Came in this morning for an oil change and wash. I was surprised at how quick it was, until I got back in my car and saw how dirty it still looked. This was my first time paying for an inside and out treatment where they left my mat still full of dirt, the screens dusty, and lint spread across the doors and interior. Got an oil change using the Mobile 0ne European oil (brought my own oil) for my BMW M40. The problem was after they were done, they told me they tap of the coolant and washer fluid without asking me. The M40 is a high performance car and requires a specific type of coolant made by BMW and the washer fluid I use is different. If you have a high performance car do not bring it here, they will tap of your car with asking you. read more

This is the most disrespectful people you can come across when they do something wrong to your car and don't want to take accountability . I went a week ago to do a simple oil change on my car , unfortunately when they finished , they didnt put all the screws on my skid plate under my car which caused me to be stuck on the side of the highway because as I was driving it fell off and bent under my car. When I addressed the problem to them a day I was able to go by they denied everything and said since I got another shop to fix the skid plate it wasn't there issue anymore meanwhile they was the only and last person to touch my skid plate before and after they did my oil change . my car is a brand new car and before I showed up to them I never had a skid plate problem until they forgot to put the screws back on . The manager then proceeded to say take me to court because it's not the first time he had to fight something like this . That last comment comes to show it wasn't the first time something like this happens with these type of people ! Never coming here again I went for a 150 dollar oil change and ended up paying more after for a tow truck to get me from the side of the highway and a new skid plate which minor scratches under my hood which is not cheap ! read more

They will not take garbage out of your car or throw out empty soda cans you left in the cup holder. I usually have to redo the inside of the windshield front and back because they usually leave streaks on it. Other than that I think they do a good job. Mechanics at oil change section are always nice and explain everything. My last car was a 5 speed stick shift and a lot of the car wash guys can't drive a stick which I think is odd. read more

the mechanics were VERY kind. but the women that worked the front desk next to them was EXTREMLEY rude and had 0 customer service. i was standing at the the register for a good 15/20 seconds and noticed and she did not even look my way. i was truly confused. thought she did not work there. when i said hello can i pay my oil change she rudely said i need them to come give me a paper so i know what to charge you. and i said okay, but i had a drink and snack i wanted to pay for. i was so turned off and just wanted to pay for my service and leave. she had dark hair. oh and to make matters worse she was on her phone the whole time. had her airpods in her ear. again mechanics were great. Waiting to hear back from Carlos, the district manager. I can not call him since they are unable to give me a contact number. So far I have only heard crickets, no phone ringing. My issue is I took a car in for an oil change. Next day my driveway has a VERY LARGE oil stain. Had to take the car back several times for oil to stop dripping. That is not the issue. My major issue is that they will not do anything to clean my driveway. Their claim is "We pride ourselves on happy customers" however they will not call me regarding this issue. And when I get the manager in Stratford, I am told they will not do anything. If I could rate this lower than a one star I would. I decided to get a car wash and I was told to go here because the prices are reasonable. I had a grease spot on the side of my car and some crackers pieces in the cup holder so I decided to get the vip for $30. What a waste!!! I got my car back and everything was polished and cleaned except the very noticeable cracker pieces and the oil stain on the side. I literally took a rag and wiped everything off myself . I've been going here for years but recently had a bad experience that was the last straw. Before I get into that, I want to mention that the car wash is mediocre. The windows and dashboard are always still dusty. 3 months ago I got an oil change at the one in Bridgeport and the guy didn't put air in my tires. I drove it back and mentioned it to him and he tried to say maybe there was something wrong with my tire sensor but I had him do it and there was nothing wrong with it. Two weeks ago, I get an oil change from the one in Stratford and I was told that there's a hole in my oil pan. I know that this was caused by the one in Bridgeport because had there been a leak, they would have told me 3 months ago. It's suspicious that out of nowhere there's a leak in the oil pan of a car that's only a few years old. They have lost me as a customer. read more

brought my car fir Super Wash $22.99, what a mistake. I've had not the greatest ex before but never this horrific. Chocolate milk had splashed on the passenger window with some on passenger windshield. when they were done I still had the residue on passé window and front window. floor was not vacuumed. driver side by pedals still dirty. I pointed it out was told go around to where I pull in to purchase which I did, the mgr came said chocolate splash would not come off and floor I could tell them about where they dry cars, wRoth less. I have been coming here since they opened I have 10 vans in my fleet as well as 4 personal vehicles all getting detailed washed and oil changes lately absolutely horrendous customer service terrible management and even worse employees.... took my Nissan Titan in for detailing was told 3 hours ... came back in 3.5 and wasn't done waited another 1.5 !!! Today dropped my charger off for detaiLing same story got here at 9 was promised noon called to check at 1230 was told another hour it is no o230 and it's still not done ... manager is a wise ass clearly doesn't care zero respect for customers time ... my account is worth well over 10k every year and this is how I'm treated ???? I even doubt if the workers have a driver's license! No one is responsible there at the car wash during the operation. That's what they told me. DO NOT COME HERE. They are THIEVES. They have a sign that says they aren't responsible for what's "left out" so I put everything away in my trunk and my middle console INSIDE my car. The car wash attendants attitudes are RUDE, PISS POOR, None of them speak english, or so they say and the quality of the car wash has declined DRASTICALLY! I came in today for oil change as usual when needed at this place. The manager went above and beyond explaining me about the chances to make my Air Conditioner work. He took care of my oil change and changed the antifreeze fluids in the ac system. It started working again! I can't talk about their service, but I can talk about their kindness. I blew a tire on the highway, and managed to get the car off of the highway and in front of VIP. I pulled out my spare and the jack. I started raising the jack... And its rusted solid. So I walked over, and asked if they had a jack I could borrow for a few minutes. They guys not only brought a jack over, they changed the tire for me. And it was a pain in the neck. One of the caps over the lug nuts was stripped, so they cut it off, and finished changing the tire. They didn't have to do any of this for me. And in the 90 degree heat. I tried to give them some money, but they wouldn't hear of it. I'll always bring my car here from now on, no matter what. read more
