It has taken me several months to digest the horror that I saw and to decide how to review. There was a worker sitting in the lobby with a blonde long hair miniature dachshund pinned to the ground by her collar with the worker's foot the whole time I was there. This is humane "training" for a breed susceptible to esophageal collapse and IVDD? Disgusting. You can see in a large window to the right of the lobby with all of the small dogs. Around 20+ dogs in a small concrete room all agitated and barking at once. Many appeared in true distress. One small cot for an elderly dog. A girl went in to scoop poop and did not interact with any dogs. I asked why no interaction and the response was "if you show one small dog attention they will all want attention." Heartbreaking. THIS IS NOT NORMAL OR ACCEPTABLE!!! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH, TAKE FULL TOURS, ETC. THERE ARE TOO MANY EXCELLENT DAYCARE/BOARDING FACILITIES IN DALLAS. I WENT ON TO TOUR MANY OTHERS AND THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST OF ALL OF THEM. TRULY HORRIFYING; OWNER MICHAEL SULLIVAN AND MANAGER LAURY MCCONNELL SHOULD ACTUALLY BE REPORTED TO THE SPCA.
