Service here is simply the worst. The donuts are truly stale and I have never had a simple sandwich put together so terribly. In the past I have just brushed off the errors for the fact that they are just a fast food chain, but it's seriously the worst. We asked for "tots" (our daughters lingo) and they said, "we don't have them". We asked if they were out. They just repeated they don't have them and have never served "tots". We then realized they were just being rude and unprofessional. We told them we wanted hash browns and the other part of our order. They obliged and literally threw the bag to us after paying. They were cold, greasy and clearly packed without care. They were smashed in the bottom of the bag as if just fisted into the bag. On other occasions our coffee was burnt, extremely hot and we're informed certain things weren't ever available when we have had them in the past. SMDH. Please if you go here and have Bad service ask for a manager and contact corporate. I'll be sure to do the same. They only got 1 star because giving zero stars isn't an option. read more

Poor service, rude workers with bad attitudes and slow service. Stale Donuts, nasty attitudes towards customers, and they really spaz out if you have a multiple item order for a group. The drive through is the epitome of why I will never go back, every order is wrong, and they act like they are doing you a major favor for free by serving food and drinks you paid for. read more

Over the past two years, I have called Dunkin' Donuts at least 18 times on Saturday afternoon to place an order of 5-7 dozen donuts and a Box of Joe for an early Sunday morning pickup. Due to my job, I almost always request an early pickup on Sunday since they don't open until 6:00. The employees have always been accommodating to prepare my $70 or more order. However, this past Sunday when I tried to pick up the donuts at 5:45 the employee wouldn't come to the drive through, wouldn't answer the phone, and when I waved through the front window she angrily held up six fingers indicating their opening time. I pointed at my phone and called the store's number. Not only was she hostile on the phone, she called me a liar, was rude and would not complete my order. The manager took my complaint later that morning, but offered a very superficial apology and I hung up with no faith that she was going to suitably address the issue. I fixed the problem by going to the small donut shop behind Dunkin' Donuts called Granny's Old Fashioned Donuts. Amazing service. They were so kind and their donuts taste great. read more

This is an experience that I will never forget. My mother and I were going to the drive thru to order a raspberry filled jelly donut. Well the drive thru employee didn't seem to be the brightest in the bunch. We went up to the drive thru menu/ microphone and she asked what we wanted. My mom told her a raspberry filled jelly donut. The employee then asked if my mom wanted it chocolate covered. My mom looked at me and I nodded yes. She replied yes, but THEN the employee said "sorry we don't have chocolate covered" ... WHAT YOU JUST ASKED IF WE WANTED IT but it gets better... She said "we have raspberry though" FACEPALM read more

Coffee is decent, nothing to write home about. Donuts are good ... in the morning ... do NOT go late afternoon / night as your donut selection will be next to none. I have to question why no donuts at night is a BIG problem?... as there are better things for people to eat at night? Their selection during the day can often be limited to about 1-2 dozen Donuts of any specific type! It is operated better than a toilet store though, so that's good. read more

I went into DD at 6pm and bought a dozen doughnuts and they were all stale. What a disappointment.

You would expect more from this establishment. The customer service was ok from the cashier but horrible from the manager. Grannys donuts will always be better in my book with their fresh donuts. Not shipped from another location. read more

Oh boy, where to begin. I have visited this Dunkin Donuts way more than I would like to admit merely because it is the ONLY convenient coffee stop on my way to work. Each time I stop I am hoping for a better experience, and each time I leave more disappointed than before. Out of maybe 20 times of going, I have received ONE, just ONE, correct order. I would love to say that I order extremely specific, detailed, modified breakfasts, but sadly that is not the case. I order a hot latte, and at the window I am given a large iced drink. I order a sausage biscuit, only to find a donut in my bag when I get to work. Sometimes they will pour black coffee in your cup when you order a latte-which if you are not a fan of black coffee or your job, this can set you up for a real crappy day. Moral of the story, motivate yourself to get up an extra 15 minutes earlier to take the detour to Starbucks or Granny's or any other breakfast establishment to save yourself the disappointment of an incorrect order and ultimately a bad start to your day. read more

Terrible service. They messed up my order, and when I brought my food up to exchange it the employees had an attitude. I sat for another 20 mins waiting for a sandwich which never came. I walked back up to the counter to ask about my sandwich and the clerk apparently decided he was not going to make another sandwich because "I didn't specify that I wanted my original order" when I brought my food back. For a while this Dunkin was a disappointment with long waits and messed up orders but I'm a loyal dunkin fan and this is the only one near me. I was excited when this place moved into town. But it has never caught its stride, and everytime I go there they are out of something. How hard is it to make sure you have enough croissants, enough Bagels, enough Donuts, to fill your customers requirements? The management here is obviously under trained and ineffective. read more

Do I even really need to explain much further? It's insane to me that no where in this proximity can you find a good donut shop. You would think that someone within corporate would try to correct things at this place. If you buy donuts in the morning they shouldn't taste like they were made 2 days ago. DO NOT COME HERE. All staff working drive thru clearly don't care about their job or customers. Was traveling for work and this was only donut shop I could find in the area, so I stopped for a Sweet & Salted Iced Coffee first two days and noticed I was charged double the second day. Decided to go every day for a week to see what would happen and was charged differently each day. When I asked the staff all they would say is that everyone else is wrong. They also charge 50 cents for salted whipped cream even on a drink that's called a Sweet and salted! That's like charging for the ice cubes in an iced coffee! I filed complaint with corporate and the girl said although store is independently owned they shouldn't do that and she will have owner contact me. Two weeks later he never did so I called back and would you believe these con artists told corporate they spoke with me and even went as far as making up a story about "what they discussed." I filed complaint again with Rachel at corporate and told her I would be leaving a bad review in addition to avoiding DD. Since its up to them about charging people what they feel like maybe have a staff meeting once in awhile to discuss what buttons to press on register so everyone is consistent with their customer abuse. read more

If you go to Dunkin Donuts in Aberdeen today don't complain about anything that is wrong with your food because dude behind the counter will lose his mind even if you say it as nicely as you can. He didn't put the bacon on my sandwich, then when took it back up he only had a glove on the hand that was touching my food, not on the one that was touching the inside of the wrapper my food was in. UPDATE to my review: Owner called me personally and apologized for this employee. It is refreshing to have an owner involved and concerned enough to make that effort to rectify the situation. Kudos to them! I love Dunkin coffee...but the persistently RUDE service at the window has completely turned me off! I have been told on more than 3 occasions when I got to the window to pick up my latte that "we have decaf"...man at the window assumes I am pregnant and thinks it's appropriate to judge me and my choice in beverage. First of all, it's none of his business, he's not my doctor and if he did know anything about pregnancy women are "allowed" to have caffeine in moderation. FOR YOUR INFORMATION, OVERWEIGHT DUDE AT THE WINDOW....consumption of caffeine is totally ok up to 200mg per day.(and that is conservative) Based upon my research a latte has approximately 75mg in 16 oz...so TECHNICALLY I could consume 2.5 of these lovely delicious drinks that wake me up and start my day everyday if I really wanted to without adding much risk at all to my unborn child...this is based upon scientific study, NOT your opinion. They never have a decent selection of donuts. I have been in this location no less than 10 times since they have opened. Usually on the weekends and after 6pm, but the selection here is very anemic. They never have lemon filled or glazed donuts. the employees tell me "The donuts you see are all we have". I have walked out of this place all ten times I visited without a purchase. This place usually has about 3 different types of donuts and they look old. I really don't know how they will survive. If you want a dozen donuts with selection you are better off going to a convenient store or grocery store. read more

I guess they don't believe in giving the customer the variety they asked for. Then we ordered a dozen munchkins and they decided to put all 12.....oh wait, all 10 in the smallest bag they have.
