I'm sorry to say that the care to attention and detail has gone downhill over the past few years. I went there today because I was in the area. They did not clean my windows, and, because I was taking orders by an employee to back my car up inside the bay, almost hit another employee who walked behind my car. The COVID changes have nothing to do with it. But the people there were rude (I know how to put my car in neutral), unorganized, and simply did not clean my interior. I paid for the top end car wash, I have used this place for over 10 years, but got a quick, sloppy car wash. Very disappointed.

Paid $30 for the platinum wash which includes vacuum, tire shire etc and I couldn't be more disappointed with the service. My tires look awful and you can clearly see they didn't even attempt to vacuum my car. Will never return, especially with so many other good options in the area. I was also considering the monthly membership but won't now.

Read a few good reviews about this place and considering I'm new in town, I gave it a go. First I was talked into purchasing the more expensive wash and was told my car would look great inside and outside...my cars not that old but I said why not. It was a waste of $40's. The inside was dirty and only the mats were shaken off. The workers were less than interested about making a good impression. You can get get better service at a reasonable price elsewhere Im sure.

I stopped here because of a coupon that I received in the mail. I drove up to the OIL CHANGE segment of the establishment and a individual approached my car and asked what I needed. I expressed I was there for an oil change and that I had a coupon for $10 off and a free car wash, he said OKAY. He had me pull up a bit and then move to the waiting room. Once in the waiting area I was told the car needed "special oil" as stated by the manufacturer. I was told this by some other associate of the place. So I informed him I had a coupon for $10 dollars off and a free car wash, he too said "OKAY". I agreed with using the special oil and they continued the work they started. Once completed I was called in to pay for the service, as he was ringing me up and explaining the charges I remind them that I HAD A COUPON FOR $10 OFF AND A FREE CAR WASH he said OKAY. The worker continued ringing me up and asked for my credit card, so I reached into my wallet and handed it to him. He put the credit card information into his computer and then hand me sign the receipt. So I did and then I asked him " what do I do with the coupon, do I give it to you or to the car wash associate"? He said "Oh you should have givin that to me before I rang you out, its to late to use it now". I said "I told both of you 3 times I had a coupon and both said OKAY". So at this point in time the first guy I spoke with walked over and looked at my coupon and said "[it no good anyway it for other oil] At this point I stated well one of you guys should have told me when I said that I HAD A COUPON (3 times.) He then threw his hands in the air, shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes and walked away. I was dismayed by his lack of professionalism. The second guy came back into the picture and I asked him for a manager. He said that he would bring the manager over, but for me to get my car to the car wash side for my free car wash and he would send him to me. Once on the car wash section I spoke with the woman at the counter (she was WONDERFUL and helpful) she called over Danny the manager. Danny listened and comprehended my misadventure and quickly rectified the situation by recompensing my credit card the $10 that the other guys screwed up. So to summarize the establishment and my time there I would convey the following... 1. Horrible customer service, OIL CHANGE SIDE 2. The workers think they are doing there customers a favor. 3. Danny and the woman at the carwash counter did well to regain my patronage for another attempt for them to prove they have the customer service that a place called " PERSONAL TOUCH" should have.. It is because of their efforts I give a 2 star rating. Based on my interaction at the oil change side it would have been a 1, only because I can't give 0......

Was in CT for a 5-day visit. I contacted ACE during my trip on a Saturday morning, where business…read morehours were until 1pm. We were referred by friends who said ACE would take good care and resolve the issues with the truck. ACE owner (?) responded to say he was away on Saturday but could look at my truck Monday. We drove out to the shop that weekend to be sure we knew where it was. A small shop but plenty bays and a few cars on the lot. Looks like they may be a reseller for motorcycles or sell used cars/motorcycles also? The problem reported was that my truck would stutter between 40-50mph, then 60-70mph only on an incline. As much as this was a pain in the neck issue with driving al the backroads at those lower speeds, I felt that waiting a couple more days was ok. On Monday AM, I called ACE and asked what time to come in to have the truck looked at. Making a long story short, the owner said he could not take time to look at my truck as he was already busy. I asked then why he said he could help. He just repeated to say he could not take time to help. All he needed to do was take a road test of the truck and see if it was a simple issue, that's all we asked him to do. He continued to say no and if we were his regular customer, he would help. It's unfortunate that ACE could not at least assess what could be. Or, if he could not assist and knew it Saturday, then just say that Saturday. I wasted time waiting and could have gone elsewhere. If ACE had looked at the truck, he would have found out that the number 6 coil needed replacing. Could have made some money and kept a positive review with the business.

He gave me a couple of repair options and let me choose. He go the repair done on time, within his estimate. Since this was the first time he had seen my car, he checked out the rest of the engine and made some recommendations for me. Since I was due for an oil change, he did that too. As a woman, I hate going to the repair shop because I always feel I am getting taken advantage of...not with ACE.. I never felt like he was talking down to me or trying to sell me something i didnt need. I'll be returning here for all my repairs going forward... you should too!
