Overall an A+ experience. From the beginning of the process Jose was very responsive and answered all of my questions. We agreed on a set date/time and he arrived promptly and completed the work in under two hours. He cleaned 9 vents including the air intake and the blower. I could not believe how dirty the intake was. Since he was already here I also requested a quote to clean the dryer vent and had that done as well. The process is not invasive and they are very clean. Their pricing is very reasonable and Jose went above and beyond what he said he would do. A very mediocre job done by this company. Jose wanted $500 for less than 2 hours of "vacuuming" vents around the house. I then pointed out that he missed many items we agreed to in our messages, including THE MAIN air duct on the roof of the house, the ceiling fans, the refrigerator coils, etc. Jose then vacuumed up the main dryer hose, but didn't bother to clean the dryer vent. Then he said the refrigerator coils had been vacuumed, but couldn't show me where they cleaned because his "ladder was put away" (camera footage shows that they didn't even touch the fridge). I asked him to send video footage of roof cleaning, but he said his "internet connection was too slow to send it" (but he managed to get my Zelle transaction super quick). This company made a ton of excuses regarding scope of work / evidencing work completed and the quality of work was sub-par. I wouldn't recommend them. read more
