Rett Roe Pet Pros groomed my two golden doodles, and the overall grooming was average at best…read more They were both shaved down short for the summer, which made the sections of hair the groomer missed all that more obvious (i.e. armpits, entire belly, etc.). There were a couple services included in the grooming package she wasn't able to do, but she ended up charging me for them anyway. I also noticed on each one of their paws that there were at least 2 nails she did not trim. I contacted the owner the next business day to request the groomer come back and finish trimming the nails, and asked to have the groomer call me. This was the week before a holiday weekend, so it took her a week to call me back. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, refused to finish trimming their nails (tried to justify it by saying their nails would have grown over the week since she last groomed them), and told me to find a new groomer. I wasn't planning to use their services again, but for the amount I paid in addition to a 20% tip, I'd expect her to at least complete the services I paid for. I sent email to the owner regarding my conversation with the groomer, but didn't receive a response. It's clear this company doesn't take accountability for their work, and isn't trying to have return customers.

My dear friend happened across a YouTube video with the below site listed and made a few calls, Jim Dunlap with New Leaf Tree Care volunteered to come out and save the day. He was so amazing! In less than I would say 30 minutes my cat was safely in my arms and in her home again. I must say it was the best service ever! I have used them twice a day at the same times every day for the last 1-1.5 months with the same walker, although I met a backup walker at some point just in case the first was unavailable. During this time they have been fairly disorganized with incorrect pricing which I have been pretty lenient on, just correcting it and moving on with my day. Tuesday was the final straw. They made a change in the schedule without telling me and allowed some stranger (whom I have never met and who has never met my two German shepherds before) to enter my home alone, without my permission or knowledge, and walk my dogs at the wrong time of day as well. Not good because my dogs are on medications that make them pee a lot so we have to specifically time their walks to prevent accidents. More importantly, if something happened to the walker in my house because dogs can be territorial to strangers in their house, I WOULD BE LIABLE. The owner, Olga, said it was an honest mistake and said she thought I had met this walker before but now sees in my files that I met someone else. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but I also don't really care because in the end, this was a huge violation of my privacy. Olga assured me she wouldn't charge me for this walk, which is laughable because I wasn't planning on paying for it. Beware of this company.
