Well bless its heart--this little coastal pizza joint ain't tryin' to impress nobody with fancy frills. She's got a good ol' black-and-white checkered floor that's seen more flip-flops than a beach boardwalk, basic tables and chairs that wobble just enough to keep you humble, and décor so sparse it practically whistles when the door opens. The walls don't tell stories, but the air sure does--salty, warm, and heavy with the promise of hot pizza and cold drinks. Good pizza. Simple thinner crust and we just picked up a cheese pizza. Crust ended a little bit burnt which my son did not like. At our home we are given the option of "light bake" instructions. Those would be a great addition here. Parking in this plaza can be confusing so arrive early to navigate where you are going. read more

A few friends and I stopped in after walking around on the boardwalk. It seemed like a nice casual place for dinner. They have indoor and outdoor seating, although it's not huge inside. The pizzas were a little expensive for their size but they were delicious. They had thin crispy crusts and fresh ingredients. The margarita pizza especially stood out- you could tell how fresh the basil and tomatoes were. They did make a small error with our order as they forgot the mozzarella sticks and fries and we had to wait for them. They actually seemed to be having some trouble with orders that night. Apparently one person came to pick up their order and someone else had gotten their food, so they had to remake everything. The staff was arguing and yelling amongst themselves about the orders. Wings were absolutely fantastic! Korean BBQ went especially well. Pizza is good, wouldn't say I would ever crave the pizza, but it hits the spot. We ordered the margherita, meat lovers, cheese, and pepperoni pies. The Marg was by far the favorite of everyone. read more

They should sell slices. They need large slices from a large house sized pie. No slices though... they just tell you to get a small pie. For a place in a busy shopping center and now across the lot from a brewery, it would be so nice to just walk in, grab a slice, and immediately walk out with it vs. waiting 15+ minutes. The pizza is conveyor belt pizza made by teenagers, but it is crisp and with good ingredients. It could be a lot worse and the best option in town since a soundfront place closed a few years ago. It is a very convenient food option from the Duck Dive Bar. They'll give you a remote that will work from the brewery so you know when food is ready. It'd be even better if you could order direct from the Duck Dive Bar bartenders. You'll enjoy the pizza unless you are a NY/NJ pizza snob (like me) or Dave Portnoy fan. As someone from just outside New Haven, CT--the (albeit, self-proclaimed) pizza capital--I don't say this lightly: Duck Pizza is the best pizza I've ever had. I am gluten free and am constantly disappointed by the pizza options I find, but Duck Pizza knocked it out of the park. Their gluten-free crust was not only delicious fresh out of the oven, but somehow just as good cold the next day (the true test!). The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating--truly going out of their way to be kind and welcome us to the town. I was visiting for a week and ended up eating Duck Pizza three times--that alone should tell you how good it is. If you're gluten-free and missing out on really good pizza, or even if you're not, this place is 100% worth it. Not in a hurry? Duck Pizza is located in a great little center with some awesome local shops. Serviceable pizza, particularly if you're drinking. Everything about it is pretty unremarkable, but it's inexpensive, convenient, and not bad. Service was good. Friendly woman at the register greeted me, took my order, and had it out in a normal amount of time. It's a standard pizzeria inside, but there's a great unrelated outdoor bar out back in the woods. The beeper works so go order a pie, grab a seat and a beer at the bar, then you have hot pizza while you enjoy beers outside. read more

Returned here twice during our recent visit. Hands down the best pizza I've had in a while. The past reviews don't do justice to duck pizza today. We ordered delivery from Duck Pizza on Friday night. The person who took our order did a great job of setting expectations for timing of delivery and pizza was delivered within that timeframe. The delivery person was very friendly and professional and was able to check us out promptly with a portable card reader. This was take out on 7/7/24. If you're looking for brown salad and a buffalo chicken pizza that in no way resembles a buffalo chicken pizza, this is your place! The only improvement they can make is to shut down. Edits after owner's comments- The plain cheese pizza was good and our Caesar salad had fresh lettuce. Still enjoyed the toppings? That buffalo pizza was what it looked like. Nothing was picked off. The folks are Duck Pizza always hook us up when we are down; immediately when you walk in you are always greeted by a very friendly face. They speedily and expertly make all of their orders to serve their guests. This go around we had the Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza and Korean BBQ wings and each one was absolutely to die for. If you're doing some shopping in the Scarborough shops of Duck, splitting a personal pizza and small wing order is perfect to fuel up and be satisfied without over stuffed. It was pretty good pizza. Really fast for a post-apocalyptic Saturday night delivery. The extra large lived up to the billing and they remembered our extra sauces. It was kinda hard to order and the automated phone system, before you get a live human, is like trying to get in touch with an HMO that owes you money. I was on hold awhile and just about to give up when a second person answered and it seemed like a mistake and that the person meant to answer some other call at first.
