2026UPDATED: I'm years in- I've become a VERY loyal customer and have branched out from overalls- which these overalls are HANDS DOWN my favorite overalls EVER. So many pockets, so comfy, stretchy, flattering and fun! Bras, underwear, pajamas- all fabulously fun prints and super comfy/cooling! I also LOVE the sweaters from the winter season- I bought a couple of them and I have several jackets. Quality products across the board. I will mention- they just redesigned the shorts overalls and the material is slightly different and they messed with the pockets- I hope they listen to their customer base and give back the original pockets and material, but they are still super cute! Overalls tend to run big, but the new design of short overalls are true to size.** Important info I went to a pottery convention earlier this year and Duluth Trading Co overalls were everywhere! I had forgotten about it until they popped up as an ad on my IG and I hadn't even thought about new overalls in months! But they had a great Mother's Day sale going and as a new customer- I got extra off. I ordered online and John mentioned he thought there was one up at River City Marketplace. Today (Mother's Day) we were headed to the National Cemetery to visit mom and stopped into the store and I snagged a couple pairs of overall shorts. I tried them on and found out that I am a smaller size than what I ordered online! Great problem to have- but when they come in the mail I can exchange them at the store. I got the same deal as online because I signed up for their text message program and got an additional 20% off on top of the sale prices- woohoo. And John and I both enjoyed the store as a whole. We were offered assistance numerous time by various staff and one associate made sure I knew about the text savings. Our location here in Jacksonville is the only location in Florida too! Based out of the midwest, they have a location map located at the back of the store. John even read a bit of their company history and compared it to the tv show Outdoor Man with Tim Allen. Good, solid, American company. I will be back and I will be shopping more ;) **2023 Update- I have shopped even more and even got John to buy a few things. I am absolutely in love with a skirt I bought here and floored that the size that fit was a 10! For those who know me, I'm down a few sizes- lol. I have become a fan of Duluth Trading Company and this location is definitely an asset to the company. Mostly I knew this company by their commercials for their underwear. Kind of attention grabbing, but it never crossed my mind to get a pair. Then I seen a location in Hoover, Alabama and stopped in and became a fan. Yes, the underwear is good, the socks are great, as well. A bit higher in price, but the quality is definitely there and I believe justify the little bit higher price. The clothing is all good. Once again, higher quality costs more and I believe that the quality justify the higher cost. This location is in a large mall complex and it takes a bit of navigating through it to get there. The store is inviting, it kind of has an upscale casual type vibe to appeal to the outdoors person that lurks within us all. The staff is friendly and professional. I can also say the same about the Duluth Trading Company location in Hoover, Alabama, so the company strives for great customer service and, at least in my experience, succeed with this ambition. Nicely set up. Underwear priced so high I was not tempted even though their adverts are a great come on. Staff was most helpful. There was a discount coupon on Yelp so I saved $10. Bought a couple of shirts with SPF protection. Will go back and see what's new. read more

I really like this store! It sits in the sort of "no man's land" area of the River City shopping complex next to the theater. One night I was walking after dinner and found it by accident. It's hard not to look at this store and not think about the deep-voiced "buck naked" commercials! Well, this store has more than enough durable and well-made clothing and other accessories to keep you men and women properly well dressed for the tough jobs - and even casual as well. I was impressed with the store's layout, organization, cleanliness, and atmosphere. The departments are separated and organized properly so you always know where you are. You find many articles of clothing made of durable material meant for the tough jobs and built to last. In some ways like Land's End, but in my view, better. Found lots of great stuff here but then I looked at my only drawback - yes the prices! It is high dollar, but great quality in clothing that will last is worth the price paid it. I didn't buy anything today, but I would give Duluth another look when a sale comes our way again. Called ahead to store to ask about product (Valentine specific item) clerk Elizabeth (Liz on nametag) promised the item would be held until closing tonight (2-12-22) asked her to take credit card to pay for gift, but was told that that wasn't permissible due to fraud issues. I left my name, was doubly assured the item WOULD be there, but when I arrived to pay for and collect item 3 clerks INCLUDING Elizabeth notified me it was given to an internet customer. Pretty cool new addition to the scene in J'ville. Located near the airport in the River City shopping area. Private parking lot so getting in/out is a breeze. There's a friendly face and voice to greet you once inside. Menswear to the right, ladies or women's wear on the left. They have their own line of clothes that they basically make better than the norm and with a flare for the outdoorsman/woman. Shorts, pants, tee shirts, button ups, socks, underwear, shoes, etc.. They also have a good selection of knives and tools for hikers, campers and enthusiasts. One off stuff you won't find at other big box stores. Size not in stock? No problem, free shipping to your house. I purchased $170 worth of stuff I basically didn't need and scored a 20% discount without asking for it. This is a very nice store with a lot of awesome stuff! Their clothes look to be very great quality and comfy but I just can't justify the price. This place was great! We went in there looking for their cooling underwear for men. All the staff were friendly. They answered all our questions. I really want to give this store a 3* because a lot of the clothing items I was looking for they were out of the size or the style on this day. But the service was amazing and I still found a few items that I was looking for. I love the Duluth brand because they offer clothing for dudes that can't wear Banana Republic anymore... but still comfy and fashionable. Ladies to the left, fellas to the right, but make sure you visit the center to the back for things for the furry folks and a hodgepodge of other things. What's really nice is the "lounge" and coffee area in the back and REALLY nice bathrooms. read more

When we found out there was a brick and mortar so close we visited as soon as we could. Duluth is a you get what you pay for kind of place. Great store with high quality products, friendly employees, and interesting finds. I went in while Christmas shopping and stumbled on a 30% total sale, so spent more time in the store trying to figure out who else I could buy something for. I even found good dog toys for the furry kids on my shopping list. Old fashion candies for stocking stuffers and some butt naked underwear for the hubby. Products are high quality, prices (sans a sale) may be a little higher than a department store, but you are getting your money's worth here. Fun little area with coffee in the back of the store by the restrooms, so not sure if that is for weary family members to rest what the ambitious shopper carries on, or what, but I would have planted worn out friends here if I had not come alone. So many great finds at Duluth, mostly sporting goods type clothing and gadgets. Look forward to returning to find something for myself next time. read more

One of my favorite places to shop online now they have a store here in Jacksonville. Sales Associate Ken was outstanding in giving my wife and I a tour and answered any questions we had.
