Gummy bears, white!!!
Matthew B.

This place is a joke. The daiquiri's are sickeningly sweet with the equivalent alcohol to a push pop (push pops don't have alcohol). Seriously, don't waste your time or money. You'll end up leaving unsatisfied with a brain freeze.

Fun stop! I ordered the hillbilly whine daiquiri and my husband ordered the rum and coke one. For $12 you get a good size drink and you get to keep the cup. I believe it's part of mellow mushroom because you can order the drinks both in dudes as well as mellow mushrooms. There's a patio but not a lot of seating inside. Staff was nice and funny.

If you're African American, don't PATRONIZE this establishment. You'll get ignored!

African American's get ignored at this establishment. My husband and I waited over 10 minutes and we were not acknowledged. We enetered the establishment before three caucasian women and they were able to place a food order for pizza and drinks. We decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. As soon as we got up two caucasian people sat in our seats and were serviced immediately. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Good little place on the strip in Gatlinburg. Atmosphere is bright and fun, which drew us in, along with the wall of pretty frozen daiquiri machines. Located below the Mellow Mushroom restaurant, the bar itself isn't very big, but they also have a patio area outside (opposite from the street side). My husband had the Jack and Coke daiquiri. It tasted like the real thing. I had the gummy bear, which wasn't as sweet and fruity as I expected, but still pretty good. More of a sour flavor. I also added a shot of cherry vodka to it, so probably changed the flavor a bit. I wish the souvenir cups weren't so ridiculous, I got the larger 32oz because it was the only real cup. Let's be honest, a leg cup is fun until I have to go home to real life and be a grown up again... what am I gonna do with that cup?!

The guy that serves is amazing . The drinks speak for themselves and every 2 samples is only 1$ . Well worth the coin.

They were out of 20oz cups ($10) so the bartender kept pushing us to buy the 32 oz ($15). I really do believe that is a market strategy & they were trying to sell higher drinks. I didnt like that as I don't usually go for expensive drinks especially when I can drink at my room. The bartender was attentive and made me a speciality mixed drink from what I was used to. The ambience was great as it was an outdoor patio and someone across the patio playing live music. I wouldnt go back but for those who would like that area it is nice.

I love this place! Very neat! Its inside of Mellow Mushroom. They have have an outdoor patio to sit under as well. We sat inside since we had a little one with us. They have several different frozen alcoholic and non alcoholic frozen drinks. They will also let you sample a couple of flavors. They also have a special little dudes drink for the kiddos. They have different suvenior cups you can get and they will put your drink in it. We will definitely go back!

We've done the tasting multiple times over the years, and it never gets old because the hosts bring so much personality, humor, and energy to the experience. The jokes, stories, and interactions are always a little different, which keeps it fresh and fun. This past weekend, Trey really knocked it out of the park! One thing I really appreciate is that they regularly change the tasting menu, so there are always new flavors to try. The tasting itself is an incredible value at just $5, and the wristbands can be saved and combined for discounts on purchases. I brought two wristbands from a trip over a year ago, combined them with the ones we purchased this visit, and ended up getting a bottle of moonshine basically free, I only paid the tax! They've also added a new option where you can pay an extra $5 to choose three specific flavors you'd like to sample up to two additional times, which is a great addition. We also checked out the speakeasy-style bar tucked behind the store, and it has a fantastic atmosphere and is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a more relaxed place to enjoy a drink. Every staff member we've encountered has been friendly, welcoming, and entertaining. Our personal favorites are the sipping creams as they're absolutely delicious and worth taking home. We picked up their new Churro flavor and love it! If you're visiting Gatlinburg, don't miss Sugarlands. It's one of the best values and most memorable experiences in town.

As for the food, it was honestly pretty underwhelming considering how hyped this place is. The crab dip was okay, nothing memorable. The steak and lobster was disappointing- the lobster had that soft texture that overcooked or not-so-fresh crawfish can have. The baked shrimp wasn't bad, but definitely not something I'd order again. Strawberry shortcake was decent enough. Ironically, the bread basket ended up being my favorite part of the meal-absolutely delicious. The service, however, was genuinely warm and hospitable. It was a bit slow, but the staff was kind, friendly, and personable enough that it made up for it. That was honestly the highlight of the experience. Was I excited to try this place because of all the hype? Absolutely. Would I personally recommend it? Probably not.

Now that I've been, I have to say it tasted authentic to me, at least based on the food my table had. Crab fried rice was delicious. They gave generous portions of meat in all of the meat dishes. The crispy duck was actually crispy. The food was well seasoned and not too salty. I think they actually do make their Thai tea because my tea was in 2 layers when it was brought out (tea at the bottom and milk at the top) and I mixed it myself. Though the restaurant was busy, the servers did their best to attend to you and came back to refill waters. The place was clean. Sufficient parking. Unfortunately, we didn't try the tum yum, which is honestly the bar I judge every Thai restaurant by (I want to taste that galangal and kaffir leaf), next time. Took pictures after we chowed down this time. I do need to warn that their medium spicy level is actually spicy, which I enjoyed, but others may not. I do highly recommend if you are in the area and craving Thai. ----------- Update: went back and tried the Tom Yum. It was good, but was missing the "kick" and depth of sour flavor I prefer. Also would add that the food can get pricey fairly quickly if you get multiple dishes. Chicken satay was delicious, highly recommend. I'd still go back and recommend coming here though.

We love Thai food, and having lived in the Seattle area for a long time, have eaten our fair of excellent Thai food. This was amongst the worst I've had. I was suspicious as soon as we walked in regarding the quality and standards we might experience so we wisely shared one dish-Panang curry with beef. My husband also got a Singha beer. My husband-who will eat what I consider the cheapest of beef and love it- would not eat the beef in this dish. He said it had a strange taste and texture. I agreed that it was unusual and steered clear as well. Be careful, they add 18% gratuity to your bill, then ask for a tip when they give you their device. Even without an additional tip, we walked out of there having spent $38 on a meal we could barely gag down, and one beer. Skip it!
