Went on a Wednesday with my girl friend. They had a good live band setting up and almost every seat packed. We sat at the bar got good service within a reasonable time. Everyone was friendly and offered opinions about food and drinks if asked. We had jalapeño curds, burrito, chicken wings. The food was great and beers exceeded expectations. Great ever changing selections of amazing beer. The food is also top notch not just for a brewery but a restaurant in general. They have drum circles on Tuesday nights as well. I have been going to Dunedin brewery for 3 years now and I will keep going as long as I live in Florida. Wednesday night jams and weekend music is always on point. I love everyone there and always have a great time. The selection of beer has always been good but I'd like to see more.. the cranberry wheat, american classic ipa, fruits of liesure, and the moon reflects on hibiscus should all be on the list! The food is delicious poutine with jalapeño curds has to be my favorite! Service is good most of the time but could be a little better I always suggest the brewery to my friends and they always come back to me saying they loved it but that the service was poor and they weren't treated nicely. read more

This places is a fun spot in downtown Dunedin. Good beers, good wine and good vibe. The crowds here are very chill and enjoy a laid back time. Becoming a bid draw for non-locals which speaks volume. Hope their open mic nights and outdoor events continue to grow as well. read more

Unbelievably poor service. The Dunedin Brewery has a great location adjacent to the Pinellas trail and close to other micro breweries. Unfortunately, the servers appear to have built a culture that focuses on themselves rather than the customer. While standing at the bar for 30 minutes (no exaggeration) I was told by the bar back that it wasn't his job to take orders or find the servers, was noticed and ignored repeatedly while the servers chatted. As a former pub owner I wonder if the owner of this establishment is aware of his staff's failure to put the customer first. After repeated visits with a reliable trend of increased poor service I am done with them. read more

I haven't been back here in a few years, but suprise suprise, they still serve beer. There selection was pretty well varied and i enjoyed the Kronia and the Vienna Lager. I really wanted the Kronia to be a sour ale and not a tart red ale, but it was pretty good. I was surprised that they had a full service food menu in the brewery. I ordered a burger, onion rings, and wings and was not disappointed at all. The burger was perfectly cooked, just the right amount of pink as I requested and not too heavy on the extras. The onion rings were fantastic with not too much breading. The wings were also great, naked and fried crisp. I usually do not like sauce on the side, but it really let the wings shine. The crisp skin and juicy meat made for a perfect match, though they may have been a tad bit salty. My only other issue is that the parking situation here is not the best, they have a very small lot and you have to park a decent walk away for free parking. read more

Stopped by Dunedin Brewery to grab a beer on the way to an event in Edgewater Park. This is a hole-in-the-wall looking brewery and that's how it should be. They have seating both indoors and they also have an outdoor patio area. Everyone in the brewery looked like they were having a good time. As this is their 21st year in business, I ordered the 21st Anniversary Pilsner. I did not realize that the beer had a 6.8% ABV, but it was extremely refreshing and went down so smooth, especially with a beer with that much of an ABV. The food options there were your average bar food options. I ordered the sweet potato tots, which came with a side of avocado cream dip. The tots/dip was very average and nothing special. There's no reason to expect 5-star cuisine at a place that specializes in making beer, but the food that I ordered could have been better. I will try something else next time to see if I just ordered the wrong thing. read more

Other than not having big enough building which often causes an uncomfortable experience, there is not one thing I can say against this place!! The staff rocks! The food, especially the cheese curds, tater tots and an amazing vegetarian black bean burger! Oh, and the wonderful beers! If you not an alcoholic now, you will be when you drink their beer! Heard good things about this place but arrived and there were orange cones blocking mostly empty parking lot. Nothing open in 6 spots across the street. We made the mistake of coming here for pre St Patty day festivities. Granted it was very busy but the place was woefully understaffed. The bearded " hipster" working the front bar closest to the street was clearly overwhelmed and unable to take basic orders in any sort of order. We ordered 3 beers and waited and waited.A foursome walked up next to us and got drinks with 3 minutes. They wandered out and another foursome walked up. We decided to order some sandwiches and wings. Upon doing so the server proceeded to state " what do you mean by a sandwich? I assumed he was effing with us. He then said we technically don't have any sandwiches . The menu clearly listed a few including the word " sandwich. If this is the moronic type of help you have working for your establishment you may as well close shop if they don't know what's on the menu or posses any literacy skills you need to find a friendly smiling face that does. We were all insulted and wound up eating elsewhere. The beers ordered never came until my partner read him to filth as he took our beers and was about to hand them away. No apologies no nothing . Our 5 guests all stated they would never go again. One would think on a busy weekend the restaurant would be appropriately staffed with smiling faces. This is a great little place! My husband and I both got the pulled pork sandwich that tasted amazing! The sauce is sweet not spicy. The fries are fresh cut! The cider on draft was great along with a flight of beers were good too. Overall a great place to eat I highly recommend visiting from PA. read more

Why can't you get good service in Florida? My wife and I went here on Sunday at about 4 o'clock. We got the last table outside, the outdoor tables on the front left side. We waited about 5-10 minutes before a waiter came over to get our drink order. That's no big deal. Our drinks showed up in about 5 minutes with menus. We ordered our food and it was out about 10 minutes later and it was brought by somebody else. We didn't see our waiter again for over 40 minutes, he never checked to see if our food was okay and never checked on us to get us more drinks. We always order ice water when we order drinks because this happens every where we go. My wife and I finished our drinks and then finished our waters and I took our glasses inside to ask for more and found out our waiter was the bartender for this side of the brewery. The waiter/bartender apologized about not getting outside to check on anybody, but he was the only one waiting on 6-7 tables inside and 4-5 people at his bar. I guess outside tables aren't important even thou it's hotter outside and we're drinking faster. How does a brewery not ask customers if they need another beer. The two other tables outside were also pissed and had to get their own drinks. In the end it hurts the brewery's bottom line because there are to many good brewery's to not get good service from this one. read more

Had a really bad experience here today. I normally love this Brewery and bring everyone visiting me here. I brought my friend who is visiting from Indiana specifically for fish tacos but there was a limited menu due to October fest so no fish tacos. First of all, we didn't get waited on for awhile, our beer was warm, we didn't get what we asked for, waitress was extremely rude and not personable at all, had to ask for plates, silverware and napkins. was never checked on if our order was correct (which it wasn't) and the sad thing is it wasn't busy at all. I think I will take a break from Brewery and take my business elsewhere. I will say I have had good service before but today was very frustrating bringing a guest. read more

It's my understanding that the Dunedin Brewery is the oldest continuously operated craft brewery in the state of Florida, and for good reason...the place is GREAT!! I've been swinging by the brewery for years and I've never been let down. The beer is always fantastic, the music is great, and the people are wonderful. It's a can't miss every time. read more

The Dunedin Brewery is one of those establishments that you always think should be better than it actually ever ends up being...Usually our first stop on our Dunedin Restaurant and Pub Crawls because of the nice Public Parking Lot the City built across from the Brewery a few years ago...After many visits I can say the food and beer are just average..nothing terrible..nothing great...the food is typical bar stuff like burgers..nachos..fried cheese and it's the kind of food so unremarkable that an hour later you are trying to remember what you had...the beers while drinkable always seem to be on the conservative side with nothing that pops and makes you go "wow"..the place itself is pretty cavernous because it was built in an old gas station so when the live music cranks up on the weekend it can get very loud..Dunedin Brewery deserves respect because it was Florida's first Craft Brewery opening in the beer wasteland of the early 90's, but much like a fading aging Beauty from that time period; Sharon Stone ;the masses are now moving on to Mila Kunis;(7th Sun..Rapp..Cigar City)breweries that are edgier and taking more brewing risks and chances...IMO there will always be a place for Dunedin Brewery just don't expect "the wow factor" when you visit read more

We loved this place! We stopped in for a weekday late lunch and got black bean tacos, onion rings, fries, and a chicken sandwich. I wasn't drinking but my husband got the honey beer recommended by our waiter and he loved it. Everything was wonderful. Very laid back atmosphere. Great place to hang out with friends! read more

This is my happy place. They have excellent beer and delicious food, including options for vegetarians. I love the black bean tacos and the black bean burger. My favorite beer is the apricot peach, and I also love their oktoberfest in the Fall. It can get busy in there and hard to find a table, but always worth it. read more
