He tested the system and confirmed that everything was functioning properly. He explained that some smell can be normal when a heater hasn't been used for a while, which immediately put me at ease. Before leaving, he did notice a very slight smell coming from the fan, but it was nowhere near what I experienced initially. He explained what to watch for going forward, so I'd know if it ever needed attention, which I really appreciated. I had JW Mitchell install my heat pump several years ago. I have had absolutely no issues with it and am extremely pleased with the purchase. It works great!
