Parking: The place is located in an outdoor mall situation. I went during the afternoon during a weekday and there was plenty of parking. You won't have trouble finding a parking space unless it's during huge sales, events or the holiday season. Experience: This was my first time here and my first time trying Duck Donuts. The cashier/staff was very welcoming and helpful. I walked in knowing nothing about this place and was very surprised to hear that the donuts here are made to order. It was such a fun experience. Cinnamon sugar - one of the best tasting donuts I've had. Inside is only what I could imagine what a cloud would be like. It was so warm and fluffy. The outside was coated in just the right amount of cinammon and was perfectly fried. Overall: This is a great place for people who love sweets, donuts and ducks. Would love to come back to try different flavors when I'm in the area again. read more

Overall an amazing experience! Came in on a Wednesday around noon on an empty stomach; I've been having trouble eating recently and the muffins that I ordered here were perfect and easy to go down. The egg and muffin were so soft and the cheese was melted to perfection!! I love myself a caramel macchiato and this place did not disappoint, the drink was perfectly sweet with a strong taste of coffee. Service was amazing too, the young man helping us out made sure we saw all their options before we made a choice and even though he was alone our order was out in no time! My first time going in Duck Donuts and i was not greeted at all by this lady named Joy. So I still bought two mini ducks because i'm sure my daughter would love them. I asked for some free samples as advertised outside the store. Joy says 20 minutes for free samples. So i step out. Mind you there is no one at the store but myself. 20-25 minutes later I return. Joy gives me a response "Give me a minute" as she is busy doing something else. I felt like she didn't care to offer me the free samples and sounded pretty annoyed. What a first impression. That would not make me return to this Duck Donuts location. Hope this will get to her. read more

Second time trying this place out. I rarely find vegan donuts, so as I passed through the area I stopped here early AM. I bought the French Toast donut and a Cold Brew with Hazelnut flavoring. The donut tasted fresh and the person who packaged it for me added another one for free which I appreciated however, I waited for about few minutes to be greeted and when she finally did, she was speaking loudly from across the store. I told her the order was for my name but her tone in asking to see the receipt was heavy. I brushed it off because maybe she was having a rough morning considering she was on her phone as I waited to be helped. I didn't want to judge right off the bat on how she approached me. Once I got back to work, I tried the cold brew and it was so bitter. To be fair, I've tried many cold brew options from different places. The cold foam added to it was chunky and the flavoring wasn't appealing. The place was super cute and it is probably a go-to donut spot for others but I got a bad first impression from it and don't think I'll be going back. read more

The cookies and cream ice cream was good and the serving size was the picture! It was definitely such a good portion size and there are a lot of flavors that I need to come back and try. If you're a fan of donuts, DUCK DONUTS are a MUST try!!! I tried the maple bacon, coffee cake and cinnamon pumpkin spice and each of them were so delicious I regret not buying the half dozen. Unlike your traditional donut shop, Duck Donuts are made to order, not sitting, which makes the freshness and quality top notch. Probably the best donut I've ever had in my life. Joy and Bree were extra friendly and sold me on a plain maple donut, my husband on a donut topped milkshake. We love duck donuts and found one at the Victoria gardens! We normally come with our kids but it was our date night! So no kids! Lol. We absolutely love all the donuts we've had here. These two were our favorite, I forgot what the name was but one was a bacon and one was an oreo. You can't go wrong with the donuts here. You also need to look for the seasonal donuts which are BOMB. The service was good, however I felt they needed one more person. There were two guys on a Sunday night and there was a lot of people ordering. These are custom made donuts which are made to order and are fresh, however it tool awhile to get donuts because there were only two people working. Anways, once we got our donuts they were hot and fresh. We took it to go and sat down outside. They didn't have much seating inside so we found a spot to eat outside. This place was sooo cute!! We originally went in just to look and see what they had but after tasting some samples of their ice cream, we just HAD to get some!! It was probably one of the best ice cream's I've had!!! The guy working at the front, Jarred, was also SUPER friendly and inviting. Jarred was able to answer all of our questions and was SO welcoming. The ice cream was the perfect texture and was BURSTING with so much flavor. Made to order donuts? Well I've never. This was a first time experience for me since I'm used to picking my donut through a class case. But having to pick from a menu and waiting for them to make it? Sadly, I'm not that patient. However, it was a Saturday afternoon, I had nowhere else to be. These are delicious when they are warm. When you bite into it, it just melts in your mouth and it disappears in 3 bites! #dangerous A few years ago, my cousin had brought a box over and I thought they were unique, even not warmed up. I didn't know they were made to order at the time. Since they are made to order, the price tag goes up, about $2.60/each donut. Ouch! The place is cute and the doughnuts are covered with icing and other toppings after you order them. So they are nice and hot when you get them. The 2 young people working there were very polite, even though there were so many people placing orders, and the line was SO long. I gave it a 3 because the doughnut did not taste above and beyond the average doughnut; except for the warm and fresh part. I guess it should be more of a 3.5. The wait was too long for me, and perhaps they need to hire another person on the weekends to help out. The doughnut I ordered was the "S'mores" version. It would have been better if it had more texture. I'm thinking little marshmallows and bigger crumbs of cinnamon cracker to get the different flavors and texture. read more

When we went into the bakery, we were given a card with the email address and told to email the baker directly. I emailed that Saturday while still in the store, and by Sunday morning I already had a response from Victoria. She was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process! I sent her inspiration pictures, and she quickly provided three different quote options. All of the inspiration cakes I sent included fresh flowers, and Victoria explained that we would need to bring our own flowers to the bakery the Friday before pickup so they could safely place them on the cake the next morning. Everything went smoothly, and when we arrived to pick up the cake, it looked absolutely stunning! The flowers we brought in were beautifully arranged, and the entire cake looked elegant and professionally done. We ordered vanilla cake with buttercream and their Strawberry Chiffon flavor, and both were AMAZING. Everyone at the bridal shower kept talking about how delicious the cake was! So many guests had never heard of Mr. Baker before and wanted to know where the cake came from that we actually brought extra business cards and handed them out during the shower. Thank you so much to Victoria and the entire team at Mr. Baker for creating such a beautiful cake and making the process so easy. Everyone there is always so kind and welcoming, and we will definitely continue ordering from them in the future!

But had no flavors.... tasted like drinking milk with ice. Even the little jellies had no flavors. It wad just loke drinking iced milk. The matcha pudding was horrendous. No real flavors except for bitterness. Seemed like it was watered down. Matcha was not good at all. The crinkles all tasted the same. I didnt know which was which. The guava one had a minor hint of guava. The guava cheese though was really good. Almost rivals that of Portos. But with amazing Filipino desserts closer to home (Cafe 86). And if im really hurting for halo halo closer to home in Seafood City. I dont see myself going out of my way to make a trip here again, unfortunately.

This review is a little delayed but finally have a chance to get it done. One of my besties sent me a text the morning of Duck Donuts' third day of being opening, reminding me that they were now open. Since the husband and I had just sat down to breakfast we decided to share something so we could go check out the donuts after we ate. There was a bit of a line, maybe 20 people or so ahead of us. To our surprise we were asked if we wanted coffee, iced coffee or tea. We had no idea they were handing out a free beverage and were pleasantly surprised with the quality, ceramic coffee cup that we were given...and that they said we got free coffee for a year. What?! How lucky was that?! (Numbers 37 & 38 out of 40, we just made it!) We sipped on our coffee, chatted with other customers in line and checked out the Signature Assortment. We picked out a couple as we waited for our turn, which came relatively quickly. Especially considering how it works! (We had NO idea how it worked.) First, if you have read some of the other reviews you saw that there is just one donut base. It's true, all of the donuts start with the same donut. I would describe it as in between a regular cake-type donut and a an original Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut. Upon entering, we realized the donuts are freshly made when you place your order! It's not a matter of hitting it at the right time to get fresh, warm donuts. They are always fresh and warm! Additionally, we thought that the Signature Assortment was all they had to choose from. However, that wasn't the case at all! While they had a few different menus to look over and choose from, they explained that those were merely suggestions but you can have whatever toppings you wanted! We ended up just sticking to their flavors for three of them and just getting the last one with just the glaze. Once we placed our order, our donuts were fried and then the toppings were added. It's set up where you can watch from start to finish. Once completed they bring them over for you to confirm how they look and you're off to enjoy your donuts. If you like sugary treats, these deliver. They are super sweet. I actually wish we had purchased a plain one to see what just that tasted like...next time! They also have ice cream and some really fun merch to buy. There is only a small viewing/waiting area inside, but there are tables outside to sit and enjoy the yumminess. You can also order ahead and have them ready to pick up. Will definitely be back...and not just because we have free coffee for the year!! read more

OMG!!! This is a late post but better late than never. I had been waiting for this place to open for a while so I Elias extremely disappointed when my husband and I went after dinner only to find that they had just closed. I was so bummed. But this guy came and u locked the door and told us to come in. He said he was the owner and had just boxed up the remaining donuts and we were welcome to try some. I was totally shocked. There were so many different flavors. I was more than happy just to take one but he gave us 4. The owner was so nice and welcoming. The donuts did not disappoint. They melted right in my mouth. I loved it so much that I took my friends the next weekend. I saw the owner and he recognized me. He was happy to see I was back and enjoyed the donuts. This has become my regular spot whenever I'm in the area. I love that their choices change, but they keep the staple flavors. I hope they stay for a while. read more

Duck Donuts is hands down one of the best donut spots around. What makes them special is that the donuts are made fresh and warm right in front of you, and you can customize everything--from the coating and topping to the drizzle. The result is a donut that's soft on the inside, slightly crisp on the outside, and packed with flavor. Duck Donuts never disappoints! I ordered the maple bacon donuts and a small blueberry lemonade, and both were fantastic. The lemonade was the perfect balance of sweet and tart--super refreshing for a warm day. Not sure if it's made fresh, but it's definitely one of my favorites now. Shoutout to Joy, who checked me out--she was so welcoming, making sure to greet everyone and ask if it was their first time. She also confirmed my order, showed me the donuts before closing the box, and made sure everything was perfect. The service was great, but the fresh-made donuts stole the show. I actually felt the need to make a yelp to report what I witnessed at duck donuts today. I witnessed a woman tell the cashier that the young girl she was with has a peanut allergy and the worker could not have responded more rudely and inconsiderately. I immediately left and decided to take my business elsewhere. As a mother of a child with a DEADLY peanut allergy I take peanut cross contamination very seriously (as should any food establishment). Joy is Garbage and so is her attitude. I recently visited Duck Donut and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience with one of their employees, Joy. The customer service provided by Joy was abysmal, to say the least. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that she had no interest in helping customers or providing even basic courtesy. So excited! This is my first time here and I have to say I'm pretty much bouncing off the walls (and it's not all due to the sugar). The first thing that draws you is the amazing smell of the fresh donuts. Then when you see the assortment of toppings your mind is literally blown. First time here, but it won't be our last time! Felicia helped us out and she was most helpful showing us the process / signature donuts. All donuts are made fresh to order, as well. We ordered a half of dozen because honestly all the flavors were irresistible. My favorite selection was blueberry pancake. All donuts were $2.75, so if you get the half of the dozen it's much more convenient and you don't have to pick amongst all the delicious flavors. read more
