amazing groomer First I love my fur baby and want him to get the best. Petsmart at Cedar Hill failed several times to give him the best grooming. After months of him looking "too furry" I decided to go to location on Wheatland in Dallas. WOW! his groomer was Melissa and she did a fabulous job. He was wagging his tail and looked so cute! Definitely Melissa will be his groomer from now on. If you want a groomer that is patient with your fur baby I recommend Melissa at the location on Wheatland rd in Dallas. She saved the day and my opinion changed about the groomers at Petsmart. thanks Melissa!

I had a 10am appointment. It was to be my dogs 1st groom and so I arrived early. Just so we can stand around a little & hopefully she would calm down. Well the person that she was scheduled with was late. They said maybe she would be in around 10:30, maybe. So I left my dog. The young lady took her from me with no problem. I get a call at 11:58 from the person assigned to groom my dog saying she can't do it. She can't get my dog out of the kennel because she keeps trying to bite. There's nothing to be done, I can come get her. I said I'm on my way. My 10lb shorkie was in the back, in a kennel terrified. There was a lot of barking going on & she was in unfamiliar territory with strangers. I had to go to the back & take her out of the kennel. As we walked out from the back the young lady who took her from me said she doesn't know what happened. My dog was ok when I left but again she's not sure what happened. The person who was to groom her asked if I wanted to reschedule & recommended an express groom where you walk in & she's done immediately. That was she doesn't have to go in the kennel. I told her no thanks. My dog was her first appointment. It was at 10 am & we arrived at 9:45. Had she been there on time maybe my dog would not have needed to be placed in a kennel. And I have no idea what time she actually arrived. They told me 10:30 maybe. I didn't get a call until 11:58. So my dog sat in the back for about 2 hours? Of course we won't be back. I'll find a groomer that's professional, timely & knows how to handle 1st timers. The 2 star is because the young lady who took my dog in was pleasant.

I left in tears. They butchered my poor poodle. She did have tangles in her ears but they completely shaved her everywhere but her top knot. She had not tangled anywhere else but her ears. My schnauzer didn't have tangles and they shaved her completely i paid for a skirt. Will never go again and wouldn't suggest them to anyone. The doesn't begin to show how bad she looked. They didn't ever do a good job shaving her. She has strays around her mouth and legs

I like the work they produce. Customer service could use a quick training but overall my puppy looked good and they were fast.

I read Breyers' testimonials on Yelp and on Google, and I thought to myself, "This is too good to be true..." After working with Breyers, Bubba is calm on walks, walks directly next to me with no redirection, and has become a perfect gentleman at the vet! To say I was shocked with the results is an understatement. Breyers truly puts in the work, and helps you better understand your dog and their capabilities. He gave me the confidence to trust in Bubba again, and gave Bubba the skills to be the best dog he can be. I cannot rave about the results I've seen in him enough! The best part is, the longer we train and the more we work together on his skills, the better he gets! He was off leash in my front yard not too long ago, and came to me to get put on a leash with ease. If I could leave you with one bit of advice, it would be this: trust the process. Breyers is a professional with a successful training model, and it truly works if you have faith and are willing to put in the work. Bubba loves Breyers! Thank you for an excellent service, and for giving my dog back to me! You can teach an old dog new tricks!!

I dropped the class in September 2025 & began working weekly with Shawn. Shawn was unfamiliar with the sport BUT she's worked with Shelties & knows the gentleness of my breed. Her method of fear free training & positive reinforcement was exactly what I needed. She provided effective training solutions based on my individual needs to build my confidence. Attended my 1st flyball tournament in March 2026 & was amazing!!! I completed the pattern multiple times with a box loader, spectators, & running against a dog in the other lane. The best part is that I'm not afraid of the game but truly enjoy it now. So many people congratulated Mommy on my improvement. My improvement & joy of the sport is all due to working with Shawn & her dog, Ollie. We're so grateful to Shawn for her dedication & commitment to help her clients put their best paw forward. Shawn is truly an amazing trainer & wonderful to work with. We love her!!!! Monte Galvan

We sent our dog JULY  for their four weeks program and had a wonderful experience with the dog training program. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program. It has been 10 days since I picked up my puppy and I have not received an email (as Victoria told me I would before I left), about what my puppy was supposedly trained on! She didn't have my email address HOWEVER, I emailed it to her the very next day bright and early and never got a response! I feel as though he wasn't trained on ANYTHING because when I picked him up, he was jumping on Victoria (what I wanted him to learn NOT to do) as well as chewing on his leash (wanted him to learn NOT to do that either!) I'm not a professional dog trainer but I know consistency is key when learning something new so it is a complete DIS-service to NOT know what to continue to train my puppy on! Also, during pick up and drop off she had just gotten home from doing one on one trainings else where so how is my puppy getting trained when she's not there?? I feel like I got gypped into the training part of the service. The pluses to this review/business is that Victoria's home is very well equipped for a dog or puppy with a double gated outside play area, plenty of toys, and just all around great environment to also get well aquatinted with other pups. She also responds very quick to text and is flexible with payments. She also makes sure your puppy's have current vaccinations to protect your puppy and others. She also offered to clip Chances nails before I left and gave him a trim around his eyes which I didn't ask for but, I appreciated it. It does take a passionate dog lover to open up your home and train a strangers dog so she gets a star for that for sure! Still up for debate if I would go back for boarding?

Victoria has officially saved my sanity--and probably my floors, rugs, furniture, and whatever…read moredignity I had left. Before she entered our lives, our sweet pup (Oakley) was essentially a tiny, furry sprinkler of pee and a landmine factory of poop. Every day was a new guessing game of "What's that smell?" and "Oh no... I just stepped in it, didn't I?" Enter Victoria, the dog whisperer / saint / wizard / actual angel disguised as a trainer. We sent our puppy to her for board and train, and I swear she sent back a completely different dog--one that pees OUTSIDE. I repeat: OUTSIDE. I don't know what kind of Hogwarts-level sorcery she pulled, but it worked. And that's just the beginning! My dog now knows how to sit like a proper lady, "leave it" like it's hot, and stay "quiet"like a ninja. The jumping to greet everyone like they owe her money? Way down. The nipping with those razor-sharp baby teeth? She taught her that humans are friends, not chew toys. That's all just bonus material at this point--my bar was literally "Please just don't treat the living room like a toilet." Victoria is amazing at what she does, truly. If you're on the fence about dog training, just do it. You might not get your life back, but you'll get your house back--and that's honestly better. THANK YOU, Victoria! You deserve a medal and maybe a cape!
