I don't go here, but my wife has been for many years. Her sister used to work here too many years ago. My wife stated that she's one of the best dentist to go to because they're fast and efficient. Appointments are highly recommended. They're located in the little plaza where Leeward Drive Inn is located, but on the 2nd floor. We live in town, but my wife continues to come here. I'm just glad my wife has amazing teeth otherwise, I'd be burning up gas and mileage coming here frequently lol. My wife comes here for her teeth cleaning, etc. The staff are very nice and helpful. The parking lot is shared with several other establishments so it maybe hard to find a spot, but there're street parking too. If you're looking for a good dentist especially if you live in this area, definitely come check this place out. read more

This office was ok. Experience wasn't terrible, but i wouldn't go back. The staff are very pushy with scheduling and keep calling me for appointments they prescheduled even though i told them i am not using their services and to stop calling. They introduce themselves unprofessionally over the phone like it's craiglist. I had to block their number. I got some dental fillings here and they went overboard with the filling and filled a cap between essentially cementing my teeth together. I got this fixed at another dentist, but when i let this doctor know about it they didn't really care. The doctor also spent a lot of time on their phone while i was in chair which prolonged the wait. The person who also did my X -rays seemed really inexperienced which caused me a lot of grief. I only stopped by here thinking I was supporting local but honestly that idea might be a scam. Support the businesses that actually care about you! read more

Ok I made an appointment to get a second opinion and made her my regular doctor....lol!! She was polite, informative and understanding. She made me feel like a doctor supposed to without being stressed when you go to the dentist. For me she has a digital x-ray which made things easy to see right away and was send to a specialist thru email, that's awesome . Her office is in a residential place which reminds me of the big island which is nice, glad I came and decided to make her my regular dentist. Go and experience this wonderful dentist and see for yourself, my bf is thinking of switching.....lol!! When Dr. Celia Dumbrique saw him she fixed the broken tooth but suggested he consider new false teeth since the old ones are now worn out and are improperly fitting. Being that I live in the community locally I want to support this dentist that runs out of her home downstairs Let me tell you yeah the doctor dentist was OK it was her stuff horrible upon checking in Especially the billing When you see the dentist they give you an estimate which is based off of? They tell you to go ahead and ask your insurance what they will bill for isn't that their job? Also their rates and charges are out of this world and they expect you to pay it on one time my total bill was $6000 they told me I had to pay the whole thing at time of service Although I did have insurance And they paid a portion of course but who the hell carries around $6000 If you're going to pay these outrageous amounts even though she's working from the bottom of her house then she should make sure that her billing staff knows what they're doing and have a little bit of compassion when it comes to these things and offer them some better options instead of what they think you should pay like right now because they need to pay their workers that ride work under their bosses home I think you're better off just going to the nearest dental clinic in the mall And the sad thing is is seven of my other family members go here that's how I was referred read more

Came here because of all the great reviews but honestly my experience was not good. First off, don't come here if you are claustrophobic. Super small office. Seemed like the whole business was cramped into a studio apartment. Second, they are really insistent about Invisalign. I was asked about it four times! It was very sales person pushy. You would think they would stop after the first no. I got some fillings done and dr. Dumbrique did not do great at ensuring a comfortable fit in my bite. When I mentioned one side was uneven, she would work on it and check the bite and tell me I kept changing my bite and that the markings on the biting paper told her it looked fine. At that point I couldn't tell what was normal anymore and the back and forth between myself and the dr. near the end of the procedure left me feeling more and more confused and irritated. I left the office upset and with an uneven bite. I called the next day and came in to get my bite adjusted but left a second time unsatisfied. My bite is still uneven and it bothers me greatly. Dr. Dumbrique basically said to get used to it because the markings on the little papers to check the bite tell her that my bite is fine. I will never return to this business, and have since made an appointment elsewhere to adjust my bite. read more

While the service was extraordinary, I'm very disappointed in the billing. I went here in February as a cash customer and then got a bill in September for around $1000. And it had that nifty little threat that if I didn't pay upon receipt I would be sent to collections. Seriously? No contact from you for 6 months and then you send me an unexpected bill demanding payment? If you go here, your dental needs will be met but make sure you get a zero balance receipt! read more

This is hands down the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Dumbrique and her staff definitely exceeded my expectations! The receptionist Shylla is super friendly & welcoming. She also was very accommodating when it came to scheduling. I really like her. The assistant Sheena is also very kind and gentle. She took a full xray and also did my cleaning at the end. Dr. Dumbrique is the best! She's very informative & thorough. She explains what she's doing when she's doing it & gives her recommendations. She listened to my concerns & addressed them in a caring way. The best thing about this office is that I never once felt judged & that's super important to me being that I'm very self conscious about my smile. I've had bad experiences with a few other dentist offices so I was reluctant in looking for a new one, but if course I had to. And I honestly feel that I found the right one! Fantastic service! Went in for a crown repair, after she removed the crown and seeing the tooth wasn't really worth spending money on to try to save she recommended removing the tooth as it was the back upper one and don't use that much. So they got on the phone and made an appt for me to have the tooth removed before the novocain wore off! They called many places before finding one that could fit me in! That's above and beyond! Also didn't charge me for the crown removal. They work well with explaining everything your insurance covers too, that makes things easier. Very professional and kind. Dr. Dumbrique has been my dental care for only about weeks and she had already made a big help making my teeth look so nice and clean. She had already given me a full replacement of my 4 front teeth permanently. She volunteered to help pay for all the cost of my permanent replacement for my teeth. They had said if i was to go somewhere else it would cost me more than a thousand. Before i had only a temporary in my teeth since my high school years that was done in Philippines. Recently I was visiting Hawaii for a family vacation. While traveling through the Waipahu area I felt a sudden tooth ache. After doing research I found the perfect dental office that fit me perfectly into their schedule. They were also not hard to find with their huge sign seen from the Main Street. The front desk was extremely helpful with assisting me with the paper work and contacting my insurance (I thought I would have troubles because I was on vacation). The assistant who did my X-rays was so gentle, I didn't even feel a thing! Once Dr. Dumbrique came in for my exam she was able to fix my tooth ache problem and several other filings that I needed done. She worked quick but efficiently!
