I am extremely disappointed with Duluth Trading Company's order process and fulfillment. I ordered a pair of pants and a shirt as a Father's Day gift, placing the order well in advance. After waiting and expecting the items to arrive, I was informed that the order never even made it to the warehouse for fulfillment. How does an order get accepted, payment processed, and then somehow never reach the warehouse? This is a basic failure of order management and customer service. The most frustrating part isn't even the delay--it's the lack of communication. I had to find out after the fact that the order was essentially lost within their system. If I hadn't followed up, who knows how long I would have been waiting. A company that charges premium prices should have reliable fulfillment processes and proactive communication when something goes wrong. Missing a Father's Day gift because an order never made it to the warehouse is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I can trust Duluth Trading Company with future orders. read more

Made an on-line order. Minutes later I went back to the website and made a second order. For some reason that second order is shipping to an old address. Immediately contacted customer service and they informed me that it was against their policy to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Asked to speak to a supervisor, and was transferred to an automated survey. They should close their Customer Service Department because they clearly don't provide service! read more

I ordered a coat from Duluth Trading Company. They use the worst shipping company ever- On trac. Duluth got the address wrong and shipping company said they couldn't deliver because of incorrect address. So used chat to change my address. You can only reach shipping company except through bot chat. The phone number on their website doesnt work. I called Duluth and asked them to correct mistaken address as shipping company policy is that shipper must change address. They said they would message shipping company. Never heard from either side . Now my coat is being sent back to Duluth. When I called them they were less than helpful. Said i had to wait for other coat to arrive there and then resend it. That would be 10 days plus shipping time. Other option is to buy another one and when they received the other coat they would refund me. No offer of faster shipping . When i asked if they could rush it they said they already placed the order and cant change it. This has made me not want to order from them again. read more

They used to have the best pants firehose HD pants stretchy and durable. I bought them over a year ago and wear them everyday other day and still look new. But they redesigned them and they are now terrible just completely different from what they had before. They are no longer stretchy or even durable a screw driver went right through them and to top it off they aren't the same size as the old ones (about 3 inches longer and bigger waist. WHO ruined these once great pants just sad for 95 dollars what a rip off terrible value. read more

First time in a Duluth store was at this location. I have been here twice since they opened. I can't say enough good about their women's and men's underwear. My family loves them! Honestly, they're the most comfortable underwear I own... I like the organic cotton hipsters and the buck naked hipsters. The verdict is still out on their armachillo underwear for me though..not sure I care for them. The men in the family prefer the organic cotton boxers but there are honestly so many different types of underwear for men that no matter what you like you'll find something here. I feel really weird going on about underwear like this but they're THAT good!! Very pricey... but the more you buy the lower the price gets and there have recently been sales. I bought a t-shirt from here that's not supposed to ride up on you when you move and bend and it's a really nice stretchy cotton shirt.. it wasn't too expensive either. My dad loves the Duluth socks too and says they're some of the best he has ever had. Everything is definitely worth the price you pay. This review has nothing to do with the customer service at the store but more about their products. In the last year we've purchased numerous items from DTC. The reason I decided to purchase their products is because I'm a large frame guy 6'2" 285lbs and their commercials targeted guys like me. Only thing I can say is their products don't last. Their men's underwear they push in their commercials is made from inferior material. Out of 20 pairs purchased in the last 9 months, 13 have deteriorated in areas not know for failure. All 13 have seen the elastic waistband sheer thru the top edge. No pulled threads. All look like they have been cut with a knife. Either it is low quality cotton material or a design flaw. When I called them the woman actually said I probably have the wrong size and to buy larger ones. read more

Wow. What a place. Can't believe that they finally have a store near us. Went with my boyfriend to check out the store on that second day of a soft opening. He tried on jeans. Different styles, but the one he determined it was the best, was on sale! He said it was the first time in a long time his jeans felt right on him and not like they were made for some skinny guy. He also bought their famous underwear. Boxer briefs, he said it felt like he had nothing on it all. The only downside? I think the prices are a little bit high for underwear. Yes, they feel great, yes, they come and great designs, but 2450? For one pair? I just think that's a little pricey. It's over $100 just to have a weeks worth of undergarments. I truly love Duluth. I've only been in-store once but I've ordered their wares online a number of time. Their clothing is of the utmost quality- I am so pleased with their boxer briefs and their undershirts. I feel so comfortable in them. They have sales often enough that I don't think I've paid full price for anything once. Their store is huge with plenty of helpful employees. I will be sure to visit again. Definatley a 2010's style store. One of the first stores that focus on agronomics and function as oppose to posh. However, with all that agronomics and functions comes with posh prices. $74 dollars for a cool ventilated shorts is not cheap. I was at Kohls and purchased two shorts that are technologically advanced for $38. The good news is that there are those innovative items that meets people of all income levels like the Armachillo underwear boxer coming only to $19.99. read more

Through the fixtures and clothing racks the small staff are VERY present on in each section I was browsing . While at the same time I was not greeting and or asked, for assistance for the manger or the other patrolling staff. The Burlington location is lacks customer service and MOST important, product knowledge. Which I found unfortunate and inconvenient since Duluth is known for their technology and superior clothing design. Every time I go into this location all of the employees are extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. This visit I had the pleasure of having Nicole H. help me. She ran around the store to help me find exactly was I was looking for. When My size was not available in the pants I was looking to buy, she helped me find a different style in my size. The double flex relaxed fit flex are now my newest favorite pair of pants. I will be going back to buy a few more. My entire family loves the clothing at Deluth Trading Company and we are so happy that a store has opened close to home. We went there today and the store is amazing. We have to take away one star (almost 2 stars) for the cashier service. While the floor staff was great and asked us if we needed help, when we came to pay there were about 4 people behind the register area just chatting away while one cashier worked and it took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge and ring us up, they were definitely too busy in their own conversation to look up and tend to the customers. I am hoping that this is just because it is a new store and new staff and that the customer service will get better. read more
