Black and blue wild salmon salad

food is always of the highest quality and cooked perfectly. Service is most often very good. I love sitting on the patio on a nice day to overlook greenlake. Currently they have early and late happy hour everyday that is very generous and 1/2 price bottle of wine after 3pm on Mondays.

My family loves this Duke's location in Greenlake. There's limited parking in the back, but honestly, parking can be tough anywhere in Seattle, so we don't mind. We come here a few times a year specifically for their happy hour - the prices are a bit higher than other spots, but you're paying for sustainably caught seafood, so it makes sense. This visit, we ordered a variety of happy hour items to share across the table: the crabby deviled eggs, crab cakes, salmon sliders, Manila clams, fried shrimp, calamari, and a side Caesar salad. Their complimentary sourdough bread basket is always a hit, too. The staff here is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the service is great every time. We've always been seated pretty quickly, and their outdoor patio facing Greenlake is perfect in the warmer months. Always a reliable spot for good seafood and a relaxed atmosphere.

I've been wanting to try Duke's since I moved into the area, so my mom and I finally stopped by for an early dinner after walking around Green lake. We arrived during happy hour and decided to split two items- one off the happy hour menu and the other from the regular dinner menu- the Savory Chipotle Wild Salmon Sandwich and the Wild & Bleu Blackened Salmon Salad. The sandwich also came with sweet potato fries. When our meals were delivered, the server had already split the two dishes onto separate plates for each of us, which made it so much easier to share! Everything was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. There are two options for seating, a indoor dining room or a large outdoor patio. We sat on the patio and it was lovely! Our server was also very friendly and attentive. Duke's is a bit pricey, but happy hour is a good way to try out the restaurant and save a little $$. Overall, a good experience I would definitely return!

Ambiance is good with indoor and outdoor seating. But food taste and (today's service) have decreased. They're supposed to be famous for their clam chowder but honestly there are so many good chowders elsewhere. And don't me started on the prices. It's definitely disproportionate to the quality and taste. And service today was not good. While we were seated quickly with reservations, no server came for more than several minutes. No water or anything. I flagged down another server and she said she would find our server. Finally someone came with water and apologized for the wait bedside there was a shift change. After ordering food, came out pretty fast but like I said, food was below average. They did comp one of the appetizers for the slow service (I didn't say anything) but it really didn't make up for low food taste and prices.

This was an almost disaster that was saved by the Manager Lauren. We had 7 o'clock reservations but once we arrived they told us that the reservations were made too late and couldn't be honored even with confirmation. BUT there were immediate solutions offered. They called other restaurants and checked times at the current tables. We ended up sitting at the bar and not even five minutes later they gave us the only table available. The manager stayed past her shift to work our table. Any issue we had she resolved it immediately. We had such a great time and really enjoyed the food. We were even seating rough near the water outside. I didn't know we had to pay for parking but it wasn't super expensive. It seems they share a lot with a lot of other businesses. There is a free lot next door. They have a parking pass to our birthday girl so I loved that! Thank you so much Lauren M.!

The place is cozy, the service is always friendly, and the food is terrific. I always like to recommend Duke's. I appreciate their commitment to quality ingredients, and everything is tasty, can't go wrong with wherever you order. Today, I got the bowl of Award Winning Clam Chowder and the entree Caesar Salad. Shared the Salmon Bites, and with the tasty hunk of sourdough bread, it's a great meal.

While visiting in WA state, a great friend decided we would do dinner at Duke's Seafood because I wanted fish. This restaurant is cozy. You don't have to be overly dressed and the menu is fantastic as far as options. We both decided on the stuffed halibut. Stuffed with shrimp and crab, the food did not disappoint. And our waitress was extremely friendly and gave us wonderful service with plenty of laughs to boot. I plan on visiting again when I'm in town.

Food was good. Really liked the risotto bites and the lobster chowder. Crab cake sandwich was ok. I've had better in Maryland but it was good. Both drinks were good. Mai Tai was great and the mule was a little strong but good. Wait staff were attentive and helpful. Would definitely return.

We were served the hot sourdough bread with butter. Tried a new dish and a repeat. The first one was Blessed by the Pope Cioppino. It was excellent. It was a hot day and I found myself dreaming of colder weather to repeat this. The seafood was generous and fresh. I made a mental note to order this instead of soup next time. The cod tacos were simply wholesome, fresh, healthy and a great option for daily eats. There wasn't a whole lot of taste to it and a matter of personal preference. I like fresh, plain and simple foods so it worked. If you like taste, I don't recommend ordering the tacos. Service was good and it was a nice and enjoyable meal in a great location. Got a kick out of the steaming cup of chowder as we approached the restaurant. So glad to have Duke's in this location. Will be back. Ambiance was nice and cozy.

Our very first time in Seattle. We just came back from the airport and needed a quick bite and we really wanted to try seafood. Jose was our server and man, he was AMAZING. He guided us through the menu since we never been here before and it was awesome. He's definitely one of the best service we ever had. The ambiance is so cozy, quiet place and love their background music. My husband had the salmon sandwich, I had the 3 course with cosmic salad which had blue cheese and usually I never eat that but this place's blue cheese was something else!!!!! So good! The clam chowder, and crab cake. Just delicious!!!! Thank you so much, thanks to the service and food made this start of the trip great!!! Go Jose! Also the brookie dessert was GREAT!! See you next time!!!

Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday! It had a great atmosphere since it is seafood themed. I was impressed by the service as well. Our host was helpful and everything went smoothly. My friend had a coupon she used to get a bottle of wine 50% off and then we also all got free dessert! That was a nice perk! For my entree I had the crabcakes, which were some of the best I ever had. They were mostly crab, like the name says. A little pricey but totally worth it! I also had some of the fried squid to start. We also waited for the evening happy hour and got some discounted cocktails. Mine was a gin drink and very good.

Ate here last night with my mom. We got the crab deviled eggs, mussels, chowder 3 ways and the Blackberry margarita. I have celiac so finding GF chowder is next to impossible. The team was so considerate and even asked me if I wanted GF bread to dip in my chowder. The eggs were so good I didn't get a picture. It was delicious and I didn't get sick. 10/10 would go again. Plus the price was NICE

I really enjoyed the outdoor sitting while eating my fish and chips. The lobster chowder was cook to perfection but the temperature of the chowder could be hotter. The waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and kept the drinks flowing. The view of the Lake was a plus while eating lunch.

It is somewhat difficult to get a reservation, because the space here is very small and packed with tables. The one downside is that it is a little tight and can be difficult to hear. But I'll take that for the opportunity to eat here. And as long as you go in with the mindset that you might drop some serious coin on the meal, you're gonna have a phenomenal time. Because we were so close to our dining neighbors, I was actually able to ask them what they were eating since it looked so good. And that's how we ended up with some mind blowing fritters. A perfect appetizer to start the night. They have a great selection of wines that are actually reasonably priced to buy by the bottle. I'm pretty sure I saw someone taking one home that they drank a few bottles out of also, which is a first. I was impressed by the creativity of the dishes as well. I'm not one to be impressed by cabbage, or ever order it, but the charred cabbage looked enticing. The cheese on the bottom, seasoning, and dates transformed this ordinary vegetable into a star. And of course you gotta see what they're doing with the seasonal veggies. I can't seem to ever cook squash the right way, but they crafted it into the ideal consistency where it was almost meaty. That New York Strip was out of this world though... the garlic sauce that accompanied it was just enough of a flavor enhancer that it didn't take away from a steak that was cooked to the ideal temp. I'll be back for more!!

One day, lightning struck a tree, causing a massive forest fire that killed many animals. Our ancestors then discovered that cooked meat tasted much better than raw meat. This is why roast meat has always been regarded as an important part of the human diet. Today I gathered with friends and chose this barbecue restaurant. It's located north of Redmond, with a prominent sign and plenty of parking. Ambiance: The decor is creative, but it feels quite contradictory. Barbecue is inherently a very "Jianghu" (lively, rough-and-tumble) kind of thing, yet the restaurant leans toward an artistic, literary style. When I used to run my own restaurant, I followed a principle: avoid anything unrelated to the core dining experience. Seeing many books on the shelves here, I understand they're trying to bridge Jianghu and artistry -- but it clearly feels out of place. That said, the place is very clean, and the stickers/decorations are festive. Service: My high rating for this restaurant is largely based on the service. After we sat down, we were given free appetizers -- braised peanuts, which tasted great. The staff training is very professional, whether it's taking orders, making recommendations, attending to us during the meal, or checking on tables and refilling water. All excellent. Taste: Jianghu-style cuisine is characterized by boldness, satisfaction, and not sweating the small details. We ordered spicy hot pot (Malatang), spicy hot pot skewers, grilled beef, lamb, chicken gizzards, oysters, and many other items. First, the Malatang and spicy skewers tasted almost identical, so it felt like eating the same thing. The grilled skewers were just average -- neither good nor bad. The oysters were very tasty. However, the shrimp in the spicy skewers were very unfresh, which was disappointing. "By the way, the prices at 'Friendship Skewers' are anything but friendly -- I think it's quite overpriced overall."

The restaurant isn't huge so I'd imagine it could get pretty packed during a lunch or dinner rush. There a few parking spots out front in the plaza, but also lots of street parking nearby. Finally, we were celebrating a birthday so we appreciated them bringing out a complimentary dessert and it was very cute having them play the birthday song on the speakers so the whole restaurant sang along! On the misses, the spicy salmon hand roll was extremely salty to the point where it was burning my tongue. The hot dishes like the salmon chanchan yaki and chicken teriyaki were bland and overcooked, didn't even want to bring leftovers home. And the sushi took FOREVER to come out, at least 15 minutes after the hot dishes, so be warned if it's busy. Parking is also very limited on site so that;s another warning if you're going during busy times.
