When we first arrived we were greeted by the ladies who would perform our services. They explained to us the process and had us change into the comfy robe and slippers. We first started with the individual scalp analysis to determine which products would be used during the treatment. Next we went into the super cozy and relaxing treatment room. The service started with the scalp treatment and neck and shoulder massage. Then the facial and more massage time which was amazing. After the treatment was done we were brought back to the main room where our scalps were analyzed again to see the immediate changes. It ended with a light blow dry and a seamless checkout. It's also a full service salon so they can literally take care of all your needs. I love that you can also book a small party for you and some friends to have some R&R. Definitely returning!
