Ordered the fish and chips and they were the absolute worst. What "Irish pub" serves frozen fish? Tartar sauce is from a bottle. It's like they aren't even trying here. The worst meal I've had in years anywhere. I told the server about it and his only response was "sorry man." No discount. No attempt to make it right. Nothing. read more

We stopped by here on the way to the Smoky mountains and it was so good. This is the first establishment we've eaten on site since the pandemic began and we only ate there because they had a patio and we were the only ones on it. I'm really glad we decided to, though. The restaurant is cute and the patio was nice, but the food was delicious. It's a standard burger and fries joint, but with an Irish/Scottish twist. We started with scotch eggs, which were perfectly cooked. The yellow was completely yellow and the white of the egg was tender. I got the scotch burger (with an egg added) and my kids got a kid burger and kid beer battered shrimp basket. Everything came with beer battered fries, the thicker kind. It was so, so good y'all. I don't like the thick cut fries usually because they're just mushy, but it was all cooked perfectly. My husband got a black garlic seasoning on his that I wish I'd had on mine, so if you decide to get fries ask for that. Our waiter was attentive but not overbearing and as be o answer all the questions we had about the menu. Apparently they came under new ownership about a year ago, too. My family and I were driving through Crossville on a road trip and stumbled on this great little place. The outdoor seating was extremely pleasant as was the service. I had the cornbeef burger. It was cooked exactly how I requested it, which btw is rare. The black garlic seasoned French fries were not only delicious but fries to perfection. Clearly the kitchen knows their stuff. My wife had the Scottish burger, my daughter had the kids cheeseburger and my son had the kids shrimp basket. They all liked their food and were very pleased. Bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of parking. I highly recomend you swing by this establishment if you have the chance. read more

After a couple of friends recommended we try this place, I called and called and called last week only to drive there and find out they were closed for a week for maintenance, which is not the reason for the low rating because it is what it is. I was excited to finally be able to try them. Only menu that could be found online was apparently not current because the prices I was charged were considerably higher. We ordered the Flaming Irishman with garlic mashed potatoes, grilled chicken salad, 20 piece wings and an order of scotch eggs. The burger bun tasted burnt and was hard, the whole thing was cold, the fried green tomato tasted old and meat was super dry. The mashed potatoes were good but the tiniest side portion I've ever received with a dinner entree. The wings were fine, not exceptional but fine. The salad was mediocre at best. The chicken had a terrible flavor and was refrigerator cold, had cold fat on it and it was super dry. I was given tarter sauce instead of salad dressing. The scotch eggs were simply the worst I've ever eaten. The sauce tasted like it just came out of a bottle and was pretty gross. After it cost about $10-15 more than expected and being very underwhelmed, I cannot recommend this place. read more

Fun atmosphere! Always good service. Reuben eggrolls are amazing. I always get them. Black garlic fries are the best! My girls love the large pretzel. This is one of our go tos and we are picky about eating out. It has to be worth it. Just took away a star, because the burgers are just ok. read more

The atmosphere is something magical. i've never been to the bar but i've heard from close friends it's wonderful. This place is a frequent date night stop for my boyfriend & I. Dublin's is a good place for a burger and a cold beer. The beer is cold and the service is good. Being an Irish bar, they should offer more selection of beers. Highland Gaelic Ale on tap would be nice. read more

I ate there recently and my waitress shelbi was amazing she was so sweet and helpful I asked a question About the menu she was telling me her favorites and asked me what I liked. I appreciate her respectful manor. People need more workers like her around !! and the food is simply amazing I had the flaming Irishman and it was great definitely recommend !!! read more

This restaurant used to be on my "I'll go if someone else suggests it" list but after today, it will be on my highly recommended list. I had the fish sandwich was different:2pieces of fish and was very good. My friends both had pastrami sandwiches. The sweet potato waffle fries, black garlic pub fries and onion rings were all great! But, the highlight of our visit was Paige, our waitress. What a welcoming, friendly person which is exactly what a restaurant or any business needs. Thank you Paige. read more

I ordered corn beef and cabbage. I Love Irish food but was very disappointed! I was expecting brisket and cabbage cooked together in their own juices. I received boiled deli corned beef, cooked cabbage that had no taste and canned potatoes. Blah, absolutely no flavor. This was the first and last time I will patronize this restaurant. read more

Had high hopes for Dublin's Crossing based on Yelp reviews. Sat on outside patio. Waiter appeared promptly and took our order for "artichoke and spinach" dip and beers. The dip arrived with a "skin" on it, as if it had been sitting under a warming lamp too long. Should have been stirred before bringing to table. Wife and I ordered "beer battered cod" fish and chips. Fish was dry, crusty and chewy, terms not usually associated with beer battered cod. Coming from New England, I'm not even sure it was cod, but can't be sure. One of my three pieces was much smaller than the other two. The reason was it was just a clump of batter.........no fish in it what so ever. And, we brought home the left overs, to find what looked like a good sized piece was really 1/2 fish and 1/2 batter. Really disappointed in Dublin's Crossing and feel somewhat cheated. Since we're just passing through, there's zero chance of our returning. That said, if we lived in Crossville, there's zero chance we'd return, as well. read more

Started with me ordering Fish & Chips, sorry we're out. So I ordered the Irish Locomotive and a Sam Adams seasonal draft. The wife ordered a burger with fried green tomato's on top. My beer arrived without any head, indicating either the beer was stale, the glass was dirty or the bartender doesn't know how to pour a draft. when my burger arrived I had extreme trouble cutting into the bun. I showed the waiter the extremely hard bun, his response was something like "wow that is a hard bun" he than walked away. being unable to chew the bun I discarded it and ate the burger without a bun. While I was having trouble with my sandwich the wife was enjoying her burger. I guess I got the short straw today. When the bill arrived I noted an additional $10 charge for the wife's drink. Another, Oh I'm sorry I'm new to this system. Believing that everyone is entitled to a bad day I will give them another chance but this time I'll order something different. read more

We had lunch here on Wednesday. It was hamburger Wednesday. We each had a burger and they were both excellent. Good service, but the waitress could have used a helper. She was the only one working and was running all over. Food was great and we will be back! read more
