After a 7 hour drive, we were looking for a restaurant for dinner after 8:30 pm on a Thursday night. The only open sign was at Lucky's. As we walked in, we realized the "open" sign had just been turned off. The young man inside was cleaning but welcomed us in and said he'd be happy to make us a pizza. Very disappointing. I ordered at 5:30pm and was told 1hr 10min. It was a Friday night and they told me that they were very busy. I was okay with that. When I got there (1hr 9min), I had to wait nearly 10 minutes before anyone would even make eye contact with me. Luckily my order was ready - I thought. I could tell as I walked out that my pizzas were cold. The bottom of the boxes weren't even warm. On top of that, the Chicken Cheese Steak was terrible. Can't say I would return. What a find! This lil place is great! Clean yet small but ample because they seem to do a very steady "to go" business. Great service, everyone was pleasant. The person @ the register who took our order was great! The food is delicious. The pizza is thin crust, very thin crispy crust. Great in my book...the Philly cheese steak was great! We ordered from here on a family vacation. Our $150 order was over an hour late, with half the food cold from waiting so long. When we picked up the Manager committed to providing a 20% discount, which I never received. I have since followed up with the Manager on four separate occassions, with the most recent conversation receiving a commitment for 50% discount and providing him with venmo. I still have not received my refund and when I called to speak to the manager today, he hung up on me and blocked my phone number. Business owners and managers need to follow through on their commitments to customers, especially when the food and service does not meet the standard it should. The only negative is the wait time, which was an hour for pick up. And while I was waiting, they were telling walk up orders even longer than that. Granted, it was a Saturday night. Arrived about 15 minutes later to find out it wasn't made yet. They made it right and soon after I walked out with a fresh meatball pizza. Very impressed with the meatballs used. We want to feel welcome and appreciated when we give some place our business. These folks delivered. It was not that far from closing time, and yet orders were still piling in. Everyone that we saw left the place with smiles on their faces as they carried out their take-away items. We fell into this category... our meal order was taken cheerfully, it was ready when they said it would be, and they did it all with a smile on their faces. Obviously a mistake on our phone order, but when we called they refused to refund it and said "someone rang it in wrong" and insisted we bring it back, or wait 30 mins for them to remake it. We ordered about six pizzas, some family sized salads, chicken fingers and mozz sticks. I ordered wings...but they were sold out which kind of sucks. The food was all good with no real complaints on any of it. It was priced well and delivered very quickly. I did call at about 430pm and they said about 45 minutes to deliver.
