First, and last, ordering from them. Placed order on the website. Ordered 22" package, but the site ordered 20"tires with 22" wheels. So payment I made wasn't correct, had to pay more for the error. Packages arrived after 16 days (Nov 29), and they were the WRONG!! Ordered satin black machined face and ring wheels and got all satin black! Talked to Kellen, who I guess is the manager, and he offered credit or refund. Which is cool, but now 20 days later, I haven't received anything, which according to the last email I was supposed to get something on the 11th. Of course at this point I don't want any store credit, I won't be ordering anything from then again. Had to keep the wheels originally because it was for my daily driver which I already had to wait 2 weeks for the order to arrive, I couldn't wait who knows how long to get it going. read more

On 9-5-2017 I inquired about a set of 3 wheels and tires for my Slingshot. I asked for time line on paint and delivery and was told by "Steve" they would arrive in 7-12 days. We'll I text him and he kept saying everything is good and on time and of course I messed up and trusted him. Not only did they not get painted, they didn't arrive in time for what I needed them for. Dubsandtires.com had 25 days in which they told me they would need 7-12 days and still couldn't fill this order. After that it just got worse. The wheels arrived after they were poorly shipped by dubsandtires.com they blamed everyone else and took no responsibility for themselves. Lexani (in California) messed up cause, of a hurricane (in Florida) that's why they didn't get painted, they showed up looking like they were sent by a two year old (fed ex fault). I recieved scratched rims and yet again Steve said the metal part of the wheel was actually the tire that was scratched. The owner and manager Kellen Brantley simply said oh well not all relationships were meant to last. People wonder why retailers like this get a bad name, I don't I've lived it. read more

This is a long overdue review, but I wanted to leave it nonetheless. I want to thank Kellen at Dubs and Tires for his awesome work on my rims and brake calipers for my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I first bought my Jeep in June 2016 - used but in basically brand new due to an amazing first owner in Maine. Dubs and Tires was recommended to me by a very good friend and it didn't hurt that they're right next door to where I used to Crossfit. The team there worked with me on my budget and wants for all black 20" Ruff Ryder rims and tires to match. I must admit that I was a little impatient because I was getting the rims done the day before 4th of July weekend was about to begin down here in Miami - so sorry guys! But the rims have been great and it's been 9 months now. So about a month and a half ago, I went back to Dubs and Tires and had them do a custom red color on my brake calipers. They did it when I was out of town and even came into the office on a Sunday when I flew back in so I could pick it up. They all know their stuff, they're fair, and customer service is good. Shannon S Yesterday Jan 7, 2016 I was schedule to be at the shop to finally meet Chris, KB and Dewayne to get my new Borghini 22 inch wheels and tires package installed. I ordered my tires and wheels package a week before my install. Chris and I talked for a year he stayed intouch with me the entire time. I spoke to KB a few times about my car and to make sure my setup would be perfect. I love the fact these guys are very professional they are very interested in taking care of all my car needs even down to the over all look of my car. Dewayne suggested in painting my calipers red which turned out awesome. KB is a easy going professional man and I appreciate the fact that this was my first time his shop he treated me like family. My install went perfect Dewayne is an outstanding technician in the shop. I can obviously tell he cares about my car looks as well as the fit of my new Borghini 22's wheel and tires. These guys are the best. I drove 45 minutes to there shop I'm very happy I did that. The other shops will rip you off and will not give you the attention you deserve. Let me say this a tragic event happened in the shop with the shop pet and at no time did these guys skip a beat. I drove my car home after a couple of hours there and the ride was perfect. My tires make no noise on the road. KB told me how this would be and he was exactly right. I'm very pleased with my wheels and tires and the customer service was outstanding. Chris contacted me by text message the next day to see how my car and the fit was working awesome communication. These guys were busy with customers all day and I can see why they are all professional and will definitely take care of all your car needs. They have an entire showroom of wheels you can physically touch and not just look at a catalog like those other fake shops in West Palm Beach off Military drive and Southern. If you live in South Florida this is the place you should go for all your rims and tires. Get those factory wheels off your ride and go see KB at Dubs and tires in Hallendale Florida.
