The donuts are good not too big my son described it as a cake donut. Service is great they were very accommodating. Ordering donuts with a family of four is chaotic and they were very patient. Ambience is cute lots of ducks to fit the brand. I want to try the breakfast sandwich next it's advertised in the pic. My favorite donuts are the blueberry and the cinnamon sugar.

Stopped by on a recommendation and so glad we did. This is a donut lovers paradise. Choose from signatire best sellers or customize your toppings on a regular or mini sized donut(s). They also offer ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes and breakfast sandwiches. The staff were friendly and made some great recommendations. The store is bright and clean with a hightop counter or tables and chairs to dine in. Take out and catering available. Enjoy!

I just got a cookies n cream milkshake and cookies n cream donut. Anthony is very friendly and personable! He made my day talking about his recent vacation and asking me about mine, he showed me a video of his trip before the store got busy and he had to help other customers. Delicious donuts and milkshake and excellent service!

Love this place and the customer service! We come here most thursdays after my kids have their routine appointments. Baby just tried her first (plain) donut and was so excited. My boys also love watching them make the donuts. The duckies all around the store (some hidden) make it look so fun and inviting. Definitely a kid friendly and adult friendly environment! Can't wait to come back next Thursday!

I always thought of donuts as either that very light type most places make the regular glazed from, or the really heavy cake kind, like a traditional Dunkin Donut. Duck Donuts finds just the right mixture of texture, with a light and fluffy cake donut. (There's no actual Duck in the donuts. I know I'll see that question come up on Yelp soon.) Alot of great flavors and they're all made fresh in front of you. Nothing is sitting around. That's the best part. Overall it's a great spot for donuts. I did even try just the plain donut, and it was really good. While the base donut is always the same, the toppings all seem to be very sweet and a bit overwhelming to me. Because they don't have a variety of base donuts, you're faced with endless combinations of extremely sweet icings and equally sweet toppings dropped right on top.

This is a fast growing chain donut shop and I understand why Each of the donuts are made to order and they are incredibly fresh. They have a bunch of different donut flavors to choose from, and they just add different toppings to the same donut base. They have both pre-set and create your own flavors -I got a pre-set flavor and it was delicious. They also have both regular and mini sized donuts in all the same flavors In addition to their donuts they have a few breakfast sandwich options (including one actually on a donut base) as well. They also have some donuts ice cream sandwich options They have a solid drink selection as well -I got a frozen coffee (which was essentially a coolata) and it was delicious. The vibe is very fun, and the workers were very friendly. A few different tables inside to sit at, as well as some chairs with a mini-table setup by the window 9

Awesome customer service and the donuts were fresh and delicious. We even had their breakfast selections and it was delicious. This is definitely a place I will come in rotation. They have coffee, lattes, milk shakes and most importantly so many delicious donuts with add ons. Definitely a must!!!

The donuts here are made to order, so they are always warm and fluffy....BUT, you will not be waiting too long so don't let "made to order" scare you off. The toppings really stand out, so it's not just appealing to the eye but the palate too ;) Staff is always so friendly and helpful, and give their recommendations as well. Also, this may be a big question...yes, there is coffee (and so many different drinks).

Obsessed with these donuts! Ordered through door dash and they were amazing! Would definitely recommend

So this was an Insta-Yelp. Basically an Instagram inspired Yelp trip. From why I heard about the place I actually was so excited I forgot to check in. But it was cool. I drove 35 minutes for THEE most amazing Donuts. Place was easy to find and I parked right out front. I ordered pick up and set a time for 4pm- A staff member greeted me warmly as i stepped in unsure and held onto my Donuts while he politely let me use the restroom after a long drive. Service - 5 star hands down good job Food- Warn fresh donuts packed neatly Flavor- ZING bam BOOM If you know my love of key lime you know that this place GOT IT RIGHT!! I brought my family a little treat. House favs were - maple bacon Key lime anything Lemon Rasberry The whole box disappeared in SECONDS and my dad asked home one I didn't buy two! Wow AmaZing.

Been hearing about these donuts and I had to go try them since I was near there. They have new hours during the pandemic so check before going (forgot to take the picture of the store hours -- think it is 9AM-4PM). The store is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Make sure you wear a mask, since it's a requirement. You can call in your order, takeout or curbside pickup. We walked in and there were customers waiting for their orders. After checking that they ordered, we walk toward the back to look at their menu. They serve breakfast sandwiches, drinks, shakes and sundaes. We decided on the maple bacon and raspberry lemon drizzle donuts. The coating is overflowing from the donut that it spills onto the box. Mary, who is this location's business manager, let me take a picture of my treat (apparently I am not the only one who asked to do that). You have to eat the donuts while it's warm. We dig into the maple bacon first, which was still warm. It isn't too sweet and the bacon provided a nice balance to the donut. The donut isn't airy nor cakey. It is delicious. As for the raspberry lemon drizzle, it is good though a bit sweet for my taste. I have to try the other flavors next time I am there. Enjoy!

    Heaven.

Why? Why do these donuts have to be so good and close to home? Why did I try them in the first place? So, I'm addicted and this isn't good for me but it is worth every single calorie. The place is so cute. The staff is patient and the creations/combinations are sinful. I tried s'mores, Nutella, Oreo. My husband has blueberry and peanut butter. They mostly didn't last the night but they're still good the next day; just pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds. Heavenly! If you haven't tried yet, you must. But don't say you weren't warned!

Any updates on the vegan options?

Vegan still not available at the Hauppauge or Selden stores :-(

    Are there any vegan options?

Hi Kristina, a limited number of stores are trialing vegan donuts. So maybe soon. Thanks for asking!

Can anyone advise of the size dimensions of the donuts? I am looking to place them in favor boxes that are 4x4x2.5 and need to know if they will fit. Can't find the info anywhere online. Thanks

Hi Nancy, our donuts are about 3 inches in diameter and and 1.5 inches high!

That describes the last time I was at Nappi's Nook, over two years ago. Flash forward to this morning and we're looking at an update that shows a much different experience this time around. You see that first time at Nappi's was not long after they had opened. Kinks were definitely still being worked out and at the time, I just couldn't see it as a place worth choosing over other breakfast spots. But seeing reviews, awards, and that the place was still standing years later led my wife and I to come check them out again. This second time around we snagged a table (they definitely get crowded quickly) and had some very friendly service from our waitress. Things started with their Nappicinos which were a huge misfire that first time, but a definite improvement today. My wife got the Biscoff variety while I got the Peanut butter cup and boy were they tasty. A good balance of coffee and sweet flavors. Now when it came to food, last time I went with chicken and waffles which (from pics) still seemed like something I might enjoy more elsewhere and so instead, I landed on The Stove Top Skillet. This was a combo of onions, peppers, potatoes, sausage, cheese, and over easy eggs. It came out piping hot and it was honestly impressive in how it tasted. I liked the thinly sliced sausage coins and although the pepper pieces were a little massive, they were soft enough with everything mixing together nicely. As for the wife, she went with a special in the form of the hash omelette which was exactly as it sounded with Swiss cheese and paprika hollandaise sauce on top along with breakfast potatoes on the side. I tried it and it was pretty tasty as well. One last item we chose to order was a single beignet for $2.50 as a side option. Sometimes we're just not feeling a full sweet breakfast, but this little fried ball filled with chocolate did the trick. Was it comparable to Cafe Du Monde? No way, but it was still quality. Honestly, the whole meal was quality and definitely several steps up from that first round a few years back. The only true gripe I can give is the soundtrack to Nappi's. The music, a touch louder than one might think at 9 in the morning, was a little too trance/dance/club for the vibe of breakfast. Maybe on a Sunday for a boozy brunch, but perhaps some music changes would create a little more of a "Nook" feel. Perhaps? Overall though, I'm really very impressed and glad to have given Nappi's Nook a second shot. It may have taken some time for that to happen, but it showed that this place was the real deal because it was still around, and winning Best of LI awards in the meantime. Perhaps a place to get to on the earlier side, but for sure a location I know I will be returning to for round three much sooner than expected.

I thought it would be dead, but to my surprise it was still pretty busy! Its a small little place, but still a few options to sit down and eat or just sip your java. Bonus points for excellent music choice, very indie singer/songwriter style that made for a nice relaxing atmosphere. Starting with the reason you're probably going here, the coffee. I got a peanut butter latte, and my girlfriend got one of their winter seasonal choices in the ginger bread latte. both served hot. The PB was very smooth and lightly sweet, but the ginger bread one in my opinion takes home the trophy this time. As for lunch we did their sandwich/wrap and a salad combo, which as far as I am concerned is the best deal I've ever seen, Panera eat your heart out. I got the buffalo chicken wrap with a side caesar salad, and my girlfriend got the fig & brie sandwich, with a side peach and avocado salad. The buffalo wrap was nice and light with grilled chicken and a buffalo sauce that seemed almost more like a vinaigrette and the caesar was about as classic as it gets. The fig and brie was an unexpected plus for me and eats almost like a caprese sandwich, while the peach and avocado salad was super fresh, fruit in salad doesn't quite do it for me personally, so we split the trophy for our lunches. My only "major" downside is that the food is served on wooden paddles, I personally like a plate, but that is more of me just being a nit-picker more than anything else. Parking is pretty ample with spots both in the front and the back of the attached lot, but be careful when you're pulling up the first time, you're bound to miss it, I know I almost did!
