I had 3 other companies out for quotes on the system and this was the first I heard that it was starving for return air. We ended up going with Nu-Aire the cost for the system was in line with the other quotes for what I wanted done however, Lino, Hector and Ishmael rebuilt the HVAC closet floor to increase the return air flow. They were easy to work with, did what they said and kept costs to what was quoted. They went above and beyond on this job. When the old galvanized steel pipe from our toilet started leaking, we were devastated. We had a…read moreleak along that line several years ago and just patched the hole. This time we were determined to replace all that old pipe. Unfortunately, it's surprisingly hard to find plumbers who will do more than just replace a toilet. After we remediated the sewage, we spent weeks trying to get a reasonable bid. We had several plumbers tell us they weren't interested and several others give us outrageous bids. When we finally got enough bids to move forward, we selected 911 Drain Lines and Plumbing. They weren't the rock bottom price -- but the price was competitive AND they were responsive. We liked the modern touches like appointment reminders. Once they got going, we appreciated that they were unobtrusive. They came, did their work and only needed to be let into the house a couple times. They took care not to destroy our house and cleaned up after themselves. The project took 2 days and we have our bathroom back. Would definitely call Brett and team again.
