Every single visit gets worse and worse at Ducky's MP. I try to space out my visits to the car wash in hopes they will improve and hopefully hire staff that cares for their work. Paying 50$ for a terrible and lazy job is WILD. My car was dirty, barely vacuumed and the tires were filthy. Management cannot walk around asking customers to send a good review when the work is poor. Please, do better! read more

I swung by for an interior detail and honestly, wow! My car hadn't looked this clean since the day I drove it off the lot. They managed to lift stains I'd basically accepted as "personality" at this point. The team was friendly. I opted for a full-service clean, and they managed to buff out a minor scratch on the side that I thought was permanent, making it completely disappear. Crazy busy car wash here, had a wait a while just for them to take my order. They offer discounted car wash multipacks too. Car wash seemed fine and convenient location on El Camino near downtown Menlo Park. Property is relatively small but they make it work. read more

I appreciate it's difficult to hire in this area and labor is expensive (so the prices are super high). For a high price however I don't expect to take my car home and wash the interior windows (again) because they are always streaked. If you're going to be really expensive, be worth it. read more

Have been coming here basically all my driving life. Today I brought my car in and finally actually signed up for their unlimited membership. Got my car back with the instrument panel terribly scratched. I brought it to Marvin's attention who referred me to his manager Michael Lawson, both refused to acknowledge that it was even possible that they caused the damage, both essentially calling me a liar. Michael even tried to tell me the dealership had put something on it to hide existing scratches that having had my car washed they cleaned it off to expose the scratches, like this was the first time I'd had the car washed. It sucks because I've always been very happy with this car wash but I canceled my unlimited membership and will never come here again. read more

I read some of the reviews of Ducky's Car Wash in Menlo Park, and my many experiences with them have been nothing but excellent contrary to what some of the negative views reported. Recently, my car was damaged (paint issue) that would require exterior detailing. (I have a nice car so I am very particular with how the car is washed/cleaned.) After a recent car wash, I noticed some discoloration/film on the back passenger side of the car which did not come out from the car wash. I spoke with Marvin Hernandez (Site Manager) if he could remove the discoloration/film. He looked at it and asked if my car had been subject to an overhead leaking pipe. The answer was YES (occurred 4.5 weeks earlier). Without guaranteeing a complete fix, he recommended the $249.99 Exterior Detail service. I setup the appointment (which they were able to accommodate me almost immediately). I met with Marvin, Miguel (one of his assistants ?) and Jose (employee tasked to provide the detail) and had the car detailed. (They needed the car for almost a full day.) Late afternoon, they called me and said the car was ready for pickup. I arrived and reviewed the work they had done. All I can say is AMAZING!!!! The car looked in almost mint condition (the detail service also included some interior detailing as well). And yes, the discoloration/film was completely removed. All of the credit goes to Marvin who assessed the situation quickly and accurately, was very professional (including his team) in providing the service, and ensured that I, the customer, was completely satisfied. In summary, both their washing service and detail service get GOLD Stars from me and I highly recommend you consider Ducky's for your next car wash and needed detail service. Brought my mom's car in to get washed. It was pretty dirty so I decided to purchase the $49.00 package. I left a large tip in the "tip box" since the car was so dirty and now I wish I hadn't. The rim around the back trunk had a lot of pine needless and pollen and the guy just wiped it with a towel and left streaks of dirt/pollen on the sides and bumper. Waste of $49.00 and time.
