took our drink order. My wife ordered the ruebin and I ordered a pizza burger (I love them and have only found them on the menus at a handful of restaurants in all my travels...... literally 1/2 dozen or less). I absolutely love this place. The shepherds pie is spot on delicious. I don't get to come here often, but staff remains friendly and attentive. I celebrated my birthday there a couple weeks ago. I wish I could eat there more often, but really enjoy it when I do get to go. I always judge a place on where the locals go when I'm on the road, so as a local, I'm telling you this place to go.
