I'm pretty new to getting lash extensions and only got them done to help my friend practice. I looked Anj up on IG and liked her work. I noticed on one of her pictures that a lash was set on the tip of the lash( I didn't know if this is wrong or not) I commented and asked if that was normal because I got them done on the base of my lashes. Mind you, I don't know the process or if putting them on the tip or the base causes a different look or not. Anj got upset and messaged me that she wouldn't take me as a client and I shouldn't have publicly asked that on IG. I had no intent of being rude. It's as if I ran over her cat! I apologized and even tried to explain to her that I'm new and didn't mean the question to be in a rude way. I would think as a business, you would just explain to the client in a nicer way. You have no idea who is new to lashes and who isn't. Why would I book with you and then make fun of your work?! Anyway I'm glad I at least dodged that bullet and found someone else who doesn't have bad customer service and jump down your throat when asking questions. She doesn't sound open to questions at all like she said, if she took my question out of context like that. She didn't have any recent posts and only had a few posts and that's the picture I commented on. Come to find out after asking about placement( per my new tech), having your lashes done at the tips IS bad because they fall out faster. I will also warn others about her bad attitude. I don't recommend going to her. Save the trouble and try someone else. -YD
