I arrived at 9:06pm. The middle lobby smelled great. It wasn't a desert smell but very pleasant yet surprising. It was like the small of a fancy hotel lobby. In the main area, there was an online pickup area but I didn't see anything. There. My order wasn't ready yet and they hadn't even started on it until I told them I was picking up an order. I received my order at 9:09pm. Staff were friendly and I enjoyed the donuts. One of my chocolate covered donuts was more of a chocolate lined donut, lol. I tried the new strawberry pop-tart donut and I enjoyed it.

She then tells me "oh im not ready for you yet". When I do finally order and get the donuts and move out of the way for others, the whole 2 dozens are cold not hot. It was a special cake for my niece's graduation, so it was important to have for our family celebration. This could have been a sad story, but FATD staff went above and beyond to make their error right. All of the staff, esp the Sunday morning manager (who I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) were so great and made sure that I left with a comparable cake to serve at our graduation party. The amount of baked goods I wanted was crazy. We should've brought a cooler so I could grab some cake slices and cookies. They have a full grill also, and the full menu is available all day. We grabbed a couple chicken biscuits for a later lunch. Biscuits, fluffy, chicken juicy and well seasoned. About 15, 20 min from the interstate - well worth it. Some parking in front. They also have a drive thru.

Two thumbs up. Hands down, this is the best donut shop in Greenville. Never have to watch and wait for the "hot" sign. Donuts are made to order, right in front of you, and dipped in the most delicious toppings you can imagine. The service was great, even with a line, but it moved quickly and the wait was SO worth this delicious treat. The employees make sure your donuts are exactly what you ordered. I didn't understand the hype until I had them myself. These donuts are ridiculously good. And there are so many! The manager and everyone else there is always really friendly, even when they're busy, and they're happy to help you figure out what you want. French toast has been my fave so far, but I honestly haven't had one I didn't like. My non-profit group had Duck Donuts do a large order for a recent event and they did an awesome job. I kept hearing about this place for its Maple Bacon donut which sounded fantastic, so I decided to give it a try...and it turned out all the hype is real!! Probably one of the greatest combinations I've ever had on a donut and that has caused me to go back a bunch of times since my first visit. Krispy Kreme doesn't have anything on this delicious donut shop for sure. It is a little bit more pricey that your typical donut shop, but well worth it! They have a good system, and are usually on point, with efficiency and speed and accuracy. I have been going there for the better part of a decade and i have never had a drink screwed up. Furthermore, my drink is always consistent, regardless of who makes it -big points for that. There's another place in town where my choice beverage varies wildly in taste and consistency depending on who is working that day. Also they don't use any of those garbage Monin liquid syrups; they use the better Torani syrups, and even better, they mix the espresso with the syrup, so that it's emulsified properly in iced coffee-drinks and not just sitting heavy on the bottom of the cup for you to suck up in one go through your straw.
