Nick flushed my tankless water heater, installed a dehumidifier to the furnace, and cleaned the inside of the furnace. For this last job, he had to take out several parts to get to the back of the furnace. It looks much better and the cleaning reduced the energy wastage by 10 degrees. The appointment was scheduled months in advance for Nov 28. In the morning of Nov 28, Andrew, one of their customer "service" reps called and said Nick had a medical emergency, and would come the next day. I had a strong feeling that he is lying. So when Nick arrived the next day, I asked him about his emergency. He said that a job that was supposed to last three days, extended to four days, and now to five days. He said he'd have to go back to it on Nov 30. My suspicion was conformed. Why a company like Aire Serv hires a liar for a service rep beggars belief. Andrew's tone was disturbing. It was arrogant, yet playful. He even repeated the lie. It seemed like he was playing a game of I am lying and you don't even know it. He seemed to enjoy a certain level of "power" in inflicting dishonesty on a total stranger. I don't know if the management of this company cares enough about its reputation to fire this lying individual, but he better not call me ever again.

This process is very safe once the polymer cures, but you do not want it to dry in your lungs which happened to me because they did not plug the registers properly. It has been a year and I still have breathing problems and use inhalers regularly. In my opinion Lawson did not train their workers properly to work on HVAC systems . Another big problem was that the one air suction filter box they used was too small for my 2800 ft house. In conclusion i made a HUGE mistake in hiring them ....

I asked the office what was covered for free per the website, and this was the response: "To clarify, while we do offer free estimates, the $179.00 service fee was disclosed during our initial phone conversation. You had the option to decline the service at that time if you did not agree to the charge. Additionally, had our technician identified any further issues with your system during the visit, a free estimate for that specific repair work would have been provided then." I must have misunderstood during the original call, but beware that free isn't free. Also, the tech called at 915, told me he would arrive between 1015 and 1030 and got there around 1115, outside of my 9-11 service window.
