We stopped by this location today while waiting for a doctor's apt. Got a macchiato and a 10-pack of munchkins. Can't beat their current special--- 10 munchkins for $2.00. Also, the two ladies working here today had great customer service. My wife originally requested her macchiato with one syrup flavor but subsequently changed her mind and wanted a different flavor. Pearlridge center location across from hallmarks. Donuts are consistently good. Service is ok. But you must go early for a good selection. If you plan to eat dinner at the food court, get your donuts first or what you want may be gone. In fact, by mid-afternoon the selection is limited so just go early to get what you want. Hubby loves their Bavarian cream. I like the Apple fritters. The seasonal pumpkin munchkins are really good, bite sized and with a nice balance of spices. I love that Dunkin is here in Pearlridge Center - but dang - can you guy have more donuts ready? Or if you run out - can't you guys make any more??? Went today at lunch time and about 90% of one of the showcase was empty. Ran out of all kinds of donuts. When I ask if they have any more in the back, their answer is always "sorryyyyy we ran out". Um, is the manager & regional manager doing any sales analysis? See which donuts are selling more/less, when they're selling more/less? What to make more of, what to reduce? This location is by far way better than the kapolei one. The donuts taste way better and service was friendlier. At kapolei the donuts I had tasted old and had bad waxy after taste to it. Honestly was just going to say heck no to dunkin altogether but I had a $2 gift card from the T-Mobile Tuesday app and decided to give this location a try and Dunkin a 2nd chance since they came back to Hawaii. Here at the pearlridge location the donuts tasted fresh and no bad waxy after taste thank goodness. Glad I came to this location instead. The only thing I noticed that they need to work on is maybe more help to make the drinks. There was 4 people in front of me, 1 cashier and 1 person grabbing donuts but no one working on the drinks. After coming home to Hawaii from Boston, I've always missed Dunkin' Donuts, not because of their donuts but their coffee. Every morning before work or my classes, I would get my medium caramel iced coffee with extra cream and sugar in order to fully wake up for the day ahead. Unfortunately, in my visit today, they had run out of caramel. The cashier in the front suggested other alternatives so I tried their white chocolate iced coffee, which was honestly a great recommendation. I had tried their hazelnut and french vanilla flavors before and was disappointed so I've been hesitant to try new flavors. My friend got a hot vanilla chai latte since he'd gotten sick, but he enjoyed his drink. We also got Boston Kreme and Strawberry Frosted Donut with Sprinkles. Sometimes, they have special donuts based on chef's choice. I have not tried them but they look delicious! Other than that, this Dunkin's has a great location as it's fairly convenient and near everything. They have Free WiFi and charging stations. It's neat and clean every time I visit. Overall, they do a great job at being an affordable, grab and go place, giving Starbucks and other coffee chains some competition on the islands. Hopefully, next time, they will get more supplies of ingredients for my caramel iced coffee. read more

First time trying Dunkin! Was craving a lil coffee and donuts so I got the mini donut holes and a latte. I looove the powdered munkins. It was almost like cake donut consistency. The glazed was like the regular doughey donut. I prefer the powdered! Love that it's so cheap!! I think it was 10/$3. Steal! I love their bagels. Although it's not close to New York bagels it however slightly fills my cravings. Their everything breakfast bagel is my favorite. It's funny because I don't really go there for their coffee or their donuts but if you do order a bunch of donuts through the drive through I highly recommend you check the donut box or bag due to the last 3 or 4 trips there, they boxed the wrong donut. We visited this DD for the first time today. It will definitely be our last. We got a dozen to go, we get home with them and decided we would like to partake in them. They were not fresh by any means, they felt like they were were at least a day or two old. But, I grab one of the Boston Cremes and bite into it, no creme filling...I bite deeper into it still no creme. Not only are they not fresh, but a filled donut they forgot to fill. I will stick with my Kapolei DD from now on. Update: wife contacted the store, they told us they would refund our money or give us another dozen donuts at no charge. Not going back today but will update once we get another dozen. Update #2: Went in to recieve our free dozen donuts or refund, that was much more of a hassle then anticipated. Ended up just getting a refund. After waiting for them to take care of all 6 customers behind us. Friendly service and a go to spot to get breakfast food or a small snack on my lunch breaks. They don't have an in house kitchen, so you won't be getting fresh donuts unless you go early in the morning. Located in downtown pearlridge, so their is always ample parking, but very few seats in the actual shop. I usually don't like to go when they have a line just because the quality of their drinks isn't the best, just because they rush (which is no excuse) but I understand. it's fate telling me I need less caffeine (LOL) read more

Three stars is pretty generous for this newly opened donut shop. It was the morning before Christmas and I was at Pearlridge early awaiting Long's pharmacy to open so I decided to pick up breakfast before I got my prescription. There was a line at Dunkin Donuts to order and it took about 15 minutes to get my order in. There was also a crowd waiting for their orders so I went to Longs to pick up my meds and do a little shopping. By the time I got back to Dunkin Donuts my order was just being finished. I ordered the 2 bacon and egg sandwiches for $5 and a $2 sausage wrap. I immediately ate the wrap because I was hungry and it was just OK. Can't expect too much for 2 bucks. When I got home my wife and I started eating our bacon and egg croissant sandwiches. I don't think we even ate half, it was terrible, the croissant was too doughy. I won't go back for breakfast, but to be fair I don't think they were entirely ready to open to a big crowd because they only had one person making sandwiches. read more

The worker named "Larissa" gave me my order without letting me know how hot the beverage would be, it was super hot that I burnt my tongue. Great new location in the newly renovated downtown(makai)side of Pearlridge. Luckily there was no line when we were there around 5pm on a Friday. We actually came to redeem our free iced latte from T-Mobile lol. My husband chose the Caramel flavored signature latte that tasted pretty darn good:). Definitely will be back to grab another latte for $4. However the donuts were a bit disappointing. We got the double chocolate donut that was rather dry and the jelly filled donut which tasted pretty good and fresh compared to the stale one I bought from their Pearl City location. Just horrible service today. I didn't get the name of the girls. But one of them was just absolutely rude. They messed up on my order and I had to re order another drink that they missed and the one who made it was giving attitude and slammed the drink onto the counter and then when I had mentioned the other drink wasn't what I ordered she got even more irritated and made a completely different drink (far from what I ordered) and once again slammed it down onto the counter. Shout out to I believe she's a manager there but she politely asked if it was the wrong one and then re made it correctly and then handed me it. Waited in line for about 10 minutes, it wasn't busy at all, only 3 people ahead of me. Only 2 workers, 1 ringing & 1 grabbing whatever donuts someone wanted and that was it. A customer at the register was being difficult with her order like it was Starbucks. (Not the workers fault) I finally got to place my order, a simple Iced Latte with Almond Milk. This has got to be the worse donut shop on the island. Yes, i said WORSE! The name sake says donuts...my husband and i went there at 4p.m. today (Saturday, mind you the mall stays open till 9 p.m.) The donut case looked bare, so we asked the girl behind the counter if they are bringing out anymore, she went to the back of the store, returned and told us "sorry, no more for today". WTF!! This is a donut shop, not just a donut shop, its Dunkin' frikken donuts, and they have NO donuts! Now i understand why they went bankrupt several times!! I guess "time to make the donuts" no longer is a priority for this company. No more dunkin for me, im going to stay local. Better donuts and service. Bought four doughnuts to sample since this was my first time visiting a Dunkin Donuts. The jelly and guava donuts have good filling and the glazed donuts were average but disappointing compared to Krispy. I bought a sour cream donut since it sounded interesting, however the sour cream taste was very subtle and tasted almost like a plain cake donut to me. However, service was good and the two ladies were patient with us and providing good customer service. The interior is shiny, clean and modern feeling. There's a seating area inside but you'll probably need to look elsewhere if you're planning to sit down since there was only about three tables. read more

Dunkin Donuts used to be in Hawaii and left. Now they are back but somehow the donuts don't taste very good. My first visit was to this location. They gave me the wrong donuts which I didn't see till I got home. I asked for a coffee cake and they gave me a coffee donut, which looked like those cinnamon donuts but it's with coffee flavor, I think. I've tasted better donuts. The only thing that was good was the Oreo hot chocolate. Average donuts and if they keep this up, they'll be gone from Hawaii again. read more

This place sucks!! I have been told, after paying for my mobile order, no ice for iced latte, ran out of flavors, no espresso, ran out of large cups. The egg wrap with no egg! Let me start off by saying this is my go-to Dunkin location because they always (or used to) make my coffee right. The store manager on duty today and the past couple times I've gone (the same lady) has messed up my order EVERY time. She was trying to move too fast and too focused on everything else to pay attention to the customers order. Not only did she mess my order up but also 2 others that were in line in front of me. She seemed so high strung that she was just pressing every button on the Pos order screen as fast as she could and didn't even pay attention to a single word I said. She tried to repeat back my order but it was completely wrong, I corrected her and even after repeating it correctly, she still made the coffee wrong. I love Dunkin' and this is the closest location to stop at before I go into work but it is so disappointing to have my coffee made incorrectly every single time. read more
