Brought my parent's car and mine. Service is consistently great. Everyone is friendly, prompt, and helpful. I also really appreciate the two gentlemen that prep the car before it goes into the car wash. I've been to other car wash places that do the prep but it's not done anywhere close to how well this place does it. The car wash options are great and they do a thorough car wash job. The machines they use are of good quality compared to some other places I've been to that do not brush well or even brush my car at all during the wash. It's also clean, organized, and has nice cloths and filled cleaners available to use on your car in the vacuum sections. I also love how they still have a combo deal when you get an oil change. A free car wash comes with it. I highly recommend Duluth Car Wash for the great customer service and care for oil changes and car washes. Support local. I also have a Corvette that I was told if I had an Exterior Car Wash certificate (of which I have 20), I could pay an extra $10 and get a hand Car Wash inclusive of a hand dry. That was fine and I accepted that. Today, when I walked in, I was told that that is no longer the case and they will have to charge additional money for a hand wash and dry as the manager could get in trouble and the people that told me things prior were and are are incorrect. I explained that we had an agreement. They have changed things in the middle of my dealings with them. Anyway, I just canceled my entire unlimited package with them and I will find a new car wash after about 8 years of using this company. The management is horrendous, the alleged manager , Eddie, blames everything on the owner, and says he has changed policies but the owner, Brian Nix, (who use to seem like a good guy) is never here. Very confusing. But I am out of here and I will find a new Car Wash. I can not tolerate wish-washy people. I have always been a huge tipper, $30-40 . This is my first review of any business ever. I am reluctant to leave a derogatory note but the rudeness by management and the confusion and apologetic behavior by wonderful hardworking employees left me no obtion.

If you choose…read morethe Basic (self service) wash you will be surprised when you go through the wash, they have turned off the Soap dispensing and other functions including blower to dry the car. On questioning the person in charge / Manager he stated that this is what a $10 was is. Obviously their way of compelling customers to go to the next level wash whether your car needs it or not. Extremely rude person and not even a hint of guilt or apology. Plenty of choices around here so I will move on. Have to say that their cleaning towel, liquid cleaner / glass cleaner are always well stocked even if one rarely finds dry towels ! I guess they are trying to manage their electricity bills by removing the towels before they are dry.
