We were so pleased with our driving school portion we decided to do our driving road test with 1 ACT as well a year later after accumulating his hours behind the wheel with me by his side. The driving test was handled by a very straightforward and helpful proctor who gave tips and helped put my son at ease before the actual test. Before my first lesson, I only knew how to drive forward on local roads only and was frightened by the idea of driving; I had never learned how to drive in rear, much less park or parallel park. But by the end of the two weeks (we met several times for about 2 hours each), I was more than ready to take the Georgia road test and passed within 10 minutes with flying colors. The instructor is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very patient, humorous and kind. I appreciated that he didn't panic or get frustrated when I drove badly. I didn't need my own car to practice; the instructor picked me up at my school dorm and dropped me off after lessons were over. He also picked me up and allowed me to use the company car for my drive test. The company's car has a break on the passenger side so that the instructor can break in case the student driver should lose control of the car. I didn't need assistance on the written test but I understand that this driving school excellently prepares their students for that test as well.

I signed up for a risk reduction class in December with the classes beginning on Monday, 1/12/26. I…read moredidn't receive the link until Friday 1/9/26 explaining that a workbook was needed (physical or virtual). I requested a physical workbook due to my eyesight and was told to be at the Duluth office to pick it up on Monday by 4:00 (they are not open on weekends) on the day of the class (1/12/26). I left work early and arrived by 4:00 only to find they were closed. I was told the office manager left early and I had to view the workbook electronically. That was just the first red flag. I realized early in the class that the instructor did not seem to like me by his responses to my answers to some of his questions. I was trying to show that I was present and participating, but he was condescending and he belittled/berated me if he disagreed with my responses. By the last day, he questioned in class if the children that I work with even like me (the classes are recorded). This was personally not a positive experience for me. I would not recommend. Finally, the communication appears to be primarily via text messages, and the beginning of the thread seems to be automated (at least over the weekend) since I asked questions that were never answered and the responses were generic. It asked if wanted to participate in another program, but when I asked what it was, I didn't receive an answer. If you text them with issues during the week, an actual person will respond, it just takes a while.

When I was finally able to speak with a representative, they claimed to have sent me the necessary link, though they were unable to provide any proof of this. I was then transferred to the office manager three times before being rescheduled for a Friday, August 16th afternoon session, as well as all-day sessions on Saturday, August 17th and Sunday, August 18th. This revised schedule was highly inconvenient, as I had made other plans that I was forced to cancel. The office manager, Maggie, assured me that she would call to confirm my information and ensure I receive the link to access the class. However, this did not occur. I called again at 4:30 PM to confirm my information and was once more promised that I would receive an email with the link by 6:00 PM. I have been calling since 5:00 PM and have yet to receive either the promised call or the link required to join the class session. I find this level of disorganization and lack of follow-through to be highly unprofessional. As a result, I am requesting a full refund of the $360 I paid so that I may seek out a more reliable provider to complete the required DUI course. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I got a driving lesson for two hours here with Dan and I was not impressed with the service. I had…read morean appointment at 1pm but they called me the day before at 8pm to tell me that the lesson will be at 2pm instead. It's quite ridiculous to call the customer the night before. And the instructor showed up 10 minutes late... I think they need to work on communication and punctuality. The lesson itself was ok, I thought he would have more structure to the lesson but he just let me drive wherever I wanted and gave tips as we went instead of instructing me where to go like what an actual road test proctor would do. This kind of made me feel unsafe because I didn't know where I was going and I was driving without purpose. He was very knowledgeable in parallel parking so I got a lot of help but he didn't know much about reverse parking (he said he hasn't taught someone reverse parking in a while). So if you want to take a lesson here, come prepared with questions and exactly what you want to work on because the instructor doesn't provide anything unless you ask.
